Somewhere in your 20s, it quietly starts making less collagen. No memo, no warning. You notice it years later. Fine lines, thinning hair, nails that break, and filling a little less flexible on that morning walk. That's not getting older. That's collagen slipping away. But you can support your body naturally. I'm talking about high quality collagen from native path. It gives your body the building blocks it needs to support smoother looking skin, stronger nails, and shinier hair. In some studies suggest, collagen supplements may even help support bone health. This is not about turning back time. It's about feeling your best at any age and glowing like you mean it.

Right now, my listeners get native path collagen for a fraction of the retail price. Plus free shipping and a free gift bundle. Go to getnativepath.com slash Kim. That's getnativepath.com slash Kim. Kim, it's G-E-E and the last two E's are silent and it's a family name from Virginia. Don't have them then. Okay. I'm sorry. Well, it's like Lee. It's like, quite alright. Generally. I know. It says G. I understand G in the background. We had people just fighting with us trying to tell us what the name was. It was G. It was gene and it was G. Then it was G. We went straight to the source. We got ahead of our nuts. Canadian. What's this all about then G?

Yeah, exactly. It's a it's a boot not that. It's about this. I've been an Amazon jail for a year. What happened? It's a well, somebody went on Amazon. Using our credit information, credit card information ordered 11 things to the tune of a right at 2500 bucks, which I can test it with my credit card company. And since then I spent from last year of this time when it occurred to April. I went back and forth with Amazon. All their fraud people. I sent them current credit card statements, changed all my credit cards, sent pictures of our drivers license both my way for myself to know and to the city. I have yet, I mean, I've got the letters in the correspondence beside me, which I'm not

going to go into. And I just wanted to know, I think most of the people that I was talking to was, you know, operators in not necessarily in the United States. And I was just curious if there is a back door where I can solve this thing. So are you banned from using Amazon? I'm in Amazon jail. You know, that's exactly what I tell everybody. I own a small business and they say, hey, boss, we need to buy this. And I go, I can't get it. So my employees are using their accounts by stuff for the, and then I reimburse them. That's fantastic. My wife and I, you know, we, we bought a split king size bed with the adjustable and the lights underneath and everything. It's been, you know, $3,500 or something, which would have gone to Amazon. But no, I had to go someplace else and buy that. So, you know, we're being inconvenienced and, you know, I bought the first thing that

set up the Amazon account was years ago watching Oprah and Kendall's came up and I bought five Kendall's on there and I bought just everything that she can think. That's, you know, by the way, excuse me. I was going to tell you how to get rid of all this, how to come back into Jeff Bezos good graces. Either there's a secret. Well, I tried to call Jeff, but you didn't answer the phone. Well, I got, I have a way to get a hold of him too. These are secret inside or tips that only, that only you will hear here in Nora is that if you really want to get Amazon's attention, they actually have a team that polices the better business bureau website. And so if you go to BBB.org slash complain and you give them the order number, the case ID, your account email, some type of timeline, you are only within three to five days, you'll hear back from a person about your case. Now, you mentioned calling Jeff.

He's on his yacht with his wife. He's busy. Sure. That busy guy. He's doing billionaire things. Yes. Is that if you send an email to Jeff at Amazon.com, he's not going to get it. Okay. But. I wish you'd asked that. That is one of the questions. I don't know about one. But there is a team of people that get it. Okay. And they are there to resolve account of those two options. Which one do you think you should do? Should you do them both at the same time? I do both. At the same time. You know me, I'm like, I'm balls to the wall when I get something done. I mean, and so I would do the BBB.org slash complain. And then I'd also send that same note to Jeff at Amazon and say, hi, can you help me out here? Did you get your money back from when it was stolen without the original purchase that got your account? Well, it was denied by Capital One. Okay. So the last correspondence that I got from them had said that until you pay us the $2,500

for stuff that I did not get. Oh, by the way, I mean, I said, please check where it was shipped. All my stuff comes to a Virginia address. And to know of ale, I said, I've attempted once more to clear our accounts by phone and to break out of Amazon jail. Please send me a link or a phone to a fraud supervisor. I'm sorry to test your loss, but you have already lost thousands in purchases since October 30. Thank you. That's where you need to go. Just try the better business bureau. Send Jeff a little note. The other thing too is that if you make too many returns, Amazon will throw you out. So we're worried about that because we just did a family photo shoot and there's seven of us. And we ordered outfits that didn't fit. So the kids were like, this doesn't too big and too small and whatever. A return to mall got all new stuff. That didn't fit. Returned it all. This is seven people worth of clothes.

Oh, gosh, that's a lot. And I'm sitting there and I'm looking at Lisa and I'm like, we're going to get banned from Amazon forever. I'm like, we've spent like $100,000 in clothes in the last month. We'll return it all. I'm going to need that information later on how email Jeff. It's Saturday SteelStyme and I'm Kim Commando. And this week's theme, kitchen cutting edge. Three deals that make dinner faster and clean up easier. Now, first up, the star of the show is a 15 piece German knife set $40. This is like 33% off. And so every size that you reach for, the block sharpens each blade as you pull it out. And that's really kind of sweet. 4.8 stars from over 3600 reviews. So you know that they're good. Now, if you already have knives, give them a tune up with a sharpener. It's only $9. About 10 strokes and you're slicing tomatoes like a pro and there's even a slot for scissors. Yeah, you need to sharpen those two. And for the microwave mess, a BPA free splatter cover, just $13. No more spaghetti sauce explosions. I hate that.

And handles keep your fingers from getting burned. You find all the links at WTOP.com. The total $62 for a sharper cleaner kitchen. Now that's a deal that really cuts it. OK, smarty pants. I know that you need more tips like this because you want to stay ahead of the tech curve. But as they like to say on infomercials, but wait, there's more. This is really fun.
