We are talking about all things coding today, but not coding like, you know, nerdy developers,
we're talking about coding like me and Jayden. Jayden's a little more nerdy than me, but just
everything that cursor-lovable replets doing, we can talk about like how they're growing,
but guys, like if that sort of stuff is like, oh, I don't know, Jayden, I want to talk about what
we have been doing as two, you know, people who are not really coders because, guys, I've had
the most unbelievable like two or three weeks of my life in trying to build this stuff. It's just
been absolutely awesome. Jayden was telling me this offline. Actually, Jayden, I'm about to
hand it over to you. Jayden, can I, can I mention the other thing that we're doing on this podcast?
That weird. Guys, Jayden and I actually have another podcast. So this may not apply to you at all.
We may actually like lose listeners just by mentioning it, but Jayden and I started like AI
in faith, which is another podcast that he and I have, he and I just like offline, we talk a lot about
like, you know, we're dads or husbands, but also we, we both are sort of, you know, pretty active
in our in our faith and it's kind of like central to us. So I'm not pitching this. This is a
secular show that we're doing here. Don't worry. We're not going to sort of like infuse that with
you, but it's just funny because Jayden has, you know, has since he grew up, he's kind of raised
in the faith and we're in different faiths, by the way. And I, you know, was an atheist until I was
like 33 and then came to faith. So I sort of have two very perspectives. Okay, if that's a big turn
off, they'd be like, whatever, guys, you know, you go do your crazy stuff. But if that's of interest,
like we have another podcast that we're going to, we talk about how it works in faith. Okay,
that's the end of that plug. Jayden, hope I didn't overstep. Sorry to put you in a bad position with
that. Okay, where do you want to take it from here? And by the way, for the AI and faith podcast,
I'll drop a link in the description. So if anyone's interested in that, go get it. It's awesome.
Okay, this replete thing and this loveable story is crazy. Number one, because I am a very
avid user of loveable, but they actually just added $100 million in revenue last month alone.
So they are on an absolute tear. I probably gave them at least 50% of that $100 million
because I've been using it so much. But guys, this is incredible because they have only 147 people
in this company. So like very small company growing very fast. They just passed 400 million
dollars in annual recurring revenue. And so I just think like overall as an industry, we're seeing
a lot of these companies grow so fast when they have an AI use case that they actually deliver
on what the promise was. And it's interesting because there was another report that came out,
I'm trying to remember the company, I'll come back to the source on this in a second. But
they basically did like a state of AI apps and they they showed that AI apps or apps that are
like quote unquote AI powered were able to get more users faster, like more quick revenue faster,
but they really struggled with churn and classic apps could keep users subscribed much longer than
these AI apps. And the problem all comes down to basically people overhyping and over promising.
And once you use it, you basically can't get done what you want to. And I think you contrast that
to some of these apps that are growing super fast, like lovable for example and replete another
one that just hit a $9 billion valuation six months after they hit a $3 billion valuation.
Both of these vibe coding apps, I think they're finally delivering on the promise of like,
hey guys, build anything, you know, build any app, build anything that you want to with AI,
it's totally possible, even if you're not a developer. And I think it like you actually can do it.
So Conor and I have both been doing this personally. I'll kick this over to you Conor to talk
about a little bit about what you've been doing recently, because I need you been doing a lot with it.
And then I'm happy to share some of the cool stuff I can build with loveables as well.
Yeah, it's, you know, Jane, a couple of thoughts on that is number one, if you're out there listening
to this and you're thinking, oh, vibe coding and, you know, lovable cursor and it's something that
you'll get to eventually. And then you have other people saying, guys, quit everything you're doing,
you've got to start vibe coding now. It's just easy to live in that space where you're like,
yeah, that it's why you end up like bookmarking a ton of things and everything, because you're like,
I got to get back to this. And then you just don't. And that's totally fine. Our whole thing, like,
sorry company, yeah, mindset, this is what we do. We get people over this hump at scale, big
enterprises. But it's because, Jane, just to articulate the gap here for a second,
once you get into something like a cursor or well, it's called like a lovable or Google AI
studio or cloud co-work or just anything like that that can help you kind of quote, quote,
either build apps or build websites. It's actually super fun and addictive. And I want to talk
a little bit about how I got addicted to it over the last two or three weeks. And you know,
me, I've been in this world for a while, but it's really something changed for me over the last
couple weeks. And I realized that the problem is not whether you're good at this stuff or whether
you want to do it or anything like that. It's purely this. Are you able to articulate a problem?
And, Jayden, that is the huge chasm. It is, can you sort of say what you need to do and what
you're trying to do? So for me, I could never, you know, our friends like Ali Miller and Logan
over at, you know, Google, I think I told you a little while ago, I was out there with Logan
in Chicago. And we called Ali because we were sort of saying like, hey, like, you know,
Connor's not vibe coding. I was like, you got to start vibe coding. So they were just going off
on everything they vibe coded. I'm like, I don't need to vibe. Or I need to vibe code, right?
But Jayden, over the last three weeks, I finally was our tick, I able to articulate the thing
that I was trying to do, which is super quick. We have a enterprise partnership with AI mind. So
we work with, you know, multiple companies that are over 10,000 people, like huge, huge companies.
And we train the entire organization right through like, you know, this enterprise partnership.
And part of what we do is kind of our course, which is AI for professionals, which, you know,
you can buy, but there's an enterprise version. But there's something that comes along with it,
which is like this hub. And this hub is just like a giant resource thing. Like you go in there
and you sort of like learn more about this and you, you know, figure out like how this is going to work
in your particular department, all that kind of stuff. But I was realizing, you know,
I want the next version of this. And by the way, I'm talking out of turn here because we've only
prototyped it. I can't really show it to people yet. But to be like the new kind of consulting.
Do you know what I mean? Like how do you get in there? And how does it actually drive your work?
Not tell you more about it. But actually, this is the car that you're going to get in and drive.
And it's going to do some cool things. And so with Claude, I just said, hey, this is what I'm
trying to do. And Claude keeps saying, hey, do you want me to whip up a website for you? I'm like,
well, no, because I don't know what you mean. It's like, Connor, just let me do it. I'm like,
but what about it? And just kept saying, Connor, just let me do it. Let me show you. I'm like, all right.
And it, it coded up an entire website with the code behind it. Everything else, like the whole thing,
I linked all the pages together. And now I have a working prototype. And Jayden, I was just up
all night for weeks working on this amazing thing, which at some point I'll, I'll, you know,
talk about more. But it was that moment. And it only came from me recently where I was able to
articulate what I wanted to do. And I feel like that's the big chasm for people, you know, 100%.
You're finally actually able to explain what you want. And it gets it down. I think that our
understanding of AI, I've been able to work with it. And also its capabilities have finally,
like, merged in a really awesome place. And I do not just levelable, by the way, I know we talk
about this. I recently got a review on one of my podcasts where people are like, Jayden is
like biased to like some like different of the things he talks about because like I'm here,
like talking about lovable all the time. By the way, guys, there is base 44, which is another
phenomenal resource. And they actually just launched some really cool, a really cool agent platform
that can get stepped on automatically. I've just like, obviously, there's one that I've kind of
buckled down with and it feels the best. And that's usually what I'll get. But not biased towards,
you know, lovable. If something else is better, I'll always tell you guys. Another one that's
really interesting too on that note is that I mentioned earlier is Repplet as well. So it's not
just like one company in this industry. The whole industry is growing like crazy. Repplet just
raised $400 million. Amjad Mossad was posting over on X about this. He's a CEO. They just hit a
$9 billion valuation. Guys, that is growing so fast. He said, though, that Repplet is now used at
85% of Fortune 500 companies. And so we're just seeing this grow so, so quickly. I want to show you
something I recently built with lovable. I'm not a developer and I have been in software for,
you know, many, many years running different software companies and growing them.
But I've never been on the development side. It's usually on the marketing. It's on the
leadership. I, you know, I start these companies, but I'll have a CTO or someone come and do
the development. Have zero, zero coding background. But I want to show you something that I just
recently built over on lovable. So if you're watching on YouTube, there's a link in the description
too to see the YouTube to this. I'm sharing my screen. But otherwise, I'll explain it. I recently
was wanting for my startup AI box. I'm like, we kind of have this like customer support thing.
We're about to totally overhaul it because it's, it was, we built it at the very beginning.
Basically, like if someone sends us a customer support request, it like dumps it into a discord
server and it has their email. Then I got to copy their email and go paste it into my thing and
respond to them or send it to one of our customers for people to go like deal with the issue. It's
just like so not streamlined. And so recently, what I've, what I've decided to build is I was like,
okay, what are some other options? And there's things like intercom and there's other tools like
that. And I was looking at it and I'm like, gee, intercom, it's like, you know, $30 per seat for,
for every one of our customers, poor people that would be on there. And I'm like, I like
sure there's something better that's a little bit more customizable guys. Unlovable. I built
basically a clone of intercom that does everything I need it to do. And anytime it basically has
built like a chat bubble that I can embed onto my site pops up has my logo. You put your info in
and it has like all of your chat history in there. And the other cool thing that it does is, and
by the way, I'm not a developer in any way. I just explained in clear text what I wanted this thing
to do. And it was able to build it. And then I have this portal where all of the customers
port requests pop in here. And I can just chat with people in here. Also, I can integrate AI into
it. So for I have something like that's a knowledge base. So I've added like everything about my
platform, all the data, like in regards to my platform, about our pricing and everything else.
And if someone starts chatting with it, and AI is first going to try to like answer their
question. And if it can't, it's like, hey, you want to talk to like a human and it bumps it over
to from like AI handling to needs a human. And then I go and can just message people, guys,
it is saving me so much time, so much more streamlined. And again, like this thing was built in
probably four hours on levable. And it does exactly what I want completely replaces another
software. So I think we're going to see some massive disruption software. But you could also
build things that are just custom perfect for you and your company and your workflow.
This is, guys, Jayden, I was talking with Jayden offline before we got on today. And I was
saying like, you know, Jayden, anything that you ever share is like gold to me. So guys, I don't
know if you guys have the same feeling that I do, but I just sit and stare and listen to what Jayden
talks about when he talks. And it was quick plug for AI box. You've got to check it out. It's like,
either I think it's like, well, Jayden, tell us the pricing on AI box again. Oh, we have a,
we have $899 a month to get over 40 different AI models. And it's 20% off if you get the annual
plan. So it's like super cheap to get access to everything, basically. It's an, it's an amazing
thing. Like you get to compare models. You do what I do every day, which is like, you know,
this model versus this model, you can sort of like build your own tools workflows.
It just a plug because it's growing fast and I love it. But when I watch how Jayden has now built
like a customer service bot. And you guys know, you're on American Airlines. There's like a bot
that pops up, Hey, how can we help and stuff like that? And I'm like, it's just unbelievable.
And I believe Jayden, when he says you just tell it what to do because that's what I've discovered
over the last few three weeks. Jayden, I know we're coming up on time, but it's, it's this kind of
thing. Maybe we do future episodes on this a little bit where you're like, okay, here's the first
thing you do. You open up this window and you press this or maybe we even do like a LinkedIn live
on it or something like that because it's one of these things where when you hear it, it sounds
impossible. But guys, I'm just telling you that that moment is out there. When you just go in
and you say, Hey, could you build me this and ask it something that you feel like is impossible
and just see because that's what I kept doing. I just like, I would never ask and never ask
it. And then it's like, you know, I can build this impossible thing. I'm like, no way. But like,
what does it cost me? Nothing. Just like ask it to. So for that reason, I really want you guys to
check this out. Also go check out AIbox. AI. Very, very cool. Listen, guys, we could go on and on
about this. But this is the kind of stuff that we love to share. Like what's happening in the
news and then how we're applying it to our own lives. This is AI applied. So last question for you all,
you guys are the absolute best with leaving, rating, reviews. If you could, if you haven't done it yet,
again, it helps us to sort of spread the word about this podcast. We just do it out of the
bottom of our heart because we love it. Love hanging with you guys. Get on there today. Leave a
rating review. We're so grateful for you all. And we will see you in the next episode.
