Both of them. I'm not going to do a pump, but I nearly did a pump. I don't agree with that in the workplace. We're not in the workplace. This is a little adult play pen that mean you get to enjoy every Tuesday, no? Monday and Thursday. It's the look and picture. I'm Pete Thompson. Friday, Sunday. Nothing sums up the relationship we have with each other by me saying, don't do that render workplace and you saying it's not a work for me. That is essentially the summary of our relationship for the last 20 years. Ah! Oh, you're doing everybody's look, Pete Joy, Pete Dawson. I'm John Bebist, a Luke E. Moa. Can we write Luke E. Moa? You said it like E. Cheese. Or Wiley Kai. Wiley Kai, obviously. That's what it makes me sound like. How are you mate? I'm good. We've got nice trousers on today. Yours are nice mine are. It's a seem better day to be honest. A lot of my fancy trousers have seen better days of my honest. I just think when you dress in trousers like that, which I like, by the way, I would definitely wear those on the golf course, for example. I would. And you fall off your bike and have to be rescued by an old woman.
Make your woman choose a young Spanish lady. Alright, a young Spanish lady. And then we kiss'd. It's worse when you wear trousers like that. It is, yeah. We're just hiding the blood. No, but wearing a pair of trousers like that is a conscious decision to go, I back myself here. Yeah. And it's fallen down because you've come off the bike. Because of the things I'm saying. Yeah, I've got, I've also got, I've got quite a lot of stains on my clothes. Oh, quite a, can you say, is there a white yellow stain on my back? Can you see it? Yeah, it looks like curry. It does look, it looks like it's got that. What's that thing that's in curry that, Guy, no, no, no, it's one of the spices and it's, Oh, cumin, cumin. And it's the one thing that insurance doesn't cover because it's just sort of unbelievably orangey. It just makes having very orangey. I didn't realize I'd die anything. Anything you want to throw at it. I didn't realize the dimension. But that might be cumin. It might not be cumin. It might be something else. Anyway, yes. I went to Poland this weekend. Very good. And last weekend, yes. And I came out of my Airbnb.
Indie club? Bank, straight into the Indie club. No, there was an Indie club. Depeche Mordonite, I quite, quite enjoyed. That was good. And an Indie club where a woman not passed me, not my pint. I'm good for dropping pints after a few. Not my pint on the floor. Then came back and remonstrated with me and I was like, you're not into me. You're like, oh, British, I understand. And then tutled off. And you're, she was horrible. Imagine that being an actual story. You tell to someone at 45 years of age. What do you mean? So you got into an, you were, it wasn't Indie club. It was an Indie bar. I played Indie music. Depeche Mordonite. My favorite Indian music. Is it Depeche Mordonite? No, it wasn't Depeche, it was a different one. What part of parliament was it? Warsaw. And what was the pint you were drinking? It's, I forget how to pronounce it correctly. White rariclor. Okay. Polish, Polish Laga. We check. Now, not, not, not, I want to Tisky. Didn't say any to you. Two reckon it's just a pop, they only sell it in England.
Yeah, it's like Madrid. Like Foster's. It's Jivejets. Jivejets. I was having a Jivejets. And who are you with, little Owl? Little Owl. Craigie. Craigie, hello, she got drunk and for a joke. Washed his face in the puddle, which I very much enjoyed. This is what's going on. Is it going for a dive? Don't mind it. Can I, I mean this with love. You can't take my daughter away from me. No, I'm just can't. I'm a father. I'm a pinnacle community now. What is it you've learnt about me in the last few years? I think I want another three-year-old. Yeah. This is so difficult. I love Pete's three-year-old as well. Thanks. That make it better. No, I want to know, and I mean this with love. Right. I'm not, this is a neutral question I'm asking here. Not casting any aspersions whatsoever. Right. Do you ever go through a period of self-reflection? Right. And go, why am I doing this all the time with the same people? What do you mean? Well, I don't get to say that. That's what we do. You do get to see. You see them all the time. No, I don't. You do about eight of these trips a year.
I do three if I'm lucky. Be honest. Be honest. Be honest. Be honest. Yeah, I haven't been honest. You just, life goes through the first. Life goes fast. And you only remember that because I'm not I'd directly tell you about them because it's content with Luke and Pete. Sure. Every silly thing that happens I got. Content for Luke and Pete. Sure. I came out of my Airbnb. The president of Poland was literally on my doorstep. Amazing. Avonagoa, I think Donald Tusk. So I thought when you said that to me before I thought you meant Donald Tusk. Tuskie, you know, he's the prime minister. But they're at loggerheads, are they? I couldn't figure that one out. I think they are. Yes. I think that's seem I sort of Google it. After that. And I was like, yeah, that was definitely there was. I tell you what, if you want to see some of the meanest security people on the planet get a Polish president because fucking hell. That's tough guys. I wouldn't mess with half of one of them. Good God. They look fresh. They weren't being massive, but they just look they were well dressed and they just look like they could just fold you up. They've forced you through that. Yeah, just all that all that business.
It was. I love you to step by my name. That'd be so good. Insert my own, you know, bum into my own mouth. How have they done this? Which is a different club you guys do. It's a different club. You even went to a city that's named after a joy division song in the shape of Warsaw, didn't you? As well. That's how indeed that's how indeed the weekend was. Yeah. What was the most indie thing you did? But you danced in quite a self. I didn't do any dancing. Let me. I did do karaoke and I sang take it back to Sunday. Thank you very much. Did you really? Yeah. I did. I kind of feel like I've got you pigeon-hutled in as kind of dancing in a quite a self-conscious way to like a pulp song on a dance floor which is semi-desertive. But you still got a pint in your hand. I mean, I'm on nodding terms like that. That may be something that may have happened. Yes. Right. And because you're and the words are out in part, we're talking the psychic Simon, because you haven't got the commitment to proper dancing. You'll do like a semi-self-deprecated robot at some point.
Yes. But I just wrote about it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Again, again, it's essentially observed. Yes. And who was the most drunker of you, Alan Big Craig? Big Craig, I'm one, nobody, but he's sacked off the last night. So he's, he's, he's, well, just stayed home to this. He's dead, um, he had a few drinks and then they went, no one. Can we face it? Has he ever got a cocktail bar next to the, oh, it was great. Can you keep up with it out, out these days? No, not really, no. I start very fast and go slow and he starts slow and goes fast. Because I'm doing, if I go to the out for a night out or whatever, I'm having probably two points and a couple of shandies and that's it. That's me these days. That's trying to find out. My normal setting is like at maximum three quarters of bottle of Prosecco. That's it. Where's that come from? What? What you just tried and I didn't, I tried to make fish and chips in Prosecco. But what about, not, not drinking Prosecco when you're in Warsaw, right? No. I had a couple of ice whiskeys. You're Laga, Laga, Laga, Laga. You're a couple of nice whiskeys. It's where they go, do good, Laga for crying out loud. Couple of nice whiskeys as well. I don't know, Martini, dirty Martini.
Very nice. Very nice. Do you remember in Berlin once you and I broke into that party and we ran around corridors looking for Campari? No, I don't. Remember that. No, I don't. We went to, we were in a club quite late in Berlin once. And you were, so you got a campari in Orange. You're in a big campari in front of me. You're in that for sale? My campari? Do you have that face? Yeah, forgotten. For my forgotten campari in Orange. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then the guy with the part of the bar was like, we're quite a trendy Berlin place and the guy was like, we haven't got any campari. And so you're like, we're going to go find some. We just went off on the Mad Mystery Tour. We ended up in some weird private party and we had some corridors, some burlicks. I think that's a very charming story. We didn't find the campari in the end. Which is a shame. There you go. You've been galvancing around Warsaw. What was the flight there and back like? Fine, Wizair. Very struck down. But I love Wizair flight. I think they're really good. Do you think there's anything in this conspiracy theory about what happened at Heathrow yesterday at the time recording? Oh, what do you think?
It's the Russians. No, they said people say it's the Israelis. No. They wouldn't. They just wouldn't. They just wouldn't. Two months after. Oh yeah, because they're known to not be two. They're not to not have a massive network. They're not going to be a reasonable one. They're not going to be a reasonable one. They wouldn't do that. No, there was a... Too much, too much shit. The people were commenting. It's just him for that stuff. I know that. I know that. People were commenting that two hours after the middle band policy was announced. No, it all went to shit. Ockham's a razor. What's the most likely would you share that job sometimes? What's it you say, for example, that there hasn't been sabotage in the infrastructure network of the UK in recent years? No, they have. Okay. It's usually the Russians or the Iranians. Yeah. Or the North Koreans. Is it sometimes the North Koreans? No, it's not. They haven't got the purchase. They piss about. They always piss about. I thought that was more cyber stuff, though. Yeah. Well, you're not going to go up and... I don't know. But the Russians... I don't know how to turn off the plens. The Russians. The Russians. This is definitely a digital problem. Russians were... There's talk of Russians starting fires and stuff, weren't they? Yeah. You do when you fly into Poland,
which is obviously on the chop and block for Putin. If you're going to create any problems, Putin, like Poland is one of those ones. Yeah. Yeah, that drawn thing in Germany, I was a bit like... Yeah, shut down, passing your planes, but... That would be sad for me. That would be sad. It would be the look and look... And look starts. And men with a piece. The look and men with a piece. Sure. It would be selfish of you, because getting someone to replace you at 48 hours notice the recording would be... I've got enough on as it is. I can't be doing that. That's to get Bruno in. Yeah. To get producer Bruno in. Make his debut. It would not be a pro. It would not be making the show anyways. And was there... Was there okay with it? Yeah, okay, yeah. I guess it dodged a bullet, because it was yesterday that I was thinking of. Well, why if I've actually landed back in London at like quarter to 12? And when we got home from a picture of the airport, we got home from Heathrow. It was on the radio. So we're that close. Right. Anyway, absolutely. So was it just Heathrow? Heathrow? No, it was everywhere, wasn't it? It was like last night it was just talk. It was Heathrow. It was Birmingham. It was Manchester.
I think it was East Midlands maybe. Right. It was affecting everywhere. So you couldn't get South End Airport, could you? I was thinking... No, there's no point. No one noticed. No one noticed. I played golf right next to South End Airport with Big Power a few weeks ago. And I think... Very few plans. Yeah, in the four hour round, I put us all one plane. Yeah. That sounded about really... Usually like little plane, not there, or the other day. Oh, yeah, there's a few little ones came in, but only one kind of passenger. Big lady. I was thinking it would be madive every single flight was grounded in the world. How it would affect our lives. Would affect our lives in a big way, presumably? I guess so. Yeah, we'd have to just sort of... We'd eat a lot of potatoes. Very much, inn. Yeah, you have to go back to the old dig for victory, wouldn't we? Yeah. I'd eat foxes. I'd have to eat foxes. I mean, that'd be a good... That'd be a good source of protein. I guess a lot of them aren't there. Badges, they've been thought of. There are a lot of them. That's... I sort of think... You know, you think about... You certainly wouldn't become a father. You think about risks and, you know, managing risks and stuff like that. And so when I go on... You know, I occasionally go on these little trips. I do sort of think, I mean, what if I... I mean, I got life insurance.
I'm more used to a dead. But... ... um... ...um... ...um... You get... You've become a lot more e-e or over the last day or two. Like, today you've been terrible... Been on the Reddit. Um... ...there... Stop going on the Reddit. I just like... I like... Some of the brews I like to push in my thoughts come into. No one cares, no one fucking cares. I know. I know. The thing about... You've got to understand about Reddit. And this will go on. This will... I'm about to say we'll go on Reddit, right? Is that, if they are honest with themselves, right? When they're not at their computer, they're sitting at home, watching Telen, having a dinner, whatever. In their hearts of heart, these people, they know what they're doing doesn't matter. They know it doesn't, it doesn't, it absolutely does not matter. I think my point is, right, is that I know that. You probably know that, but if the send and gets repeated over and over again, people in the office will start to react to me slightly differently. And who's in charge of the office? You can't manage this office, look at me. You can't manage this office. I'm not in charge of anything. I can't change anything.
If the biggest impact is that I have to listen to you dripping about it. That's the biggest impact. It makes me sad. Well that's the name, but the, we used to be... If they knew they were making you sad. If they knew you, they were making you sad. Do you think they would stop? Probably not. So there you go then. There you go. They're a little win. I know, I know. It's, again, I'm not bothered about that. I should criticize myself because it's, it's nebulous. It's just an opinion. We talk about one thing in the go. I don't agree with that. I don't care, right? And there are certain things that I know I do that I shouldn't do, but fuck it. I don't care. I'm 55, I'm going to change now. But it's more, I don't want to let the side down because you know what, you know what, with the greatest bet you must know that my men were worried is just being a fucking anchor and a bit... You're letting the side down, but I'm going to shut down me. I know. I know. Well, yeah, exactly. Who's posting those reddit comments? You know what I reckon it is, that Pete? I reckon it's Jay-Z, Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Chris Nolan, I reckon it's probably on the... Chris Nolan, I reckon it's probably on the... He's high, he's high-achieving individuals. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
They're always wasted. They're definitely going to be wasted in their time. I like it when they had a got you on the stash. But they would have forgotten me. No, they're normal, but I didn't say anything when they were having a got you on the stash. And now they're after me, because I was not on the stash. So I was saying that get a calculate of risk and managing risk or so you sort of go, oh, I got to do it. It's a bit silly doing stuff that you don't have to do. You know, I don't know. Got a nice time though, right? That's what you like to do. Makes you better, dad. Don't have a dad. But thinking about it, I mean, the exact flight plan for every flight that goes into South End. So if a plane's coming down as it comes into South End, it's fucking double in it. Yeah. We're all at risk, really. So they know how to get out of here. So I think I'm going to have a conversation with Sarah. I'm going to be an air-based digital norm at working exclusively off British Airways Wi-Fi.
I'm not going to get off the flight flight. I'm just going to stay in airpots like that airpot man that time. Oh, you're always going to be in the air like you've been in the air. Like the United States air. If it's a big air. Yeah, okay. Air Force P. Got to keep it going. That'd be great. I'd love that. How long's your reckon you'd last? Ah, I can eat bad food like forever, I think. Yeah. I've evidently. I think he's gone below. So yeah. I just think you shouldn't worry too much about that stuff. It's important if you do do stuff you enjoy. If I get out there and enjoy it, enjoy yourself. I just think statistically it's interesting that I literally live on a flight plan. So I'm at risk of getting hit by a larger plane. Doesn't everyone in London live on the flight path? No, it's direct. Like if I fired a revolver I on, I'd hit an easier. How high is it going over your house then? Well, they're coming into land. So how high are they going to go at the point they go over your house? I know how planes fucking work. Longer than a meter, I don't fucking know. You look at any day where I drop in my house, I don't know. But if you look directly up when a plane comes over.
Yeah, they're bigger than people who aren't used to it. It's allowed. I like fuck. Is it loud? Yeah. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Fuck. Is it loud? It's not really that often. Do you have sympathy with the people that he throw flight path you can play? He throws been there forever. When was he throw built? 50s? When was he throwing? Most things like that were like, pause, wall weren't they? Most projects, big airpot projects. Used to be army, the airpot. 946, he throw apparently. There would have been that many flights then though. We're busy. That's 95s. It's right after the wall. When I used to walk back from sky, I was based in Brentford for a while. I used to walk back to Gunnersbury Station or Runback or whatever. And it comes with stress. I actually got a bit of affection for it. It was the kind of like, just not quite on the Piccadilly line, but could be, no, it isn't the Piccadilly line, isn't it? It's not district line. District line. Yeah, not quite on the Piccadilly line, could have been on the Piccadilly line. Where's the space? Yeah, but on the Stahls, it could be. Not even Chiswick proper, rubbish. Yeah, it's not really fully chiswick,
but then the Stahlsbury have for it is quite, runs quite deep in the middle. Anyway, when you used to walk back to Gunnersbury from Brentford, you could see the planes lining up to land a Heathrow. And they would honestly be landing every 45 seconds. Madden it, they look like they're two-class. It's a queue. Get them, get up, look at that. Orchestra it that. Well, my friend Tim is in charge of Heathrow approach for that. Tim pushing, Tim. Should call him pushing Tim. Pushing Tim. Yeah, he is, honestly. He does the, he does Heathrow approach. How do they, how do they, is it 20 minutes on 20 minutes off? I think I think I'm 20 minutes on 40 minutes off. Right. I think. And you've always got someone having a shoulder. Yeah, going, don't fuck this up, Tim. And there's loads of backup systems and stuff. But I think there is a theory, the idea, that if you, if it did all go to shit, and there were planes in the A, you'd have to do the vectors kind of manually with mathematics and stuff like that. Yeah, that's, yeah, that's man. I mean, that is bananas. I mean, the whole thing is bananas. There's an element to it that I think you might, I don't know this, because I've not asked him.
But you know, when, actually, it's weird enough, it's similar to the whole Reddit thing. It's an element to it. I feel like it doesn't bother me that shit, because to me, I feel like I'm of the generation. I remember the life quite fondly before the internet. And it's an element to me that the internet, I know this is problematic because it is real. But it doesn't always feel fully real. Right. So it's supposed to be like, because to me, the juxtaposition between every single person who listened to a show in real life that I've met has come up to me has been universally nice. And every single person in it seems like their counts. And they can't be decay, so it must just not be quite real. And I think with their traffic controlling, is it an element that you're looking at a screen, and it's all a little bit, you're a bit removed from it? You understand? To hear it. To hear it. Yeah, you understand ramifications, but actually, you're not looking directly up at the planes that go right, you go over there. So there's a bit of removal. But they have conversations with the pilots who are flying these things, and they look up, you know, sometimes if a landing gear hasn't come around, they'll do like a flyover,
and the people in the tower will look up and go, whose landing gear is not done? So they do do visual, you know, if we can see you visually out the windows, so if that's why they're on a big tower. The fails say for the landing gear is that you just hit some water max thing, and they just fall out, don't they? And they love bikes. Yeah, but even it, but they don't always do that though, so you've got to go a little belly, belly landing. Got a landing on the belly. Didn't possible not have to land this plane on a belly once. Really? American stars waste a lot of fucking money on private jets, where they could just have a really nice. It's also a lot of, over the years, I'm thinking particularly in the 70s and the 80s, and probably before that, not of internal flights to think what dangerous in America. I don't know how, yeah, I don't know how they, yeah. Where they're severe lack of regulation. Yeah. Quite reckless pilots. Substance abuse. It's an amazing combination. The cork in years of the 80s. Oh, you imagine. It was like, guys, is it Randy Rhodes? You know, it's sort of Randy Rhodes? I don't know, Randy Rhodes. As a Randy Rhodes is dead. Right. He died in the 80s. He was the guitarist for Ozzy Osborne. Oh, where they did that mad fucking fly by. He just found a plane.
Yeah. I just flew it. I'd fly around. And one of them crashed it. And that's him dead. Didn't it hit the bus? It hit the two of us, didn't it? It clipped a tree or a tour bus or something, yeah. Yeah. Crazy what it used to get up to. Absolutely crazy. That is crazy. I think actually before we finished this section, I would very honestly like to say to people, don't stop being mean to people with me. I said, I'm not bothered about the people being mean. But you're not bothered about it. But you said you're not bothered about it. Well, that's 40 hours constantly. I'm not bothered. A friend of the show, a business partner. Who? I caught me a time when I was going over. And I was really frustrated. And I was a bit depressed. But it's not, as I said, it's not what the commons are saying. I don't get, like those things have been said before, but it was just a bit of a tournament. It was like, I don't want to let the side down for those people to read that and sort of go, Pete's being rubbish. And I'm not. I'm trying my hardest. I know how rubbish you are. I've worked a really good point. No one on the internet, I've not met you. I'm going to let me know if you're rubbish. But I mean, say it, you know, I don't care. It's a sort of thing to fucking a 15-year-old.
Stop saying you don't care. It makes it sound like you really care. Well, that side of things I don't care. I'm trying to explain that. I don't actually care about the commons themselves. I don't want people to think I'm letting the side down. Have I got to the point? And we've crossed the rubicon at the point where Luke is enjoying me getting flustered. He's not enjoying it. He's still releasing the ramblings of a mad man. No, I know. A total mad man. Anyway, let's move on to the next one. David Carlett, anyway. See, he gets thick. He gets thick. Because he's not one of the main ones. Because he's new. I was one of the main ones, I was not getting thick. Who cares? You are one of the main ones. Yeah, definitely. One of the main ones. You're not taking the key one. Why are the original ones? All right. Where's Chrissy Apples? How many of Chossey does? You know what? I have an ear for him. I have not... He doesn't like me. He didn't like me. He didn't like me very much. I don't know. When he left. I thought he was going to fall on you at that edge. You can. But he didn't even come and get his gear back. Yes, some of his gear was in my house. When I moved out, so I showed you the desk.
I found the desk in my attic. Because I give it back to you, thinking you would see... Well, I thought I'd say it. I even arranged when to come and get it. Right, never came. And now it is obsolete. Absolutely. You could probably sell it to some hipster. Is it vintage? No. No, it's an analog. It's an entry-level analog mixing desk with 10... But don't let stuff come around again, though. You never say never. It's just about storing it in its big old chunky lad. And also like capacitors leak and stuff. I imagine it's filled with that sort of thing. Yeah, I've got an email here from 2009. From Chris Apples. Right. Just give me my stuff back. Sorry, I haven't got back to you about picking up my equipment. I'm sorry for messing you around. I'm going to be selling it. So if you want to buy it, let me know. We can agree a price. And I was like, yeah, sure. Come over on Monday or Tuesday. And then you didn't reply. I'm scared of your business acumen. He's like, oh, he's got me over a barrel. Don't think so. I don't think so. I don't think that's going to be what it was. But by the way, speaking of entirely different subjects,
I've just had to buy some... Let me get the name of this right. I don't want to mess it up. But I have just had to buy some diatomaceous earth powder. You know what that is? Diatomaceous earth? I wouldn't even know how to kind of... What was it like, born meal or something? What was it? I don't know what diatomaceous means. So I don't know. Diatomaceous sounds like one of the words that you know, you have near cost to use. Diatomaceous earth is a naturally occurring crumbly sedimentary rock made out of the fossilized remains of tiny aquatic algae. Okay. Are you trying to fix some soil so you can grow some stuff in it? Nope. Right. Are you going to eat it? So it is a long, longer nighttime erections. A non-toxic way of killing slugs. Oh! So a toddler and pet safe way of killing slugs because they keep crawling up through the gaps in the floorboards and getting into my living room. That's a very interesting situation you're familiar with.
And I will have to get some of those because my entire butt garden is saturated by these little fuckers. Well, and with a very rainy winter, what do you call it? Awesome. Coming, I think it's going to be even worse. A couple of weeks ago, my son ran into the room and woke me up saying, Daddy, Daddy, there's a slug on my transporter which I thought I was still dreaming. I thought, what the fuck is going on? So I ran that. I said, don't touch it. He said, okay. He said, do you want to show him? And he said, yeah. Do you slug the transporter? I ran down there and there was a slug on this transporter and they crawled up through the gap between the wall and the floorboard. I think they weren't squeezed. These things weren't sort of squeezed. They were incredible. It's quite a big gap. Right. Old house. Interesting. Not a mice have an absolute fun time. But we don't get mice because of the cats. But the mice didn't come near us. So what we have to do is we have the cats to eat their slugs. I can check them again. They're not very fast. I'm not sure. I'm not sure I'll be interested. But so we're going to have to sprinkle diatomaceous earth powder
through the floorboards. Diatomaceous earth powder. Does it kill them or just be attempted to go away? Kills them through the hydration. It's just like salt then. You already put salt on them and it fizz and everyone gets hurt. I think it's less crawled than that. Less crawled. And then we have to silicon the gap between the wall and the floorboards, I think. Right. So I need some silicon. The problem with an old house is it looks nice. And that house has got all the old original corner seeing and the nice plaster of Paris up on the ceiling and stuff like that. What do you call it when it's got like a thing around the light fitting? A rose. Yeah, sitting rose. Yeah, sitting rose. It's got a load of those. A lamp rose. That's probably me. It's got gaps everywhere. It's drafting. So that's the problem. But I didn't even do diatomaceous earth powder existed. But one of my son's friends father is a pest controller. And I asked him about it. And I asked him in a way which was. I'm not paying for this advice. No, no, no, no, on the spoken music, if I throw you a few quill, we just come and sort this out for me. Right. And he was like, now what do you want to do? Do you want to do this? Do you want to do that? Cool. Yeah. I don't want to do that, though.
You do it. I didn't say that, actually, I don't know why. I'm not. I'm not. I don't know why enough. Soil powder. No. So that's that's got. What is it? A pound for pound. If I went in Tesco, it wasn't it said, how much per kilogram this was? It's a tenor for a kilo. Cheaply gold. You'll be getting some, aren't you? I think I think it'd be very sad because I've obviously got dogs and child. And I do. I have used slug pellets in the past. I don't think it worked. So I just took to get into the big bucket and filling them with filling them up. Would you like to sprinkle some dyes, my sister's, her father, over those reddit comators Peter? And watch their faces. And the hydrate them. And then say I'm not bothered about the comments. I'm not bothered about the comments. I'm only wondering what I'm going to do. You know, Bruno's cackling at you now. I'm upset that I might be letting people down. Because some of the critics are missing backlit. I'm not going to go on it because I think reddit's horrible. And my experience is if I go on it, people would be very lucky as podcasters that
not that many people have ever commented. Have ever listened. Yeah. Have ever listened to being a broadly enough product. This is a specific football one, not the local pizza one. No, I'm sure that I mean, how do you even start coming down this? Why would people bother? They're always talking about this. Yeah, but you also talk about a lot of other stuff, don't we? The guy from the, you know, that show and newslet at the upshot. Yeah, it's very dirty. So the guy who runs that, he came in last week. Yeah. Okay, hard day. And he loved that. He asked to come in and he met me and Finn. Right. And he was absolutely right even about a little compete show. Right. I love it. He's going to hear this. He's going to hear this. You've slagged him off. I've not slagged him off. You said he's a dirty boy. Yeah, he's a bit dirty, isn't it? So all the best dirty stories. All the sort of stuff that when we do a live show, we absolutely pepper the place with. I'm not going to name him because there's a few of them and you won't be able to identify him. But the geezer who came in, he's a father of three year old as well. It's the same situation as us.
We're in, right? We'll just grubby little grubby little, we've got a grubby little lives because we're constantly clearing up. Who out and appies? How's the pot trying to go for you? It's not going to happen. So you're going to pull a pants until she's 18 and she leaves the home. That's how I feel at the moment. Is that how you feel? Yeah, I don't know how. How long have you been doing this? How long have you been trying to do it? That's four months. Same. I don't know what I don't know. I don't know what I don't know. How many had to be together? Mixed in with the getting up three times during the night. I was that happening as well. We had it so sweet for so long and now it's... It bites you and you can't get complacent again. No. And the thing is, make a smell for you. The fear of being complacent is so acute that you can't even enjoy the good nights. Because you worried the whole time. I know. Every time I have house, house makes and the whole thing happens. No, no. What you need is to really volatile, voluntary, to run over and back in. That's what you need. Did they wake her up? Sometimes Lola will just, for some reason, just walk into her room.
It's like, do it. It's a door not shut. It's shut, but it... Or you can just push it off. We keep the cats in a different part of the house that they can't get to us at night. It's honestly, and also with baby... I've put the baby gets back in because she's free-range now. And just that whole control system with dogs, them, me, just... You've got child gates in the house, still. No, because she's on the first level. And I need to stop her from half asleep falling on the stairs or climbing up the stairs to get in our bed, basically. So she's got a route to the toilet if she needs it, but nothing else. But she still just stands at the bottom of the stairs, gone. Daddy. Yeah. Oh, she goes, girls. Girls. Is that what you said? What? What is she saying? She was just saying it like trial man does something. Girls. Nothing's apparent. Nothing's apparent. It's just a phase and everything's a phase. Oh, fucking up, so I'll look. Well, I hope we've given a little bit more information to the people I've read it and what you're dealing with every day. So I hope it'll be a little bit more compassionate. Would you like, can there be more compassionate?
No, I don't... No, as I said, all the criticism is just like, it's fine. I think it's fine. I think it's fine. Oh, I don't know. As I said, all the criticism is just like, it's fine. I don't know what I am. Does it bother you? But I would say... This has been an abhorrent display. I'm so sorry. Right. Let's just get out of here. This has been the look of Pete Shaw. This should be on this one. This is the little little Pete Shaw. Pete, who's got a jug for everybody, Pat. He's... He'll be back on the next show. I mean, whatever I say about football, he'll be on the show. Anyone else here can't stand Pete at his radio DJ personality. It's on there. Oh, sure. He's a nice fun person to hang out with. And I cannot stand him sometimes on this show because he's hosting. He's an obnoxious DJ.
Fine. Is that a new one? I haven't seen that one. So here it goes. First like to find. That's fine. Yeah. You've grown me down to your bastards. Right. We'll be back next time. Dude, who gives an email? Oh, yeah, we've done an email for a while. No, we haven't. I should get one of the case with that, actually. Bad... Bad DJ. Hello, I'm Pete Shaw. Do I have a problem with this the way to do that? We'll see you soon. Bye-bye. Fuck you all. The Luke and Pete show is a stack production and part of the A-Cast Creatin Network.
