Airport Runs

briefly just want to and you'll hear it later this week and see it later this week, but I

had an opportunity yesterday to talk to Jeffrey Osborne. I know all the wings of love Jeffrey

Osborne. You're killing me. I know. Did you know that in advance? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. When did it

happen? Well, it was supposed to happen at one o'clock yesterday and it ended up happening

in like two 30s. Oh, you did it from home. Yeah. Okay. Because, um, but I was just, you know,

he's one of my favorites. Yeah. And Jeffrey Osborne. Yeah. Stay with me tonight. You should be

mind the woo song. Yeah. Oh, God. So good. You know that I you know my story. I went to Mexico

with train and life house. Yeah. And the whole trip, the theme song was on the wings of love.

Oh, and I told Pat Monahan on stage. I was like, I'll give you 20 bucks if you play that song.

He did. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't give him 20 bucks. I wonder if he still wants it.

God, it was so good though. I gotta tell you how excited I am today to talk to Jeffrey Osborne.

I mean, you have no idea. And here's, and here's the deal. In 1984, when stay with me tonight was

out here. I am a nine year old white kid looking at this video of you effortlessly walking through

the city, singing, showing up in a nightclub that was very 80s. All I wanted to do was be Jeffrey

Osborne. Oh, wow. That's that's that's incredible. I would, you know, that's hard for me to even

vision. Oh, my boy. So funny. So he was great. He's going to be at music hall next week.

Is he April 10th? Are you going to be going? Are you introducing him? Did you ask someone if

you could introduce him? He might have me. Yeah, he might have me to the show. I just the problem

is I leave the next day for Vegas for our cinema con trip going out there a day or two early.

And so yeah, I don't know. I mean, it's really, and I also have, I think I've seen him a con,

not a way about Astronomicon. I'm supposed to cover for Fox that day. I just want to get my

picture with Jeffrey Osborne. Yeah, that would be pretty cool. I do too. Should we talk about

how I'm supposed to be in charge of Alison to get her out to Vegas? What does that mean?

Like a couple days early. Okay. Well, you guys are arriving when Sunday or Monday?

Yeah. Good luck with your assignment. I would like to tell you good luck because I don't know

how much I'm actually going to be helping you through here. What's I don't understand? What would

be the problem? I mean, you're, you're after 10 years, I sort of, you know, I print my own

boarding pass. She doesn't even know. First of all, how to print her own boarding pass,

but how do you get on her phone? Like none of it. I sort of do now.

But you have over a week here to want to you make sure she has the Delta app. I don't

print it again. Let's do airport drills. We'll go out there. A couple times.

An airport drill. You don't even want to go over the actual trip. You're out of the drill.

I can't tell you how many times we have been, um, whether it's our J's juniors trip or anywhere

that we're going. And I will see Alison out of my eye. Yeah. Uh, like way down at the other end,

um, where we're, you know, supposed to be going through TSA and stuff. Look and lost. She's

looking around. She's actively talking out loud, hoping that someone says something to her.

Yeah. That's my move. Yeah. Sometimes when you see Alison out, you think, oh, she must be one

of those ladies with the Bluetooth in her ear. No, she's just talking to herself. Yeah.

And someone will eventually say, do you need help?

And also you will never see a bigger look of excitement on my face.

Like when somebody hands me my boarding pass already printed for me, which you have both done

in the past. You don't even need that anymore. I don't know what's going on at the

airport. I'll do exercise with you. We'll just do it. Let's get that running out to the airport.

No, I'm not doing that. We're running out to the airport. I'll get me get the app on your

pearl working. I can do it. I can even find my stop. I can find my sky miles, uh, number.

Is that what it's called? All right. I'm going to need 20 minutes, but I'll find it. And also,

by the way, that's adorable that you had a little like conversation. We didn't have a conversation.

I didn't have a conversation with you about it. But it'd be, it'd be funny if you guys had a

meeting right after I left. Yeah. All right. I'm going to get Alison to Vegas.
