Episode 88.  All The Small Things

Yes, it's a Blink 182 song. And yes, it's a great song. But this episode may be even better. Because we're talking about all the small things that you can do to make those big things you want to do easier to do... or at least more likely to be done by you. Now seems like a great time for this episode because now is always the right time ot talk about this topic. And because everyone seems to be stressed out and exhausted and having hard time making it the starting lines in their lives that they want to get to and over. The episode goes over small things like planning ahead, the W's, the wholly triumvirate of eating and drinking and sleeping, raditudes and baditudes, and there's even a ramble about just how great 1989 was for albums. Now you may be wondering why I go one and on about albums from 1989. That's because I mistakenly believed this was episode 89. It's not. It's episode 88.
