It seems to be the somebody did a poll and he's one of the most unpopular coaches in the NFL. Wow. I don't know why. Maybe it's because we're in the NFC fan. But what he does, which Sean McVey does is gets somehow gets the leadership that we all crave we had in our football teams.

3:11And he's able to do it. And I don't know if any other team can. They don't play in the preseason and you know it's a copycat league. So they didn't play in the preseason and they're successful. We're not going to play our starters in the preseason. All these guys are going to do is get hurt and get us fired. We're not going to play these guys in the preseason. And then what do we hear at the end of the year? Well, that preseason where it was camp cupcake. They set the tone. And that's not just in Cleveland. That's everywhere. That's everywhere.
