I'm Arcella Sanchez with an APN use minute. President Trump says a deal to end the Iran war is near after Tehran dismissed his 15-point ceasefire plan, launching more attacks on Israel and Gulf Arab countries. On state television, Iran's Foreign Minister says the U.S. tried to send messages through other countries and said no negotiations have taken place. President Trump spoke at a fundraiser last night in Washington. And they are negotiating, by the way, and they want to make a deal so badly, but they're afraid to say it. Because they figure they'll be killed by their own people. They're also afraid they'll be killed by us. Iran has issued its own plan via state TV, which includes an end to the killings of its officials and a means to make sure no other war is waged against it. It also includes reparations for the war, an end of hostilities, and Iran's sovereignty over the street of Hormuz. More information at apnews.com. I'm Arcella Sanchez.
