The Astros beat the White Tox 6-2. The Astros lead the AL West by 2-1-1-1-1 games over 2nd place Rangers. The Pirates beat the Giants 5-2. The Cubs 2, Brewers 1. The Rangers 6. The Rae is nothing. The San Francisco 49ers have arrived in Melbourne, Australia for their season opening NFL game against the Los Angeles Rams, September 11. It's expected to be a sold-out crowd. The Rams are scheduled to arrive next Thursday, only 24 hours before the game. The ruling by a Louisiana judge clears the way for Louisiana State University to list some former NFL players on its roster.
