I'm Marcela Sanchez, with an AP News Minute. Wall Street pointed towards solid gains while oil prices fell 6% today over the possibility of a de-escalation in Iran and negotiations with the U.S. The Trump administration has offered a 15-point ceasefire plant for Iran, but an Iranian military spokesperson mocked the U.S.'s attempt at a ceasefire deal. The National Transportation Safety Board is continuing to investigate Sunday night's deadly collision at New York's Laquardia Airport. Federal investigators say one of only two air traffic controllers on duty cleared a fire truck to cross a runway, just 12 seconds before the air-canada flight landed, leaving little time to avoid the crash that killed both pilots. On the today's show this morning, Savannah Guthrie gave her first interview since her mother's disappearance. She appeared along with her colleague, Hota Kotbi. NBC says the full interview will air on the program Thursday and Friday. I'm Marcela Sanchez.
