In an AP interview, National Weather Service meteorologist Mark Shinard says East News Storm with Blizzard Conditions is affecting the Midwest into the Great Lakes region through Monday. A lot of these areas are seeing one to two feet of snow, portions of Minnesota, Wisconsin, northern Michigan, locally higher totals.
