0:00I'm Arsene Sanchez with an AP News Minute. A dead-lucked jury has returned for the seventh day of deliberations in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial. Her attorney, Kevin Reddington, has filed a motion asking the judge to hold no further sidebars and keep all further courtroom debate out in the open. Judge William Sullivan has often used sidebars to discuss legal issues with the defense and prosecution, especially during jury deliberations. During those sessions, no one in court can hear what's being discussed. The US job market rebounded in August as employers added a surprising 162,000 jobs. The unemployment rate stayed at a low 4.1%. The jobs report issued by the Labor Department could be good news for President Trump two months before midterm elections, in which the health of the economy is weighing on voters' minds. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says US envoys are expected to visit Kiev within the coming days as part of renewed diplomatic efforts to end the war. I'm Marcella Sanchez.
