I'm Ben Thomas with an AP News Minute.
Iran fired a dozen missile barrages at Israel today,
while missiles from Lebanese militants
also triggered air raid sirens and killed one woman.
Same medic reports from the site
of a strike in Central Tel Aviv.
First responders are working here,
a big crater in the center of the street.
This is where the missile strike,
Hartman buildings have been largely damaged.
The façade has been blown off.
There are shards of blast along the ground here.
Now responders say that so far no one has been killed
and they are still searching for people who are injured.
They said that a missile got through Israel's defense systems.
And this is one of several that have gotten
through Israel's defense systems in many days.
Meanwhile at carb reports from Beirut.
Israel's strikes continue to pound southern Lebanon
where its troops are also fighting his well-em militants
in its ongoing ground incursion.
Israel has destroyed a handful of bridges
over the Littani River that links large swaths
of the southern region to the rest of the country.
I'm Ben Thomas.
