This is Scott Becker with the Becker Business and the Becker Private Equity podcast. Today we're going to talk about Apple, Meta, and Intel. So here's what's going on with those three. First, Apple introduced a new foldable iPhone. It's going to retail for about $2,000. Very exciting for those that are tech people that love their phones, which it seems to be everybody. That's a very high price point. We'll see how it goes, but available for 2000. Apple right now is up about 16% year to date. Having a heck of a year after a lot of uncertainty early in the year, market cap about 4.6 trillion. Second, Intel also had a pretty good week. It was up 9% on Tuesday. It's up 187% year to date. I wish I'd invested in Intel myself, but at least I don't own it some through index funds. But again, Intel inside Intel on fire, having a healthy year up on 87%. We'll see if that can continue. Meta platforms after being down and field some of its new programs,
its new AI efforts, its new what they call the Muse. It's now back to even year to date, but was about 7% on Wednesday having a very good day. And again, those are three stories that were following also oil prices through the roof again as the Rian US conflict seems to heat up. We'll see how that continues again, a lot going on in the markets, a lot going on in general. But today's discussion, Apple, Intel and Meta, it seems like don't bet against those three, fastening to watch. Thank you for listening to the Becker business and the Becker private equity podcast. Thank you to our wonderful producer, Shino Bunger. We'll be back with you tomorrow with a lot more. Thank you so much for listening.
