The dust has settled my friends on day one, a tampering, and we all feeling.

I think there's mixed emotions right now.

I know that I think people like wondering how to feel, which is fair.

I want to, yeah, that's good stuff.

I want to address a comment right here.

Jason, who, you know, part takes in this show every now and then good to see it.

JV all the hype train right now, even if it's well intended.

This is all about entertainment.

This always had a high likelihood of being ugly.

Okay, so here's what I'll say to that.

Maybe I'm naive.

I don't think anybody sitting here could have expected the move and subsequent

announcement, like in free agency, the inevitably ending where the Cardinals were.

Like, if you, if you had that foresight, congratulations with your, with your

crystal ball for the Cardinals to pivot twice and then sign Gardner,

Mintu, and then the Jacobi Berset factor, you have national outlets speculating.

It's just like, well, surely the Cardinals can't be done at quarterback.

Like Matt Morocco, who's out of the Bay Area, and we're going to get to, you know,

pro football talk.

And it's just like, people are like flabbergasted that this is what's happening.

So I, I think my reaction is, well, first of all, it's genuine because this is just,

I think this whole thing is insane at a billion dollar, one of 32 franchise would operate

this way. And even on the scale of the Cardinals, if we're grading on a curve here,

this is one of the craziest things they've ever done.

Yeah. Like even when they signed Sam Bradford, it was like, well, Bradford had been a

starter and here's 20 million.

And we knew that they weren't going to try to get a quarterback in the draft.

And they did.

They got Josh Rosen, Kevin Cobb, after Kurt Warner, like they tried to do stuff.

This is like an admission at least two days in.

We are not trying at all, which is, that's crazy to me because it's half foot in

and the other foot is not right, right?

It's not full jets blatantly tank mode, making sure they lock in Geno Smith with a trade

taken on that salary and eyeing Carson Wentz reportedly as his backup and just

punting on the 2026 season to capitalize on 2027 and all that draft capital that they acquired

and they're beginning of tanking it, of course, the trade deadline.

That's when it started and that's fully transparent with what they're doing.

They've telegraphed it quite well.

As far as the Arizona Cardinals, they had a three year rebuild.

They tore it down, they built it back up.

They were on the precipice of breaking through.

They went eight nine and they had expectations for last year and took and stumbled.

They didn't take a step back.

They stumbled and fell down.

But it doesn't mean that all the hard work and heavy lifting that they'd done on this

roster just kind of went away.

The quarterback that they had in place when the new regime took over was still in

place, you know, going into last year and they had built around them, but without kind

of adding to that room and then also after week five, quickly after that, he made the decision

to move off of them.

So they've had a bunch of a lot of time to kind of think about how they were going to

approach it and what they came up with was Brocobie Berset running it back with him after

one and 11 season and then Gardner Menchew is his running mate there in the quarterback room.

And that's why even I was watching the Cardinals flagship.

It showed up on my algorithm and Wolf, who's a big Cardinals, you know, supporter and honk,

like he was like, what is Gardner Menchew in a Wolfway, not how I just did it.

But I mean, even he was blown away by it, like this is the plan, this is the quarterback

plan in 2026.

It's Jacobi, he's the starter, Gardner Menchew is the back up and then you'll probably,

you got Keaton Slowvis on the roster, I mean, given what they decided to do with the two

top spots.

Now I'd be kind of surprised if they don't just move forward with Keaton Slowvis in the

same role.

I mean, we outlined it yesterday, like I saw somebody, like I had a side by side of him

with Steve Kaim on Twitter, name escapes me, maybe it was Cardinal Sleep or one of those

accounts.

Yeah.

Basically saying like, who would you rather have universally Kaim?

I mean, that's crazy.

That's crazy.

And I think the answer, the answer is neither.

No, but the correct answer is Kaim was superior.

And that's insane.

And to go back to your original point about the three year rebuild and why it's like that

I can't come to grips with like what people are trying to say as it relates to like tanking

this year, you had, you have 28 young players, impressionable players on your roster.

Like you can tank 2023 because you had a rookie class and what was the essentially an expansion

level roster.

It's not any free agents to know it outside of kids, you're white, you stripped it down,

you can tank that season and try to build a culture and they did.

And it was obvious and we lived through it and we preach patients.

You've had three, you're going to have four drafts after this draft, you're going to have

30 plus first through fourth year players on your roster and God forbid those 2023 players,

the Michael Wilson's and the Paris's of the world, poor Ketro Clark, they get here and

they only know getting their ass kicked.

And it's like, do it again, do it again for Dante more or Lenora sellers, maybe.

I don't think that's, number one, I don't think that's what the cardinals are doing.

And number two, I think that anybody in this market that's pushing that as a smart move

is disingenuous and also, and I can't say this with enough emphasis, is not a fan of

this team.

If you're a fan and you want this team to succeed, you are not telling people 18 months

in advance, wait it out and lose double digit games again.

Like people have been waiting for this franchise to win literally forever.

Right.

And we saw them hemorrhaging fans in droves last year to the point where the stadium attendance

was one of the worst in the history of that stadium.

It will be the, this year, if this current path continues, this will be the worst state

farm stadium, University of Phoenix, they will have ever looked in its, what, 21 year

inception.

Yeah.

And, and people who are not committed to this, to this team having success are okay with

that.

I'm not okay with that.

Neither am I.

I mean, after we've done just our marathon, unprogramming yesterday, I appreciate everybody

who tuned in and entered the chat and was, it was a big part of it.

I got online last night and I couldn't believe some of the responses, some of the pushback,

some of just the, the takes that were out there saying, we don't see the vision or that

it wasn't that bad outside of the quarterback and competence.

When you look at it, like, some people are like, actually, low key, moniosophort kind

of cooked, where, where did he cook?

Where did he improve this team significantly?

He got a solid left guard.

He got a good left guard, a guy that dealt with nagging injuries last year, a pack of triceps,

a guy that when is healthy is solid and you can plug them in and you've got, in my opinion,

four fifths of your offensive line figured out.

I don't understand the hate on Isaiah and I think he actually played well down the stretch.

As far as this class, let's, at best, it's RB2, it's wide receiver 3, it's rotational

defensive lineman.

That's what you've signed so far and people are going to say, he low key cooked and it's

not that bad.

I like what Monty did.

Where does it add more value to this team?

How does it help you go from losing 13 of your last 14 games?

How does it change that?

How did these players impact that?

It was a scheme fit at running back, but it's a guy who hasn't had a thousand yard receiving

rushing seasons since 2022.

Like I like Al Jir, I like him.

I'm not going to say hell of a pick up, hell of a pick up.

That's a difference maker.

He just, he enters a committee for Michael a floor from the jump Kendrick born, a guy

who was projected to make $2.5 million on the market who got nearly a $12 million deal.

He's popping champagne and people are saying, this is the guy that wanted to come here.

Of course, you wanted to come here, he got, you significantly overpaid for him.

He's a third wide receiver.

He's an upgrade over Greg Dorch.

That's great, but it's not going to, is it going to help you narrow the margin between

you and the rest of your division rivals that blew you out five of six games last season?

And like we know free agency is not the way to team build, but I mean, you're signing players,

the majority of the players are signing or older players.

And they're signing them, coincidentally or not, mostly, most of these guys are one-year

deals.

Lopez and the guard they sign, you know, multi-year contracts.

But I mean, the committed money is not much.

But Gardner Mintu, his contract is worth more than Jacobi Bersatz, by the way.

And like who was paying Gardner Mintu that we said that on yesterday's show, it's like

we made $2 million for Andy Reed last year.

And the cardinals are like, didn't get Jimmy, didn't get Malik, just transfer that same

amount of money, we're going to get Jimmy to Gardner.

Gardner Mintu is probably like, you guys call me today, me?

Okay.

I'll sign this contract.

And it's like, listen.

Put it in the window bag or now, head it over.

They're outside of the guard that they signed.

There's not a move that happened yesterday that couldn't have been done a week from yesterday.

Right.

Two weeks from yesterday.

I mean, like, let's be real.

I mean, those were not, quote unquote, like day one free agency signings.

And it low key made me think like, well, did they do this to try to distract from what

happened with the quarterback?

I mean, last year, given credit, at least it was like, Milt Williams didn't get him pivot,

Joshua Dowvin on day three, Kaleas, you know, they got Jacoby, you know, a couple of weeks

later.

It was just like, there was a trickle.

It was just like, okay, got to get an edge rusher, got to get defensive lineman, got

to get a backup.

And you could see the vision.

It's like, they're filling needs bare minimum.

These are bare minimum filling of needs.

And again, do I think that this would all be different from an optic standpoint?

If the quarterback situation was handled differently, 100%, 100%, it does it make it worse?

Now as a result, yeah, then you look at all the other picks and it's just like, what

are you doing?

I don't know.

It, to me, it's like, Monty Austin Ford is going to need a real estate agent in the next

six to eight months and will never be a general manager again at the current trajectory.

That's not being hypervolic.

That's not me overreacting like he's 15 and 36.

And right now with the plan of quarterback position and it's a quarterback league, right?

You are winning Max five to seven games if you're lucky.

You were swept in the division last year.

I mean, he just, I'm sure he's being told by Michael

Bidwell, the same same thing, John and Ian was being told.

Take that assurance.

Yeah.

You want to try to take that to the bank.

That's fine.

But I, I wouldn't trust it at all if I'm Monty Austin.

They have the longest super ballads in the NFL.

Right.

And like the one thing you can say at you can't poke holes in is at least this isn't going

to impact the next guy.

When you talk about the vision and the people were concerned about, you know, first and

foremost, you're like, Monty, how is he going to survive this?

How are the players in that locker room going to take hope really legitimately being lost

in March before, you know, you got the Super Bowl winning team in your division that's

adding, retaining players, you've got the Rams making splash moves before free agency

adding to their corner back room, their biggest need.

And then the 49ers, I mean, they get older, whatever, I mean, they're, they're adding

players that at least on the surface will be fine.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I mean, Shanahan always has them in a position to, to over achieve.

I mean, and then you're in here, you're like, RB two are, you know, wide receiver three,

got those checked off, where it looks like we're set.

We just dropped 13 or last 14 games like should be able to keep us, you know, competitive,

you know, in the first half of most of the games this upcoming season, make it like, what's

realistic is like, okay, you're going to get the players back that that were injured.

You've got, you know, depth pieces that you signed up for sure, you got the guard position

figured out.

But like the quarterback position continues to be a huge question mark.

Yeah.

You can't, you can't, you can't convince me that Jacobi Berset, who is, is a, is a competent

is a solid backup quarterback in this league.

If not in the top discussion for backups in the league, as far as what he brings, as far

as being a pro, how he prepares, yeah, what he adds to that room, you want him on the team,

for sure.

Yeah.

No doubt about it.

But do you want to go into a season with him as your starter, God, no.

And if you're going to link, if you're going to lean on the stats, the stats, I can tell

you they're, they're all empty calories.

I mean, you had a great breakdown today on your Twitter.

I encourage everybody to go look at a bobrock on social media.

I mean, like, how would you venture to say like the large majority of his stats, half

of them were manufactured late in games?

Absolutely.

And but my eyes told me that I didn't even feel like I needed to put that out.

I was like, okay, you know, I feel like this, this is just common knowledge.

We all watched it with our own eyes.

We saw the card and we saw Jacobi Presett in there.

He had the one game.

The team looked like the most button up they ever did against Dallas.

And that was it.

But the rest were 11 screw shading losses, 11 of them.

Like, that's crazy.

Like, I'm so desensitized to it.

I'm like, I'm going to break down all the losses.

I'm just going to break them down all this lost.

There was, there was five games that was a one score game that they lost.

And then there were six games where they were blown out of the water.

And those six games that they were blown out of water of Jacobi Presett's 23 touchdowns.

He threw 13 of them and 10 of them came in the third and the fourth quarters.

What was the, what, what was the vibe of that game in the second half where he's putting

up 10 of his 23 touchdowns?

The game was over.

It was in the reply trying to play catch up, you're trying to save face.

Unbelievable.

And it's like, but look at the box score and look at, you know, the completion percentage.

You threw 23 touchdowns.

It's like, guys, number one, just for a different offensive coordinator that's not here, right?

Like thank God for that.

I mean, like Jacobi Presett has a chance next year to not replicate anything what he did

this past year, unless the outcome is the exact same where you're getting blown out.

Like that was statistically his like best year ever.

Why is that?

He's 23 on a bad team is juicing the numbers.

I mean, we all know that to be true.

He can come in for a two to four game span and help you keep your head above water.

Absolutely.

Colt McCoy did that once upon a time when Kylie Murray was hurt with Cliff Kingsbury.

He had some good numbers.

You can't project that over 17 games.

Jacobi Presett has been a backup for at least half a decade, Cleveland, Patriots.

He signed.

Here is a backup.

It's just like the Patriots couldn't bench him fast enough for a rookie Drake mate.

They can't say that Jacobi can't play defense that they were that he wasn't a part of them

being way behind turn on the Seattle tape.

Turn on the Seattle tape where he coughed the ball up twice twice for scoop and score touchdowns.

Fourteen points you could put on Presett right there.

I mean, that's a lot of sacks.

He did and like to something that's how he had to play for the most part last year, dropping

back 50 times.

And then if you if you do say, Hey, there was no run game.

Okay, then you can you can take away then take away from his touchdown passes because his

touchdown passes were a product of also not there being any run game.

Right.

I don't know if you saw this just saying love the eight about six hours ago.

And it's like what what hey, like Cardinal fans aren't hating on Buddha.

They're hating on their situation.

Right.

They're hating on the reality that they have to look at their 2026 team and start a quarterback

that lost nine straight and you know what 10 of 11 that's that's what they're hating

on.

They're not hating on you.

They're not hating on individual players.

They hate the reality of the team that they root for every day that they invest in that

they pay money to go see that they take time away from their families to consume every

single year.

You know, I somebody tag us on Twitter today.

Cardinals are trying to get people to re up season tickets and do big packages and

people, you know, I didn't retweet it out of respect for the for the person that reached

out because they're just on the marketing team or the sales team.

Yeah.

It's like, this is tone deaf, but I were talking before the show.

What are you going to do?

We're set and Gardner mentioned jerseys in the team store like at least for the jets.

It's like, well, Geno Smith has been a starter in the NFL for the last what five years.

He was a starter in Seattle and then he went to the Raiders and it was a disaster in the

jets.

We just need a starter to get us through this year.

Jacobi was set has been a backup consistently for half a decade.

Gardner mentioned you has been a backup the last three or four years after, you know,

been done any anapas, like, these are backups.

If they're not signing here as a starter, sans Jacobi with the Frank Wright connection

the jets, they're backups, they're good backups.

Like I, I think Gardner mentioned you with a confident starter would be a fine backup.

Even with the low key down year they had Kansas City because their passing game was broken

and naggy and they didn't have good weapons there.

Like, I don't, I don't have an issue with that.

But in a league where everybody else is like, we either have a starter that we like or

starter.

We're taking a flyer on like Atlanta is saying we got to get to Michael panics.

We're not signing Gardner Mitsu.

We're signing Tua who's been a starter for the last four or five years.

That's my argument with with Kurt Cousins, right, it's like Kurt's a starter in the NFL.

He prepares as a starter.

He's been to post season games.

He's one division titles Atlanta basically bench Michael panics for cousins last year.

And he came in one four straight at the end of the year, beat Jacobi straight up, beat

Tampa at the end of the year, Jacobi couldn't do that.

It's like, it's all about optics.

Like you can think that Jacobi percent is better than Derek Carr and Kurt Cousins and we

can have that conversation.

What you can't say is this is a good move for a franchise.

One year after signing the guys of backup and losing 10 of 11 with them to announce through

the media publicly that he's their guy at 33 years old with all of free agency left and

the draft left.

That's a bat.

They made a horrific decision yesterday, surprise, and backfire it on them big time.

I mean, it's it's been it's been an extension that this 25 season that was just a crap show

three and 14 is extended into March.

Yeah.

You thought, oh, they're they're freeing up cap space so they can aggressively pursue

some free agents that are going to be difference makers like now we're just, you know, just

doing some roster maintenance or we're doing some roster maintenance for a team of three

and 14.

Yeah, just some tweaks and then we'll be there.

We'll get there stick with us stick with us and people some people just gobbling it

up.

Oh, Jacobi didn't have run game.

Jacobi didn't have a defense.

Jacobi has been in this league for 10 years.

He's not an NFL star to nobody said here's the keys to our offense in this entire time.

You know, I'm coming on this comment, it's simply not true.

that Kyler Murray love affair is going to start tomorrow Minnesota Vikings.

They're going to be predicted to do this that and the other.

If money had any kind of Moxie, it would be like, well, this is going to fuel me.

The Rams don't hit a thousand with their trades and their draft picks, but they make an

effort.

The Niners make an effort Kyle Shanahan fires a DC every year.

The Arizona Cardinals and money also it's like the money could be the worst thing to happen

to Michael Bidwell because it is enabling cheapness.

It is enabling risk adverse, right?

Saying, we don't need to do that.

Let's just do this.

what this Malik Willis experiment looks like because I see the sample size, I see the

by them.

But when you see Jacobi Prasad and you see Gardner Menshu, what do you think first and

foremost?

Back up.

They're back up quarterbacks.

These are, these are starter actually.

And the fan base is like, well, you're not a serious team, you're not a serious team

right now.

And you want to, but we're going to be serious in 2027.

We're not seeing the vision.

We're going to be serious in 2027.

Well, what was all the, the, the hardships and the losing previous to this four?

And you couldn't figure it out to the point where it's not even worth trying in year four.

And you have to just, you have to kind of compete enough to keep people employed and keep

people happy, but also lose enough to where you're in position to get a, a high draft

pick.

I mean, what kind of line is that?

Are you writing there?

It's idiotic.

I don't think they're trying to lose though.

That's why I disagree with people here locally saying punt to 20, like, I think that they

think at least right now on the surface level that Jacobi Berset is, is good as any of

the options available, which it just couldn't disagree more with.

But the Baltimore Ravens have backed out of the trade for Max Crosby.

Jacobi per set was, it was leaked yesterday to Tom Pellissaro in the flagship station by

the Cardinals.

The Cardinals leaked this to them.

It doesn't matter who leaked it to them.

The Cardinals did.

And they told somebody will send me a word organization.

In the note said, give them all the credit.

We didn't get a text message.

I didn't get both.

Saying blocked, please you basically, and I'm paraphrasing, use your platforms to tell

everybody that Jacobi per set is our starter and that there will be no more moves and

that this is what's happening.

One A, one B, Jacobi Gardner meant you.

No comment at this time.

Okay.

That was yesterday.

Cardinals didn't make that announcement.

They had people in the media do a forum.

It happens all the time.

Yeah.

They told what was that rap sheet or whomever NFL.com that basically the decision was sabotaged

by injuries and everybody will be back and everybody's trying their best here and we know

how that ended.

Okay.

So this morning, there was an article done by frenemy of the program, um, Mike Florial.

And it basically said, the Cardinals need a quarterback.

Because it makes plenty of sense in the article, this is what Florial writes.

They have Jacobi per set under contract for 2026 at a base package of 5.404 million.

They agreed to terms on Monday with Gardner, Minshue.

Berset is generally expected to be gone.

Minshue isn't expected to be their starter, then he goes on about Kirk Cousins and the

connections with the floor and things that we've talked about in the show at nausea.

So it was that line that got people up in arms about Berset is generally expected to be

gone.

And then there were multiple national reporters saying the Cardinals still need a QB.

So is this legitimate or is this what we all fear?

No, it's paying attention to the Cardinals and what they had tried to get out yesterday.

Yeah.

Unfortunately, it's the latter.

I don't think that Mike Florio has deep sources within the Cardinals organization or that's

kind of debunking what's been reported recently about Jacobi per set.

The Arizona Cardinals love it or hate it.

Are moving forward.

It feels like with Jacobi per set as starting quarterbacks, QB1, but you can understand just

how their quarterback room stands in the impending Kyler Murray release that the team has two

backups on the roster.

That's not having one starting quarterback on the roster that somebody would come to the

conclusion like they still need a starter and they just brought in Minshue.

So why not?

If there is a team interested in Jacobi per set services and you could get a draft pick,

well, that seems like a pretty good deal for you.

I mean, Minshue and Berset are kind of the same guy.

So what's the point of having two of them if you're going to go at a third player to the

mix?

Yeah.

I, the only hope was dash earlier today when it was like, could he still be traded to

like the Jets and the Jets trade for Geno Smith?

Now I like the Raiders want to veteran quarterback to go with Mendoza.

It's like Tom Brady played with Jacobi shipped Jacobi per set to the Raiders and have him

be there, you know, not probably not their starter, but just like welcome to the NFL

mentor for Fernando Mendoza.

I know Brady's there, but like the on the field mentor.

But again, like we're running out of seats here and you still got car who, careful said

cars going to play this year.

And then Jacobi, Berset or excuse me, Kurt Cousins doesn't have a team.

And then, you know, we will see what happens with it.

We expect Aaron Rodgers to go back to Pittsburgh.

I think this pretty slim chance that this happens.

But I mean, like, could they add to the room?

Could it be one of the saddest collections and what about Will Levis, what about one of

It's somebody who has a track record of not having success in finding quarterback play.

100% starting caliber quarterback play.

Michael Bidwell cares enough that he fired Jonathan Ganon and he didn't hire Vance Joseph.

And we had a told to us by somebody we trusted the combine that he's very impressionable

with the media and he, he keeps a pulse on all those things.

But like, I, I think honestly, Bo, for them to make that announcement yesterday through

the media that they thought it was going to land well with the fan base.

That's my opinion.

Because why else do you do that?

If, number one, if that's not your intent or if you're worried about it, you just don't,

like I said yesterday, you just don't say anything.

But I think they thought, hey, you know what?

People like Jacobi and look at these phone numbers.

You know, we had more touchdowns than Kyler Murray the year before.

Like, people will understand like, okay, you know what, we're going to go with Jacobi

this year.

Yeah.

And I think they thought, you know what, this is our guy.

And the more you think about it, it's like, they likely told Grapalo he would not be

the starter.

Correct?

Right.

Because of their commitment to Jacobi.

You would come in and you would be, you would be in Garderman, she's role.

Because of their commitment to Jacobi, which is nuts.

And also like, to add to this in this whole conversation, I don't think that Jacobi

Berset is a bad quarterback.

I think he's a very competent quarterback.

I just don't like the idea of him being the starting quarterback, given what his 10 year

track record tells me.

I don't think he embarrasses the organization.

I think their approach to the position is embarrassment.

I don't think he directly embarrasses them.

He was able to keep this in a catastrophic season.

He was able to kind of keep the Cardinals team going.

He was able to do some things that, you know, they hadn't done recent history, like having

some right inside.

But in hindsight, yeah.

In hindsight, I wish he hadn't.

Well, then last year would have just been like, if you didn't have Trey, if you didn't

have Michael Wilson, what would you have had?

But we still lost us.

You probably have Fernando Mendoza, because you lose the Dallas game.

I did the optics of telling people that this is okay.

I mean, it also how how unbuttoned does it look like if they went back to the

well, but we'll see.

I mean, Kyler Murray is a big domino here tomorrow, like once Kyler gets released and

then he, I mean, all signs are pointing him being in Minnesota as the Vikings next

quarterback.

I mean, what's that going to, what's the market going to do for the cars, for the

cousins that are still out there?

Because Atlanta found guys, I mean, Pittsburgh's still trying to, I mean, I'm assuming

they're going to get Rogers and they like Will Howard back up Rogers.

I mean, the problem with, go ahead, the Jets are in on Carson Wentz, according to

Connor Hugh, yeah, I mean, like, where where does Cargo either does his, like, new

Heights budget, new Heights podcast with his brother still, or he does, he tries to

go latch on somewhere, maybe he's the vet quarterback back in Vegas.

Yeah, it feels like cousins or car would be that veteran with Mendoza, but then they're

not playing, though, I'd like, I would want to, I wouldn't want to tell my agent, give

me an Arizona, and I'll just go beat out Jacoby were set straight up.

And then the losing starts and the fan base, like, if they sign, if they traded for

car, I would, I would imagine the overwhelming amount of fans would be like, start

their car, correct?

Yeah, yeah, we want to see their car.

And I think, you know, I got the sense today that that's the, the idea with

Kirk cousins as well, go compete.

Yeah, I would, it would be pretty crazy to have like a three headed veteran, like

washed veteran quarterback battle.

I mean, you have to right now, my is why you at least want to add somebody to the mix

that just is like a young skill set guy.

Well, that's right.

Yeah, you're probably, I still think they're probably going to take you if they don't

add a quarterback between now and the draft, I think they're a draft one.

I put me firmly in the camp of, I don't believe they're taking, I think they are

not even enough to think that these are winning moves.

That looked Jacobi percent went on the road in LA at the end of the year and made it a game.

And we need 31 year old James Conner back and that'll do it.

I mean, I, I, I want, I wish I want to believe that they are buttoned up and well run

and smart and have an edge.

It's just like, but they don't right now.

Show him in four years, not a single winning season actually show, continue to show the regression instead of the progression.

I hope that Michael floor is the best coach this franchise is hired since Bruce Arons and finds a way to get this team close to 500, put Kendrick born, you can play quarterback while cat quarterback and find a way to win some games to stick it to everybody who wants these grown adult professional athletes playing the most violent game to throw games.

I just when you've got local media asking fans to watch more law losing games for a franchise, the Cardinals guys are on life support as a franchise like this, this isn't like the packers or the bears or a different franchise is just like we're going to be bad this year.

hunker down the Cardinals had a tough time drawing fans last year, and you're telling people six months before the season starts don't win games, lose them, lose them all, who's the number I'm picking the draft next year.

There's a lot of options there, but no like sure fire like that's that's a guy that you tank for that's a guy that you you want to be in a position to select there's no jay Daniels there there's no Drake may ask prospect I mean we're talking about Drake may you know a year in advance.

Better prospect and long term production projections compared to some of the guys that could come out next year and to go.

At one point in what stop of the six that he's made in his NFL career or the NFL or each team was just like we like Jacobi percent, but he's a backup you can go take backup money elsewhere.

Do you like did it say that he's he's a starter that can help win games that can help go up against one of the best divisions in NFL history.

And there were people who were in the camp of Jacobi were set last year.

Born I wanted resolution one way or the other either go with Jacobi and be done with Kyler because you're not moving on because it was clear it wasn't moving on with Drew.

It was not sustainable.

And we were very much in the camp of rolling with Kyler, but when they weren't going to do that.

Then we thought, okay, well, then you've made your decision.

We thought John and Ganon had infinite rope played Jacobi percent and keep Kyler Murray on the shelf.

So you can trade him.

Well, they fired John and Ganon.

They can't trade Kyler Murray.

Jacobi percent put up phone numbers in a losing effort.

It was like the worst case scenario.

I'm not saying Jacobi percent can't win a game or two here and there.

Neither am I. Nobody's saying that.

But like to go into a season with a known commodity of somebody that is grossly under 500 and let's not say like.

You want to say like has Jacobi percent been like sabotage.

Well, he's not been on the best teams because good teams aren't making him their starter has has anybody in any fan base who self-respecting.

Ganon had a guy go one and eleven starter and say, I want to see what this guy has again.

I think if you have the right things go for him, this could be good for the team.

Like somebody can take from from one end of the spectrum, he can narrow that enough to where I'm going to be entertained watching this guy play ball.

If everything goes perfect and Jacobi percent goes Tom Brady two minute drill.

Down the stretch in those games and those five games that were one score games.
