Arizona State Representatives Quang Nguyễn and Selina Bliss delivered a critical mid-session legislative update, sounding concern regarding the Prescott Rodeo grounds. The lawmakers warned that the $15.3 million state appropriation—specifically secured for crucial infrastructure at the Prescott Rodeo Grounds, home of theWorld’s Oldest Rodeo—is in serious jeopardy of being clawed back by the state if the City of Prescott deviates from the original, approved plans.
