The suspect reportedly fired a weapon during the incident and deputies recalled to the scene. After securing the scene, deputies attempted to get the male victim out of the residence. The victim refused to leave. Instead, he went back into the house and began barricading himself inside with a woman. A non-lethal weapon was used to get the victim out. Both the woman and the victim had minor injuries. The sheriff's office confirmed that deputies were at the residence where the woman was located with several children, including a baby, a toddler, and a four-year-old. The suspect identified as 24-year-old Mark Roy of York County Sheriff's Office was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, child, endangerment, and using a weapon in commission of a felony.
