In the afternoon heat of July 12th, 1998 on the Parnell Ranch Juan Martinez, his brother Jose, and Jose’s two children Jack, 5, and Aerel 3 were killed and buried in a shallow grave in a berry bramble not to far from where Jose’s wife and the children’s mother was being beaten and raped by Arturo Juarez Suarez. The days immediately following the attack would have Law Enforcements searching to bring Suarez to justice.
