Auburn Hasn’t Even Unleashed This Offense Yet | Auburn Football Podcast

About this episode

Auburn football walked away from Baylor 1 and 0, and there is a legitimate possibility that this was the worst version of Auburn fans will see all season. That does not mean everything was good. Far from it. The Tigers have plenty to clean up offensively, beginning with adjustments, quarterback decision making and finding better ways to get their playmakers involved. But Auburn won the football game despite those problems, and that gives Alex Golesh and his staff an opportunity to correct them without already having a loss hanging over the season. The biggest offensive question is adjustments. Baylor had a plan for slowing Auburn’s rushing attack and limiting Byrum Brown as a runner. Auburn has enough talent that the answer cannot simply be hoping the offensive line dominates every opponent. The coaching staff has to find ways to scheme opportunities when defenses take away what Auburn initially wants to do. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
