Del also drops major insight into current crypto regulation, laws, and  future regulation of the space from the perspective of the IRS and government. Del was instrumental in Yunt Capital setting itself up as a legal entity, so we also talk the best ways to legally create a DAO, VC, or investing group with frends, and how to best protect yourself and when tax time comes.
