I was mostly advanced math classes. That's shocking to me. Am I right, Les? I... Sciences of... Can barely do long division. You're like, Pemdaz is, what? That I knew. But why does MX Plus B shut the fuck up right now? You're like, actually, I'm walking. I'm done. I'm out of here. I would cry every time I took. I'm a sadist. I'm a sadist. Hey, it's Peyton. And a tempter. And this is, let me say this, from higher ground. Well, you know what I think about back to school? I think about that line from, you got mail, the bouquet of freshly sharpened pencils. And that's romance. We are so type A. You are so type A, and I am sometimes type A. You're so type A passing, yeah. Thank you. Thank you. I'm like type A moon. Like, Hunter sees my tricks. I come out and it does. Oh, when the tea is get crisp, that's when those drinks... She said, no. That's a hard period.

But it's not summer's ending. It's summer is coming to an end. We're not there yet. In some communities yet. People, real ones know that it doesn't until Halloween. But school is starting. Yeah. It's like, kind of like, what kind of student were you? A little, we're getting into a little back to school vibes. A little tea about us as high schoolers. Some of our favorite shows we watched about high school, movies we love about high school. And then a couple superlatives for how the summer's been. Yeah. Who's shown up and shown out. I want to take it home. I want to take it personal. Okay. I like when you do that. Okay. Did you get A superlative in high school? Of course you did. Do. Oh my god. What am I even thinking? Of course you did. I went to like a really small all girls high school. So our superlatives weren't like classic T.M. big high school kind. Like, they were hyper niche and kind of annoying that way. So my superlative was most likely to see the future and end up having a TV show about how she can see the future. Okay. Raven Simone. Okay. I see it.

I mean, yeah, she is. I mean, that's a little bit of a podcast. Yeah. That's a little bit of like what a podcast is. Um, so like, it was just like a annoying joke because all my friends obviously submitted it for me because they're like everyone called me Raven Simone. They're on the tour. It wasn't always complimentary for the record. Interesting. Yeah. Yeah. I went both ways. Just like me. Yeah. Nope. But nope. They won't get me. But what about you? Did you guys do high school superlatives? Oh, we were so good. Of course. But did you do a big high school response? No, I went to a small high school. I um, went to a school called Holland Hall. It was like a very small, a piscopal school. I mean, they're like a thousand students. Like from pre-school through like 12th grade. Oh, oh, let's see. Stay there the whole time. No, no, no. I went to private, I went to caboch school first. Oh, okay. I went from their pre-school through 8th grade and then I went to public school for two years. And then I went to private school for the last two years. And that was like the upper school. I was there. Yeah. Junior and senior. I always think the most well-adjusted people went to both private and public school. And you know what? I'm always saying that about myself. I'm super-adjusted. I was talking about you and I'm really. I'm really, really.

Yeah. Yeah. There's this like universal claim for being well-adjusted. But yes, I got a superlative. Okay. So randomly, I got most likely to be president. Come on, Emma. Michelle's like, wait, what? But that's crazy because I'm like, I think no one understood. Because I was just like the liberal girl. I'm from Oklahoma. I was just the liberal girl. I would always be talking about politics. Woke. And so I think that's why they made me, because I was surprised to get most likely to be president. But wait, I kind of don't get what you're surprised. Because I'm like, I would never be a politician. But I don't think it does anything to do with politics, my love. What do you think of it? I feel like it's more so it's probably saying that you're a leader slash dictator at that age. I know I saw those little glasses as a kid. I said, oh, she don't play. But you know what I mean? I feel like it's probably more of a testament to like a leadership quality or like your way or the highway, Ms. Diva. Or maybe both. I'm going to be generous and safe people. You know what I hear it.

I'm doing like, that's how strict you are. To be like, I'm not even involved in politics like that. So I don't even know why my name is coming up for this. I truly for 15 years. I'm not the best like, you know why would I get that? Because I'm always like, I'm always running this mouth. I'm like, wait, so it makes perfect sense just by the way. But like here you, but we got there. Presidents. Class president. How many times in a row term limits? Three P. Nixon three. Dixon three. Dead as though. Well, I was running that school like the Navy. And the funny thing was though, like I, they could have stopped me. Like I was I was constantly breaking dress code. I was always getting in trouble. My friends are bad. My friends were bad. All of it. They, it wasn't looking good for me. But I had to hold us up. You know what I mean? Wow. Yeah. So in my head I'm kind of like, they could have like taken me off of the iron throne if they needed to.

Because someone secretly who was on council with me, I think it was a school camp. She was like, actually I think if people have a certain amount of demirats, they shouldn't even be allowed to run for cancel. And I famously had like a lot of demirats. Mostly for people. That was like publicly people knew that you had demirats. You, yeah, you got like a slip. And so like if you get one, people see you getting it. Oh, okay, okay. So couldn't stop me. They tried to bury me. Kim tried to bury me, but she didn't know I was a seed. Why don't you do council? Okay, I feel like that's fair. No, our school like we, progressive for Oklahoma. There was no homecoming king or queen. We didn't do, should probably have even that we did that. I thought was like kind of random. Yeah. There was no like, I don't think there was a student council, but you know, there was honor council. The student, the cop, teacher, just no, no, no. It's for people who believe in justice. And I believe in justice. And I also believe in guess what? Gossiping. So of course I was on honor council. Yeah, because they truly biggest gossip in the school. Like they chose me and one of my friends who loves drama to mark

a shout out to be on honor council because we would, we would, you know. So what do you have to do though? Decide if someone is in trouble or not? Like do you get to make that decision? Basically, yeah, yeah. So someone gets in trouble and they come to honor council and we like sit around this table and like, deliberate about what should happen, like what their punishment should be. Because my school had, it's actually model of everything. Puno has this too, where I had, it was like a lot of free time, like off time. And so if you like were in trouble, you like couldn't leave campus on like your free time. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And yeah, I laid down the law. Not really. I was like, honestly, this is high school. It's hard enough. And I was like, I was like someone and then I was like, you know what? Expelling. Don't don't think about it. She was just 20 minutes late. Like it was like, no, no, no, A cab and that includes on her. Oh my god. I believe in restorative justice. Oh, wait, what was your extracurricular tea? Like post school, what did you get into? Oh, I was a football manager.

That's a piece of my. Oh, my god. Right. A lot of people. I did know that. Yes. I think I told you it was kind of horror. Should you be? Oh, absolutely. Yeah. Oh, absolutely. Jim boys. Cover up. Tell you what. This is talking about being a hoe. I said, you know what? I want to be soccer manager too. Never they never had a soccer manager before. I said, boy, soccer is a cliche. I said, I can do it. I got in trouble. What does that like, what do you do? Like make sure they show up. This is the most private school thing in the world. No, someone else put the dirty uniforms in the wash and we would take them out of the dryer and fold them and put them in the boys' lockers. And then we would get treats like cupcakes and stuff and put them in the seniors' lockers. And we would carry around the water bottles. Uh, what kind of job is it? We had to have a sports credit. I would say that's quite able. That's how you got your sports. Yeah, I would say it's able to. Because some people are unable to be good at sports.

I had a track for one day because the coach wanted to go with my mom. So you are one of my top friends, like, like, one, two, three of like who I need to see running at full speed. I don't run. I know. But I don't run. I don't run. I need to see what that looks like. I actually, I did run this morning on the treadmill and I said, there's a photographer there. I said, put that away. So that's wrong. Don't get any of this. Turn the camera. Oh, I hate running. I'm cracking a user's phone. What's your name? W9 for leaving cupcakes and seniors' lockers. I'm going to kill you. I feel like every sport. Really? Yeah. And you sell time to dance? Yeah. I had a nine to five dance career was insane. Multi-hyphenate. Yeah. Okay. I think that it's like not honestly having an older brother so close in age, it started with me just because I put football for a bit. Oh, that I know. And imagine thinking I was straight. And I'm like putting lines on my foot being like, let's go. Come on, camera pass ball. I'm running back. My parents are like, hmm. But that's when you had your dad's face. Like that.

It was a different time. Yeah. I had to work with what I had, which was like athlete. Yeah. I was a little butch with it then. But yeah, I ran track. I played basketball. Sockers always swear I didn't play. I played the cross for a second. I did crew because I had a crush on this girl. Which one is crew? The boat. Oh, rubber, rubber, belt. Okay. Yeah. From the social media. On camera. Yeah. Yeah. I love when I get to translate and be like, you know crew. Yeah. Social network. Army hammer. Hunter thinks one plays him. He plays one role harder than the other. Love it. One twin harder than the other. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, listen, it's true. It's true. Michael B Jordan took a few notes. Yeah. But he did. He did. One best actor. Oh, that's okay. I actually say that. It was so early though. You have to wake up at like five o'clock in the morning, drive to the marina. It was so fucking close. I don't even like to hear the word marina. You better be talking about marina and the diamonds. What? No, Delray girl. That's a place to be. I'm just moved there. I don't really like Lana. Yeah, a little bit. But it was just, it was too much. But yeah, I was mostly doing,

I guess, sports and dance. Wow. I know. That's hard. Well, I was doing a newspaper. And then I actually reviewed the social network for my high school newspaper, which is like a news magazine modeled after a time, random AF. And I got in trouble because the head of the upper school, DM me, I'll tell you his name, said that he thought I used too many big words in my review. What? Swared God. I'm like, because he had to go clearly racist. Like, that's what we actually call racism. But yeah, and then, oh, and then I did a hostel takeover of the film club. What do you mean? You serve? I just said, yeah, I just want, I want to take this over. I want this three-my thing now. You're like, let's fix this up. It's a mess. You're like, let's go get you a home. A white refrigerator. You in the film club. Yeah, I don't, I feel like it partially, I just like to be noosey. Like, I just like to see what's up. Oh, that doesn't surprise me at all. Yeah, that we come from the same cloth there. What you doing over there?

Let me see, let me see what you're doing. And then get involved, even if we don't really care, that much about 100%. But yeah, that was kind of my little high school thing. How did you spend summers? How did I spend summers? With my portable DVD player watching movies. Yo, what can I say? A little DVD player. The best summer of my life was the summer that Blockbuster had a movie past. You could rent two movies. Oh. I would rent one, on to go to rent the other. And that, oh my god, I would go off to Blockbuster two and three times a day. I loved Blockbuster. I still have my Blockbuster card. Well, my mom's. I guess, well, I was going to be like, bring your butt, but, you know, this is dead and gone, I guess it's over. Honestly, Blockbuster is what introduced me to Nickelback. Because I got into a screaming fight with my brother at Cup Physical. I might have lost, but I wonder what I'm doing. That surprises me. I know. Because what I learned eventually was to fight with my feet. I'm a little bottom heavy in that way. So like when I tried to swing on Lewis, it never worked. He's taller. Yeah. I'm like, what are you? So I kicked. What are you? He's two. Now look at 32. Yeah, my brother's tall.

Six two is the hottest height. It's not so annoying. He got my mom's face and my mom and dad's height. And I got five, four and a bad attitude. But a lot of personality. So you don't, you present as tall, though. I do. Five, seven. So do I. Yeah. Um, anyway, so Nickelback blockbuster. I was like, what are we talking about? Um, oh, I was sitting in a blockbuster. Got a huge fight with my brother. Somehow I ended up being at fault. Don't understand how that happened. My mom's like, DM me. I'll tell you. So I didn't get to pick a movie. So instead I sat in the car and I put on a now this CD. Ah, yes. And Nickelback now this CD. Now that's what I call music. Look at the media. They ruined everything. I put on now music and I put that CD in and uh, uh, Nickelback. I thought it was rock star or this is how you remind me played. And I was like, now those are some soul brothers. How does rock star go? Oh, um, hey, hey, I want to be a rock star.

I want to. A bathroom. I can play baseball. A bathroom. I can play baseball. And yeah, what? And then on the sequitur. Oh my god. They was getting a little creative with a. Is that a youth missing for something? No, they just want to all this stuff. So they're listening like they went like Playboy Bunnies with a bleach bon hair. And one of the lyrics was an a bathroom. I could play baseball in. They're they're reaching for the stars. Like a bathroom just so big. Or I guess innings like like how you say like first base, second base, third base, I guess. But I don't think they're thinking that far. I'll do you know, Shane. I like how you like the false equivalence there with a Playboy bunny with a bleach bon hair. I oh yeah, a bathroom. I can play baseball and well, there's a few lyrics between them. I just lost them. Totally. Sorry. I'm not off bug right now. But this is how you remind me of different things. That I know. But I do love a blockbuster. R-I-P was the most trouble you ever got in in high school.

Or school in general. Because mine is for middle school. Good girl. Oh, um. I'm only thinking of my brother because he got in real trouble and I got in fake trouble. And I also because of the black man's play. The black. Yeah. And me like Casey comes on. That's what I was talking about. How black men actually have an heart note. What females need to do. Yeah. Like I was actually again, especially compared to some of the crew I was rolling with. Like I was pretty good. Like wait, who are your high school friends? What what is this crew? Pamy picture. Specifically right. Like it's not it's not the who do you know Kayla. It's like not her. She's obviously actually. She was a numb nut sometimes too. But particularly this girl, I had a pretty big friend group. We were all different. We got called the United Nations. Not because we were peaceful, but because we're the only few people who have different skin tone. Yeah. You don't have to assume that. But I don't want to name their names because like I don't know if they keep up with them. You're not but no, but I mean like, I mean, I mean, I do have like what the friend group was like.

What was your drama? Like what you guys talking about? Talking about smoking weed on campus, leaving campus in the middle of the day. What did you start drinking? When did you start underage drinking? Eighth grade maybe. Oh my god. That's see that's me took me a while to get to weed and walk because I knew I was anxious. But that's what it means to be a city kid. City slicker. Yeah, that's almost like a horror. It's like a horror. Oh my god. Yeah. But Mike, my friends were like, they were getting into trouble. They're though it was bad. I was pretty good. I was even when I was throwing house parties and like the cops game, which they did one time. And they were like, you're getting noise combined. I lived across the street from like the former chief of police. Oh, so what was I doing throwing parties? And I would be like wasted openly. I'm like, sorry, I was only sick of people here. Oh, panting 100 niggas in the back just being like, oh, everyone else would be not hiding his frozen. Literally because we were drunken, stupid and teased. That is actually so high school.

Oh my god. Honestly, because like my parents are just going through a pretty rough divorce. They didn't have the energy to really reprimand me, especially because I was on honor roll. I was on council. I was on honor roll. Yeah, I'm smart famously. A lot of people think this because I have a big heart that I'm done. But I didn't mean to be so surprised. I didn't mean to be so surprised. Yeah, yeah. So, but see, I'm so bad at math and I forget that other beautiful women are not also so bad at math. I was mostly advanced math classes. That's shocking. Am I really good at this? Yeah, I can barely do long division. You're like, Pemdass is what? That I know. But why it makes plus B shut the fuck up right now. You're like, actually, I'm walking. I'm done. I'm out of here. I would cry every test I took. I truly had math tutors after my mom every single year of school. I'm talking about starting in the fourth grade I had math tutors. Well, I mean, and I got them all to help me. I got them all to love me. Like I had this one tutor girl.

We would not we would we would be cutting up. We would not even be doing math. I mean, let's probably just do some gossiping. I'm like, truly, my she got in trouble with my mom. And she was like, A plus for you. My mom was like, so hundreds of grades are not improving. So what are you doing? Oh my god. Yeah. But I also went to a really like pretty preppy private like I went to a pretty difficult school to get into. And it was like, a heart. Yeah, Marrow School. Shout the fuck out. Private school elite. I was always told like, oh, that's going to matter for you. And I was like, fuck this school. But almost every like big interview I've had in Marbro came up. I'm like, oh, shit. Well, like, and that is one data point that supports my thesis. Everyone who is from LA is an epa baby. Well, you got to get into Marbro first. Not a lot of bitches. And a lot of famous children don't start with this. And I'll name no. No, no. Yeah, me and I'll name what to get. Remorries on trouble. When someone, when someone was like, that's actually really mean of you to say, oh, what? Never. You see me almost feel bad.

Just like, not to. No. No. No, my parents money isn't long. Okay. I think just got here. We knew. No, but, um, yeah. What was I talking about? I don't know. You're good at math. You never got in trouble. You never got grounded. Oh, yeah. Like I would get in trouble before like my mom would eventually find out that I threw a party and would be like, girl stop. Anyway, so she could not. She was just like, I have a bigger picture. And my brother honestly was like, he. Oh. In sorry to air lose out, but all of I have to legally though. At us, at a grade that is too young to mention during recess. Oh, wow. So that tells you where we are. Got in trouble because he was entertaining some explicit acts with another student. No, no, no, another student. It was a student who went to school nearby. He snuck into the back. My little pretty liberal middle school. Well, that tells you how old we are. And sneaking in the girl from down the school down the street, they're hooking up not like sex or anything, but hooking up inappropriately.

They get caught. And that night my brother, I think he had like a play date or a sleepover. Whatever my parents had to come pick him up. They said, sure, lose you go ahead on that little sleepover. You go ahead. Yeah, we'll talk about this at home. So losing season, the clear like it wasn't that bad. My parents, oh, they body this shit. Why do they leak and built right before the divorce? They were a pair of for a minute. They went through his closet, went through his room, made him a prisoner. They dressed like a jennad. They put his mattress like on the floor left him two outfits, two outfits, one pair of shoes literally cleared his room out. They cleared the entire room out and like literally turned his room into a prison cell. I'm not looking. Given two outfits, he comes home screen crying. Is that epic? I'm sorry, they body that they ate that. It was like a Jamie Lee Curtis and Freaky Friday level of punishment when they took away Lindsey Lohan's door. Oh, Lord. I got my door taken for sure. It's like sometimes. Yeah. Oh my god. But then I did when they took my door off. I had a muted curtains. I'm so myself. Like, what is so crazy?

Okay, actually, I truly hope my mother is listening because she actually like I was the worst teenager in history. And what did I do except for wake up at five o'clock in the morning and watch Catherine Harper movies before school? Not do my Spanish homework. I had, I came up with a one-hikki and she was like, Oh, who do you think you are? Oh, no. Yeah, it was bad for me. Um, she said, you think you've won a yellow white friend's pull that on you? Yeah, but actually, and I did think I was one of my little white friends. Okay, sometimes. Cousin inches. Yeah, that's crazy. No, I didn't start under a drinking until I was, I think like a sophomore. Oh, yeah, good girl. Um, but were people drinking earlier though and you were like, I'm abstaining? Not really. Because people were drinking early. No, middle school was like too early, but I was so happy. So this, oh, was one, yeah, I'm an eighth grade, I finally was like, I'm one thing about me. Peer pressure got my ass. I'm so I love group pink. I'm like, okay, share or we're all doing it. That's why you like crazy, Ambro.

No, Loki, if Hunter jumped off Ridge, I'm like, fuck it, me too. Like, I would just go, whatever. Let's figure it out on the way down. I don't know. Oh my god, that's crazy. Um, no, I think, what else was I doing? My high school friends, they were all very preppy, very like Lily Pulitzer, very Tory Birch. Um, I remember one girl actually, the best party in high school was when this girl, like her parents were like about to move out of their house. And they had like already moved in the new house, but the old house hadn't closed yet. Oh cool. Yeah, so it was like basically completely empty. Cool. And she, we had parties like subsequent weekends. Oh my god, it was so fun. That's amazing. She was host and Coachella. She was gonna want to get into. Oh my god. And then one of the neighbors wrote a letter to her parents of the new house and they're like, you'll never believe what she was up to. I'm like, wow, Trillie, swipe or no swipe. Wait, when you're a parent, or well, if you want to be a parent, if you, whatever, even if it's in general, when you're older, do you think you're gonna be a snitch? Like, there was a party going on. Like, would you would you snitch? Would you tell parents?

No, it depends. I would do it. You would be like going on a walk with another and you like, you didn't hear from me. No, but I would want, I would be like, I think how I was isn't all right. Like, if someone goes wrong, I don't want someone to feel like too bad or too ashamed to like come and like call an adult. Yeah, that's true. Um, did you drive? Oh yeah, you drove. But not till later though. I didn't get my license until maybe sophomore or junior year? How do you? Or but I'm in Cromygrade. I was also like, passenger princess boots, AF. But I don't know. I mean, most of, I had this friend named Ryan who had a mini van. She somehow listened to this. And so she would just throw all of us in the back. It was like, it was like babies kids. It was crazy up in there, but we were just peers. It was insane. So we was just traveling around. It was driving your friends around in a minivan. It's actually hilarious. Like, always too many people. The seeds always like flap. Where's rolling around? Floppy. Lower. The length.

It was just a mess. So you had uniforms. Yeah. What was your uniform? They were like loose, like a polo. And everything in L.A. is loose. Oh my god. Was there any rules that you had to follow? Yes. And then like a little khaki or like gray skirt. Did you have a skirt limit? Like how short your skirt can be? Rolled the shit out of mine every time. Of course. Triple rolled it too. And you know when you roll a skirt and it like kind of fans out at the bottom. It looks crazy. That was like, that was pretty nasty. The fights I would have with Auntie, because she always looked at my uniforms about what was too short. Yeah. I'm like, there's no, I had one skirt that was shorter. And I would wear that. I wore that hell out of that skirt. And I was like, but even when you get it like, because you had to get like tailored and stuff, right? Yeah. Like even if I was my mom wanted to be like, okay, we're making this like right above the knee. And I was like, go ahead. I got scissors. I got scissors. I got time. You saw my bangs in eighth grade. You and I created her. So. Oh my god. I was up my mama ever.

She was sick of me. And you know she like didn't want her girl. Like my, I mean, you get what you get. You don't get upset. Listen, but you just like, you proved me right. That she was like, girls are just, she was like, I thought I was generalizing my being like, they're just so much and you know, all these emotions. And I said, you come. You're like, I'm knocking. Yeah. Let's ruffle some feathers. Oh yeah, yeah. Photo college. Wait, let's go college. Yeah, okay. At least we knew each other. That's so nice. Well, I will say college. I'll tell you the first moment I knew I made a mistake. When my mom and I having the biggest fight of our entire relationship pulled up to on Boyle Stin, the little building. Yeah. And I saw someone in a two two and some glitter and all of this stuff open the car door and say, welcome to Emerson. I said, keep driving. Don't leave me here. Mom, Florida. Don't care if there's someone in the way. That dude took my fuck. What I need to just get out of here immediately.

I was like, oh my god. I mean, it's terrible mistake. The orientation leader is at Emerson College word. It was daunting. It was outrageous. It was too much. It was way too, you know what it was like? It was giving Lotus Flower. It was really giving Lotus Flower. It was the first time I started being like, these blue hair liberals and be like, whoa, wait, sorry. Oh my god, sorry. No, I'm progressive. But when it comes to glitter, I don't think so. That gets everywhere. Well, it's actually really bad for the environment. So it's quite progressive of you to be anti glitter. Fun fact. It's actually. I feel like Emerson party. I'm just trying to think of like what, well, I feel like summers, I had my fake ID taken. What? By who? Second day. My second day in Boston. Oh, damn. By the liquor store, it's still there on Coffley Square. I actually went back. I made a pilgrimage back. Wait, liquor stores like to me like ambitious. Like I only really use my fake images. Okay, no, you know, it makes me to do it. It's pretty official. Rachel, of course. She's like, oh, they're not going to know.

You should invoice her for that. They were actually. They were taking $1. Yeah. Which at the time wasn't it? That was all the money I had. So I'm emptying my bank account. Good. Yeah, I mean, I feel like Boston party is, I'm like, it's just like college. It's just such a college city that's like, all stand, that's what it's called. All stand. Oh my god. We got so drunk. I don't feel like we crazy party in like some kind, like maybe like some of those Harvard parties. I guess got a little. Sometimes I look at my rent charge every month and I'm like, okay, that's it. I don't get anything back from this. No, every single month. And it hurts a little. So when I found built, my first thought was why didn't this exist sooner? Same here. I mean, becoming a built member means you earn points on every single housing payment that you make. It could be rent. It could be mortgage. It doesn't matter what kind of housing payment you have. I mean, you're paying it anyway. You absolutely should get something back for it.

You can redeem those built points towards flights, hotels, Amazon purchases, lift rides, even future housing payments. Personally, I mean, I do use mine for a hotel stay. A little vacation, if you will. Okay, about to solid choice. Take me. Okay, but here's the coolest part. The neighborhood concierge in the build app. See how she ignored me when I asked her to take me on vacation with her? Just so you know, and she got to act right. We got to see who never know. I love the neighborhood concierge. I use it in my neighborhood. Think of it like a personal assistant for your home and your neighborhood. It can pay your rent, make dinner reservations, book your next lift ride, all in the app. It doesn't just give you information. It actually executes and makes things happen. And it automatically applies your membership benefits along the way. So you don't need to have to think about it. All you have to do is download the build app, upload a credit or debit card, and ask the neighborhood concierge pretty much anything. It'll find exclusive membership benefits at restaurants or fitness studios and anywhere else around your home. And for all the homeowners out there, build works for your housing payments too.

You pay your mortgage every month and it's your biggest expense. So why not get something back for it? Download the build app today and join the membership for where you live at joinbuild.com slash let me. That's j-o-i-n-b-i-l-t.com slash let me. Use our link so they know we sent you. Do you ever just spend years doing something to your hair just because other people said it was the right way? I would add anything to my cart if it said repairing or hydrating, but all those brands were not for hair like mine. It didn't help my breakage and it did not help me grow my hair out. I was just following this one size fits all advice and it was not working for me at all. I feel bad. It's like that awkward phase where you're trying to be here not. For me, I was stuck in a cycle of following bad advice and buying bad products. It wasn't until I found Basque and Lather that I finally found what my hair actually needed and everything clicked. Exactly. That's why we love Basque and Lather. They are a black-founded, black-owned business. Started when their CEO, Shayna's sister, was told by dermatologist that her hair might never grow back. So Shayna and her mom got into the kitchen

and they started making products that actually work for our hair. They made products that actually stimulate growth and retain length. The proof is in the pictures. Shayna's sister's hair is now down to her hips. I've been using the stimulating scalp and hair balm and it is a game changer. It's 100% natural. It uses no petroleum. So it nourishes and hydrates without clogging the pores. You need to try their hydrating hair mist next. It has aloe vera and avocado oil in a bottle. It is so good for reviving my hair after I've done too much and I'm kind of putting off a wash day. Okay, I'm adding that to cart. But seriously, if you are tired of advice, it doesn't work and products that don't deliver, you need to check them out. colonies of my college. So there are friend Dean, who was the funniest person. Was drinking too much. We went into the closet, got another pair of jeans. Foot shopping, got another pair of like rag and bogeys from this person's closet and wore them out. And he was like, we gotta go right now. We gotta leave. Come on, my three lets go. Oh, it was hilarious. I do think the funniest part of it is like, I think they were like true religion. They were like, oh yeah. It was like, no, you have tastes. Like if you're in the steal, let's get the good stuff. And that person posted the next day be like, who stole my true religion? And Dean was like, classic. Oh my god. Charlie did not care at all. So bad. Oh, but that was wow. No, those jeans. Backfinder drinking was just bar bear. Honestly, I was saying the most fucked up I ever got was an R.A. party. It was pre-art bar, remember her? Oh, a man called Kila Bar. You got to fucking T'Kila Bar. Oh, I hope she's well. That's why I was like the irony of this situation of R.A.

is being the most fucked up people you all know. And also people in charge of your young adults. Like never trust them. Oh my god. She like locked us in the room was like shots. No. No, that's an order. No, no, no, no. I remember drinking sky vodka in college and being like, oh, this is what money feels like. No way, no, how? I don't know if it was that same that you were talking about. It might have been a different one because it was when Kila, my friend from my school was visiting. And there is a photo in my camera roll. It's the craziest photo ever of Dean and Kila. Lesbian gig guy making out in the background on a street pole. Is Hunter in a tiny purple skirt and a p-coat hanging off of it, tongue out the mouth, eyes crossed as hell. It's so that's a Renaissance painting. What was it BCBG bandage skirt? Those were the days. Okay. Yes. How one for real? Yeah. Well, yes. She said the American parallel little pant didn't work out for me. I'm doing this. You just go, Pam. Yes, I am.

Just go, Pam. It's the funniest photo. I just was like, it is a towel. God, to be so free and young, you know? I was like, what with a bob with a headband, always a headband, always a bob. Oh, God. I was a jacket from Madewell. Lord have mercy. Anyway. Yeah. Whoa. I want to talk about high school movies. Yeah. Because I've actually been spiritually called to rewatch my so-called life. Oh, I didn't watch that. Really? Yeah. Oh my gosh. I loved it in high school. And like, you know, every old girl I loved the Jedi Patel. Freaks and geeks. Didn't want to either. Really? I know. He could have killed him. Favorite job. I've done a job. I'm sorry. I have. For the slap. He could have killed him. Yeah. So, no, that and then high school stuff. I mean, easy A. That was a big. That was a big. I love easy A. Easy A coming out when we were in high school. Hit like crack. Yeah. That was incredible. Yeah. There was no better time to be in high school girl. I'm gonna put a cut up.

Put a listen. Jen, there's a higher power. He's gonna deal with you and your foolishness. Who? Tom Cruise. That was her now. Was that like our intro to Emma Stone? Yeah. I think before that she'd done super bad only. Oh right. But that role was kind of like well. Yeah. John Tucker must die. That was a big one. To things I hate about you. John Tucker must die. Which girl in which girl know you? Do you think? Was that Bernie Stowe? Yeah, that's really Bernie Stowe. Which one were you? I found you a push. Oh, right. No, that's not even what I mean. She was like the sexy one. She was the sexy like vegan one though. And that's not me. But you're from LA. She also has such a sexy raspy voice. I know. When she teaches her other kids in the car, I forgot about that scene. I never forgot. And I never will. Me as hell in high school. You want to learn how to kiss? I was a girl. I was so many W9s. I was working shifts. Don't be teaching me about a kiss. Hunsey Bovers. Let me tell you that.

You're welcome. Good good kisser. I would say like, I'm going to go a little bit like before that. Okay. Probably like most formative high school watch is like the grassy. Oh, rich kids watched the grassy. Really? Tivo watched the grassy. Yeah, I didn't have Tivo. Oh, I did have Tivo. I love that remote. Actually, famous story about a Tivo remote. One time, redacted, said I have a big dick and I said, prove it. And in middle school, he sent me a photo of his dick next to a Tivo remote for scale. Anyway, I've lived so many lives. Oh, and I said, I guess you're right. You didn't lie. It's crazy. I was like, oh, show it to my friend Lauren right after. I said, you believe this? You're so crazy. Wait, did you do it? Did you watch them? Because the end, I think, was really formative for me in general. Exactly. No, Tivo. No, Tivo. No, Tivo. No, Tivo. What? So like, instant stars south of nowhere. Girl, I was watching next. Next, watching a lot of Londoner SVU.

Okay. It's not high school. That was high school for me. It was for you actually. A lot of SVU really is like, well, I've been watching the grassy hunter. No, no, not in Instagram. She's one of Instagram. Another one. We got to get to the bottom of this case. That is so you. I'm watching. Yeah, I'm okay. Lost and the closer. Oh, man. The Lee Johnson shout out everything. If it was on. UP, you know, USA. Yeah. Monk, psych, burn notice. Friday lights. Was that more college? No, high school for me. Oh, okay. Friday lights was definitely a good one. Oh, you loved it. No, who's your Tim Riggins? I'm a one of teens. I mean, there was a couple of farm other. Yeah. Yeah. No, I like me some Tim Riggins. And I like that Matt Serison. I didn't mind. He hated his grandmother. Oh, my God. I'm not. I'm like pushing her. Let me knock that cane out. Oh, my God. No, you know, I couldn't. I couldn't stand on Friday lights. Fucking Amy.

Amy in that mouth and that bad attitude. You have a mother from heaven with a full head of hair. And she's passing that on to you, by the way. So you better say you're welcome. And a dad who really cares. And guess what? He gives you access to all these fine ass men. Oh, you better say thank you. You better say your prayers as you never did. And she never did. Matt Serison did not. He should not have been tasked with her. Ugh, no. And that one night when Riggins was helping her in, trying to cover up that she was drunk. And then Coach Taylor misunderstood. And that was so. And then later, Coach Taylor apologized. Oh, that was so. That was such a good show. What is the scene in a high school movie or TV show that is like burned in your brain? Oh, my God. Okay. Two things. This is from a high school movie. The other one is like something that I watched in high school though was burned in my brain. Yeah. First, Joseph Gordon loved it. And things I hate about you. When he's going into, he goes in the sisters drawer, painting drawers or something. And he was like black. She's black underwear. Black means you want to have sex. I was like,

No, I hauled my ass to a Norsom rack and quickly. Like, oh my God. I remember when I brought my first song and I was like, couldn't tell my mom from where. We could try to see great, of course. Four for five. I was very tall. And then, um, okay. And then I remember watching Sex in the City on a football bus on a trip to Houston with Molly. That was the first time I ever watched it. And fun case-tasting spunk. They don't call it a job for nothing. Poetry. Poetry. That's good. That's good. Okay. One of you are from you. What is favorite high school scene like, typified high school for you from a movie or TV show? There's only one ethical answer. And this goes out to all the young hosts out there. Mani Santos in that blue thong walking down the hallway. When I tell you that woke me, no. So I sat up straight on my TV. And then my mom got worried.

But I recently rewatched it. And I thought we all talk about that scene as like the craziest thing. This blue bedazzled thong. I was actually a manate for a whole week. And I tore that off, by the way. But the scene right after it, after she gets in trouble and they're like, you can't wear, you can't have your underwear showing. So she was like, okay, she's so me. She comes back to school the next day. No one to wear. No one to wear. No one to wear. I was like, um, I don't remember this part. I was like, this is crazy. And I've been watching me like this. Wait, okay. So we do have to draw the line like somewhere. Oh, my, see, that's why I wasn't watching the grass girl. I was at a physical school. We had to go to chapel. What? It was actually like I was covering. I was, I was, I was holding my purse close. It was tough. But yeah, I would have gone to grassy high. I would have, me and manate, we would have been. Fuck Emma. Little prude. Wait, I have a question. Did you have high school? Did you have like outdoor lockers? I feel like all the LA schools had outdoor lockers. That's so cool.

I guess it was kind of cool. Okay, I take it back. Well, okay, wait. Let's, let's ask the audience. Give us high school superlatives now. Oh, that's a good one. You know what I mean? Yeah. But, but care, we'll delete the comments out. We don't agree with that. I know. Just kidding. We wouldn't, we wouldn't send to you. But tell us. Let us know what you think we would. Yeah, I would. It's like still like hunter president. Like a legit summer superlatives. I wish I had some glasses to adjust here. I'm going to start off strong BBL of the summer. The aliens in disclosure day. They walked that they got BBLs. I believe you. I believe you. But did I have time for my life? Yeah. I did. I had so much fun watching it. Really? It made no, what do we mean they had to get Emily Blunt to go on local news and announce that aliens had come to earth blah, blah, blah, when they had an alien there the whole time Coleman Domingo.

That didn't make any of them sense. Coleman Domingo. I think that's the key to that. And you know what? She was right to dump her boyfriend and Josh O'Connor should have dumped his girlfriend too. Oh, wait, that's a great cast. Maybe I should have watched it. No. Well, I'm recently into Emily Blunt. After for the first time watching that movie, Tom Cruise. Oh, Oppenheimer. No. Oh, Edge tomorrow. Yes. Oh, I do not like that movie. What the fuck? I know. Everyone likes it. I don't like it. I don't like it. I'm not even little by then. Damn. That, oh, Emily's Blunt's arm in that movie. It could be. Circle back next week. A lady now. Okay. What's up next? But I was about Nick of the summer. Okay. Jordan Woods. I would motion Jordan Woods bag. No, the bag I think is not cute. I do not like that bag. No, I don't. But it's sewing out though, no? Of course it is. It's lucky. I mean, and that's what... I love capitalism actually. Every stage. It's like fantastic, totally.

Nick of the summer is not spiky for you, huh? Oh, it's a volcano mirror. Yeah. Stupid. Nick of the summer. What if it's like Eric Adams? Wait, did you see him coming home? Of course I did. He wore his items. On his birthday, there's a photo of him out at 11 and then coming back home in the same outfit at maybe 8am. I will give it to Eric Adams. So, thirst trap of the summer. Oh, for sure. They're super saturated vegetables. Him telling you, coming back days later to say, and actually this is a health PSA. You know what I'm coming to? What? Eric Adams lives his life like a gay man. He is at the afters of the afters of the afters. Ain't never home. Loki lies a lot. And it's posting news. Not in the... Yeah. And it's like posting news for no reason. That's gay man material. First of all, it's always Istanbul. Yeah. What? Wow. I was like, why do I Loki fuck with him now that he's out of office? Yeah, him yourself. No, I do. He hilarious.

Okay, thirst trap of the summer. That's very fun. I would actually probably say it's probably something J. Lo is posted. I go, no, you know what that? It's not there. It's not there. To anyone who isn't a lesbian. But that one photo of her with her knees up, like as if she's at the gyno. You know that one photo. No, I'm hoping that. Oh my god, it's her knees are open and up and her titties are up and stuck. And it's like some mirrored selfie she took while she was getting makeup done. So you don't know 52 what to do, but you know that. I'm gay. I'm not focused. I'm gay. That's a very different thing, girl. Worst hair of the summer. Amanda but you was bun. Yeah. Yeah. And that's universal. That's a consensus. That's literally how Sue sees it. Like we've reached quorum. Yeah. I tried it on though and I went to the premiere at soft bar. By the way, I went to soft bar and I tried on the bun. It I body her. I look kind of good in it. I was like, wait, this is to you. Hold on. And you know who also body to best hair of the summer.

Yes. Yes. How do you say his name? I don't know girl. That's your man. I don't know. Erling Holland. Norway. Norway. Norway. Saga player. I like that big bitch. Oh my god. I like him so much. He cut his hair off though. I saw that. And it's not good. It's not good. I mean, he was going to have it. He was going to have some traction issues. Going to get bald, bald traction. That's just called me alive. To be a white man in this in Norway. A foreign trip of the summer. I haven't answered for this. I'm going to be honest. I didn't come prepared for this thing. Whatever. But type a moon. A friendship of the summer is army hammers made of Jamaican friend. Because why did army hammer? We was profiled by one of the trades. And he said, a Jamaican. I was complaining to a man. A Jamaican man about why my Hollywood friend supporting me. And the Jamaican man like read him a riddle and said, this is how you have empathy. I'm like, you just made that up. You just made that man up. And the man walks off into the daylight.

Okay, that's crazy. That man does not exist. Also, like I'm sorry, all my Jamaican friends, first of all, they know Zee they stick around. Anybody just doing a little drive by advice? No, no, no. They open your business. Have you managed making man? That's like, just touch you from now on. But like, oh my god. That's a lot. That's how I knew. Okay, let's close out with. Okay. Best breakup of the summer. I love when she does that because you can tell she can't smoke. Oh my god, it's so funny. Do a vape now. You had that. That was really good, Hunter. Oh, that was really good. I was thinking, aren't you? I'm young at heart. It's a shoulder that goes to the beach. That was some bent aflic shit. That was great. Okay, you're good. Break up of the summer. You know, you already know what it is. Club Chalemy. Oh, Club Chalemy and Haley Chalemy come on. You're not doing it like her. You're not doing it like you're not touching her. Oh, fuck. That's a good one. She said goodbye to all that.

Oh, I loved it. Oh my god. It's yeah. She turned her back on him when he needed it most. Actually, no, he's doing fine. He has a next summer. He's a nick of the summer to me. Break up of the summer for you. Okay, break up of the summer. I was gonna say, this is sounding a little bit more presumptuous. But possibly cats eye. Oh, we are losing our girls by the numbers. They're dropping like flies. It's about three left, two and a half. Maybe. I don't know. And you're losing all the who's left? Well, first Monone left. And I'm with her. And then Sophia took a break. Lara, I love. She's like the baddie who they were like, you wear too much makeup in the documentary. And she was like, so. Didn't change a thing. I'm obsessed with her. So I think they're falling out. And while they're falling out, a Phoenix is rising. And her name is Adele. And she did you watch the documentary? Uh-huh. I think even if you don't care about cats, I think you would enjoy the documentary. It's pretty well done.

Yeah. But the pop star Academy documentary, there's a there's a girl named Adele who's like clearly a star. She's a great dancer. She didn't make it into cats. No. And now she's doing her own thing. And she's coming up and she's streaming. And gay guys everywhere are united. I mean, sometimes that doesn't mean the thing. You could still be in Kia's silent. And there's about a thousand gay guys behind you. But Adele might be coming for their crown. Maybe she's the reason that they're like, all crumbling. Who knows? Oh, we'll see. Inside job. Oh, I like that. I like that. The minute there's a little bit of mess and entry, Hunter's like, I'm my stream a little cat size. And I will. Let me press play. Let's say that was me listening in Phoebe Bridger. There's no reason other than the greasy Abrams. She got me with that one. That made me laugh so hard listening to that back. Hunter literally turns 62 in a mere moment where she was like, I was like, I thought, how am I listening to you? Like, it's so. Anyway, so that's my possible breakup. We'll see. People that are Daisy Chenefest. Who knows what's next? That really surprised me. Yeah. Oh, I know. Their last shot of feminism is right up.

No, I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I love Kat's eye. Yes. Pause up or whatever they. Pinkies up. Pinkies up.
