Well, I'd actually just been working in Manhattan and traveling through the World Trade Center across the Jersey City every day for that entire summer up until the beginning of September because I was getting moved to another location for that company in Connecticut. And so I moved out of the city. But yeah, 10 days, 11 days before I was going through the subway traveling from the west village down, you know, into Jersey City that direction. And so I was

1:05actually at my parents' house. And I remember my mother waking me up in the morning and being like, hey, a plane just hit the World Trade Center. And so I came down and got there in time to see the second one happen. And so yeah, that was that was my 9-11. My college girlfriend, her brother, two of his best friends were killed in the building's collapse. So yeah, well, that was quite a day. Yeah, that's pretty crazy. That's fortunate for you. Sure. Man, yeah, that's, you know, I've said this many, many times. That's one of two for sure days that I will never, ever forget exactly where I was at that moment. I said last night, the other one being J-13. You know, when when President Trump was shot at and shot. Ah, gotcha. Yeah, that's that one. I will never forget where I was when that happened. But September 11th, of course, you know, had a, you know, a tremendous impact on on my life,

2:10you know, me and Alpha took up arms after that in the name of, you know, the people that were in the mountains that were able to somehow orchestrate a plan to fly two planes into the World Trade Center and then another two planes into other targets reportedly. Yeah, never forget, what was it? 2009, I used to know this number. 2000 is it 2009, 1956 that were killed? The number that's been posted that I've seen over the course of the last 24 hours is 29,77. 29,77. And then of course, thousands that have died since then from, you know, cancers and all sorts of things that they got from the air that they were breathing, the asbestos, you know, all the other contaminants that were in the air around the Trade Center itself. Yeah, just a, um, tragic day for our country. I, you know, September 12th was a hell of a day when everybody woke up in American flags were everywhere and, you know, there's some sort of

3:12patriotism that ushered in things like the Patriot Act, you know, because if you're patriotic, you got to have the Patriot Act. Of course. Great thing. Yeah, you got to give away your rights in order to have it or else, you know, you could be incinerated in Terrorist Act. Exactly. You got a great move. Right. And I just did the movie The Siege last night. Have you ever seen that? Yes, long time ago. Yeah, it's like some predictive programming about Muslim terrorism in New York City. So I hadn't even meant to do it, you know, sometimes we try to think about where in the new cycle we are and like what film might line up with that really well and do that for that week, but that wasn't even on my mind in choosing this one and the timing was incredible. Yeah. Um, and then of course we had to spend 20 years in the sandbox, hunting down the people that, that did this and costing us a trillion of dollars. Yeah, that did this. We only had to look in DC.

10:32the American people that there's something for every American in this combination of these parties let's find the reasonable rational Democrats the reasonable rational Republicans put them all together we're not going to call it the unit party we're going to put them all together and then we're going to bring the American people everything they've ever wanted and get rid of Donald Trump for them at the same time and that's going to be their presentation and I wouldn't be surprised if part of that plan was to give them the American people five thousand dollars so if they go and try to pull this off in early January after the new Congress gets sworn in all of that credit will already go to Donald Trump and I think that this kind of stuff is hysterical and whether it happens or not I don't care I mean we can make the principle to arguments on this that like the government shouldn't be handing out money to the people like no shit but they also shouldn't be taking our money you know so so does that get even doubt at some point or do we just go on like they should have been taking our

11:33money this entire time so the 21 trillion that you know that's a reference to I'm assuming it's a reference to all the investments that he secured in the United States and so it's not like it's 21 trillion dollars at the federal government all of a sudden has in excess you know well it doesn't even surpass our national debt so it technically wouldn't even be in excess but it's not like they have 21 trillion cash on hand from all of these investments that's money that's pouring into the United States and the government is going to get theirs through taxes through permits and all the other you know red tape that these companies are going to have to go through in order to you know re-enshore their businesses but the concept I mean the concept of tariffs so you know this is kind of rehash so many different arguments one of the arguments I'm seeing is that you know this is so me and Ash got into this yesterday and I called it redistribution but that was just be not not this being redistribution but calling the what was it the other day I did call this redistribution but that's not what I meant in terms of socialism because this is actually money that if it is

12:34dividends if it is dividends this is actually money that is realized by the United States government for you know corporations paying to to bring stuff in from out of the country into our country and then taking that and dispersing that back out to the American people and if you go back to pre pre federal reserve times when the United States was mainly dependent these United States was mainly dependent on tariffs for revenue we didn't need the income tax and so by Trump going out there and offering this 5,000 this is one of the craziest things people are like he's bribing people well every fucking politician bribes you literally every politician that's saying I'm going to lower your taxes that's a bribe that is a bribe you know money money that you either receive or money that you save and therefore get to keep one way or the other that's a bribe you know and and and President Trump is not going out there and saying if you vote for me you'll get the 5,000 if you vote for the well not for me if you vote for the republicans you'll get the 5,000

13:34it's it's it's absolutely insane now I do love the idea of the tariffs I've always been a a a strong supporter of the tariffs uh now the 21 trillion I would like to see more math on that number personally but think about what think about what the 39 trillion going in the other direction is if you've seen a lot of math on that no no congressional legislation and then fiat dollars created that flow to different parts of the same system and have been for years and just kind of these are just numbers made up out of nothing to explain some circumstance in the world and why we have to uh accept some sort of lifestyle sorry everybody the government has taken all of your money and then spent it on all this dumb shit so now you can't have the lives that you used to have blah blah blah you know all of these are narrative layers the idea that Trump is buying votes is preposterous because elections are fake so you don't even have to engage with a notion like that and anyone proposing that notion is clearly too stupid to understand

14:40what's going on so you don't need to listen to them um this this stuff you know it's totally worth taking it seriously because as you were doing we can take we can analyze what this means under a principled political system or legal system under our constitutional order and understand whether or not this is the sort of thing that comports to that and then have the principled and moral discussions about whether or not this is the sort of thing that we want in the sort of society that we want I think all of that is worthwhile as like an intellectual exercise a way that we can figure out what it means to be part of this American community I'm down with all of that but on the level of seriousness the seriousness that these people are taking it they're incorporating all of these flawed ideas into the foundations of their argument like what is the point of arguing about whether or not Trump is trying to buy votes when he knows beyond anyone else that the elections are fake and that he's not running I mean it's just nonsense it's crazy I

15:43don't know how people are still discussing these situations on these terms except for the fact that the mainstream media and the mainstream political influencers are pushing everything out on these terms and then the social media platforms amplify it all with the algorithms and so everybody's like well this is what the discussions all about well let's just reject these discussions because the foundations and premises are already flawed at their base so if we are arguing about our opinions and our emotions about what we're told if what we're told is bullshit then we're wasting our time yeah um this I've been blown away to be honest with you uh some of the reactions online from this um both sides of the on of the spectrum but I've seen more people believe they're not pushing back against the idea which I am surprised by because when you get down to the to the actual you know normal everyday American level um I think they look at the 5,000 like if it happens I'm absolutely gonna take it and I'm gonna love it and it's gonna be great but then they're also like

16:44why why are we paying fight like that's a lot of money to be paying out to people uh this is one case you know we we go back to COVID and that was all printed right that was part of the the CARES act and you know all the other crap that we passed during the quote-unquote pandemic pandemic um that was you know that was the Federal Reserve saying yeah let's ramp up those printing machines and let's make all this money and send you guys your checks for $1,200 or $600 I don't even remember how much it was at this point um not realizing that the inflation that you're creating by doing that the the amount of taxes that you're going to see increased because of that I did the math on it one time and like that $1,200 over the course of paying it back uh came out to something like I don't know taking in the broad uh the the entirety of the CARES act and the bills that were passed came out to like 35 or 40 thousand dollars over the course of of your lifetime that you're gonna have to pay back for that $1,200 or $2,400 whatever it was uh it was absolutely insane this again is is

17:46perhaps I don't know if if there's a way that we can go back to a tariff system I'd rather him come out and say hey if we can pay you every single grown American $5,000 we can certainly put your taxes down to a bare minimum and I would be much more inclined to accept that idea and I think more Americans would be like wait wait wait I can either have $5,000 now or I can have a significant reduction in my taxes for years to come I would I would think that we would take the significant reduction well perhaps but if one of these situations is better for the American people and the other one is better for the federal government in the banks we're not actually going to get a choice so uh yeah yeah unfortunately I don't see any of this ever coming to fruition um you know I have who knows what's gonna happen with it but I just even even if the GOP wins I don't see this ever being fulfilled um also at the same time I mean you got to wonder why aren't we having the

18:54conversation and saying hey if President Trump can can make this offer maybe we need to reconsider those i.e. p.a. tariffs that that the Supreme Court said the president doesn't have the authority to do maybe Congress needs to come together and take a look at these and say hey maybe maybe this is something that's uh that's good for the nation but again we've been saying that since since day one ghost has been all over the tariffs so well tariffs present um and away for countries to use leverage without involving the military so yeah I think that that alone is the justification for them yeah well I mean and well that I mean that's a huge weapon that President Trump has has you know thrown around in the second term especially but you know going back and hold on we're gonna get my trainer thought back on this shit I just completely lost it there's ghost uh I just completely lost it all right let's get into another uh another little payback that we're

20:00gonna get here President Trump announcing a rebate on Obamacare today I'm very thrilled to make an important announcement on the costs of healthcare affecting hardworking families all across the United States our administration has discovered that under sleepy Joe Biden American households buying health insurance through the Obamacare exchange which is a disaster and the healthcare dot gov were massively overcharged to put it mildly they were forced to pay excessive fees soodling at least $500 million the last administration knew about this and they studied it but they kept the money they just kept it they never let anyone know our administration is doing the right thing and giving the money back to the people who were wrongly ripped off nearly one million hardworking Americans in 30 states will soon be getting refunds of $500 each with a check sent to their home address

21:01in many cases these refunds will cover the entire spike in your insurance caused by Democrats who solely work to protect big insurance companies the big insurance companies own the Democrats Congress must now quickly pass the great healthcare plan it's called the great healthcare plan cost of healthcare for all Americans is coming down under my plan we will stop all payments to big insurance and give the money directly to the people who will then be able to buy better healthcare at a much lower cost and keep the money and keep the difference we'll have maximum price transparency and require all prices to be posted in plain beautiful English and we will get insurance companies to disclose their profits and how many claims they deny so that we know the good ones from the bed but the relief begins with refunding everyone who was overcharged the rebates are going out in just a few weeks all right so there's a lot that he said I mean the rebates this

22:07is for a lot of people are going to hear who I could get $500 back but you know publishing health insurance companies publishing the number of claims that they denied and the claim you know details about those claims the cost and how much they've made that those are those are big things that are going to you know wake up a lot of people you look at you know kind of the uprising that came around a mangeony Luigi Mangione when he shot that guy from what was a United Health Care I think he was with when he shot the the CEO or whatever it was with United Health Care a lot of people that was a movement and I don't agree with it violence like that is not a never good thing but the the the reaction from people and the the animosity that people hold towards that is something we get behind the most favored nation you know I said when when President Trump first announced that he just announced the update to a lot a couple of weeks ago but when he first announced that that is going to be a massive massive kickback for the American people that should it should lower the

23:09cost of Medicaid Medicare and then you know from there have a trickle down effect to other insurance plans and whatnot the so this brings me back real quick to my point then I'll hand it off to you here and I remembered what it was with the tariffs is a lot of Americans until President Trump kind of started exposing all this stuff had no idea how bad the lopsidedness to our our economy in terms of a global perspective actually were and you know we didn't realize that you know as a kid I would always think you know I went to I went to where was it somewhere in Europe when I was a little kid and I was like how come there's no mustangs over here how come there's no broncos like Ford Broncos and how come there's no Chevy pickup trucks and all that stuff why are the no American cars over here and you know now we know it's because they charge a 15% VAT tax on every single American vehicle in addition to pretty big tariffs on American vehicles so they don't want them over here there's other things like EPA or not EPA regulations but their own like emissions regulations and stuff like that of course but we've been getting our asses pummeled pummeled and they

24:14just you know that's it's just kind of like the thing the global media never really pointed out until President Trump came out and started doing it most favorite nation status tariff lopsidedness like all of these things that he's pointing out to us are things that people need to be talking about every single day and then fortunately it's got like a five second window before we're worried about the next like you know I don't know hit piece that somebody's putting out there the five minute sound bite it's it's all bullshit man yeah I mean I love when Trump is doing stuff like this and attempting to return money to the American people as we were just discussing the in terms of the healthcare stuff the most favorite nation stuff he was doing a lot of that in the first term and so a lot of this has been kind of in the making for many years and so we'll see when the the ultimate results are kind of more readily available healthcare has not come down in price unless I'm missing something it seems to be just as expensive more expensive than it than it was previously so we're clearly not there yet but he's been very focused on getting rid of the

25:20you know he talks about the middleman often and I firmly believe that the middleman that he's referring to are these insurance companies so it's a total distortion at the market and when we move on from health insurance as this massive and necessary product that everyone has to purchase just to feel like they're not going to have an accident and then be permanently indebted man I mean the faster we move out of that phase the better yeah I'm with you all right let's uh get into those little five minute things that everybody freaks out about here with this story from the New York Post Jody Genova resigns abruptly from DOJ investigating Trump foes calling out quote-unquote ethical problems on the way out and we'll address that quote here in a second but it says quote I did resign today by letter to the attorney general I said that it was a privilege and an honor to serve the president and the department and I was very grateful

26:21de Genova told the post sources said and there's a whole crapload of sources behind all of this story by the way sources said de Genova had lost support from the DOJ leaders and the White House amid his quote-unquote grand conspiracy investigation with one source suggesting that he was quote-unquote slow rolling indictments and getting lost down quote-unquote rabbit holes I don't know what those rabbit holes were because there are a ton of rabbit holes to go down in the reco grand asked whether he had lost focus de Genova dismissed the accusations and shot back quote if you want indictments where there's no evidence you have an ethical problem and that's a lot of that's the quote that a lot of the mainstream headlines are latching on to I do want to before I go on with this article I want to jump over to the associated press which has clarification on that quote I do want to mention AP put out a person familiar with the matter who insisted on anonymity to discuss

27:21a personnel decision said that the departure came amid mounting frustration from the Justice Department over the pace and management of the probe now in reference to that quote specifically when reached again by the AP de Genova said the comments were taken out of context adding that quote there's plenty of evidence in all of these cases to prove the theories of prosecution it just takes time to get there and some people want to get there a little faster than others and you just can't do that so when he says this you know if you want indictments where there's no evidence you have an ethical problem apparently that's not what he meant yeah I mean it sounds like he's saying that people there wanted to work more quickly than the evidence allowed and so he's certainly I to my ear that sounds like he's criticizing the motives of some people involved and all of the people involved are portrayed as like our saviors our new best friends secret white hats what have you maybe they're not all that and maybe Joe de

28:25Genova is a good guy just kind of sounding the alarm on that for people and this gets a lot of attention I don't know man I'm we are so many years past the crimes for which we are now seeking accountability and justice it's most of the country still doesn't even understand that these are crimes that crimes happened what the crimes would be what it would mean and the rest of it so if this is just the wheel of justice turning slowly fine these these news updates that we get every few months about how we are inching ever closer to this critical moment a lot of this stuff seems kind of the stuff we're being told about in the big picture seems to be happening happening within that like scripted layer within you know you've got the great reset narrative to push that side of it forward and then you've got the controlled opposition on that narrative to push the same thing forward and to kind of clear out all these controversies and scandals and

29:31stories that we've been told about over so many decades they have to bring those stories to resolution so we can let that all go and welcome in the new system and think oh it's a new a new day in America so that's that's the point of this entire program ultimately and it's important I think to be able to distinguish between that stuff that is being scripted and we're watching that play out and then the stuff that's happening in the real world in response to that scripting because the truth is people don't really want to have their lives led by this this false story about what reality is most people don't even know what the hell's going on with this that's right they wouldn't even have the first idea I mean I I would be willing to bet you if you did you know man on the street type stuff you could go up to people and ask them who John Brennan is and they won't tell they won't be able to tell you who John Brennan is and that's not even getting into Peter Strock and Lisa Page and James Clapper you know they might be like oh I heard that name wasn't he a guy

30:33that was like in the Obama administration and that's the extent of their knowledge they couldn't tell you Brian Brennan was you know XC XCIA director or they couldn't tell you any of those things right and the people who are familiar with him at all are probably familiar with him because they see him on MSNBC or MSNOW or whatever it's called or you know and the same thing for characters like Brennan on the other cable networks whatever they they recognize these people as TV characters and if you're watching MSNBC or MSNOW in the first place you probably hate Donald Trump so then you see John Brennan someone with experience in the white hair and the reputation and the the gravitas in his voice and you see him saying all these bad things about Donald Trump on the basis of his privileged information as former director of the CIA and you think oh John Brennan he's one of those guys that I see on TV who's fighting the good fight against Donald Trump and so yeah they actually because of the way that John Brennan is relayed to most people they probably if they're

31:37familiar with him they probably think he's one of the good guys. Let's let's get back into this article here because it does have a little bit of kind of like a rehash in here. Another source added that DeGi-Gi-N-O-Va had been sharing quote unquote unrealistic expectations for the probe with the president about what was possible and not possible leading to a confrontation with attorney general Todd Blanche. Several prosecutors sent down from the main DOJ office in DC had been sideline once they arrived South Florida US attorneys the office led by Jason Kenones began with the investigation in August of 2025 issuing dozens of subpoenas subpoenas to former Obama officials like CIA director former CIA director John Brennan X director of DNI, James Clapper FBI agents Peter Strock and the attorney Lisa Paige were hit with subpoenas in recent weeks individuals have also testified before grand jury at one source adding that quote a lot of people are being brought in

32:42interesting CIA director John Radcliffe had previously referred Brennan to the FBI for criminal investigation in July after the release of the lessons learned review from the Obama administration spy agencies assessment that Russia interfered with the 2016 contest to help Trump that report cited Brennan and Clapper for becoming quote unquote excessively involved in drafting the intel assessment through a quote unquote chaotic a typical and markedly unconventional process quote this was Obama Comey Clapper and Brennan deciding we're going to screw Trump Radcliffe told the post at the time and is anything going to come of this we just got the what was it the um the Mike Flynn the general Flynn thing you saw that I saw a headline or something was it toward the beginning of the week it was yes well me and alpha talked about it yesterday um but I think it I think just the news published it on Tuesday I think right yeah yeah I mean

33:47again that's I don't know if general Flynn being NSA if that would have changed anything throughout the administration but the implications of that of them making up uh little nuance things like adding in uh what did they say um um they added words that implied that that Flynn knew about or had been speaking with kissly act and had told kissly act about what's coming and all this stuff and it turns out it was all bullshit you know they they re-edited the note the the FD32302 uh two two 20 days later I think it was 20 days later they re-edited it struck you know said all these things Flynn came out the other day and was like if I had all this evidence in my trial uh I wouldn't have pled not I wouldn't have pled guilty I wouldn't have taken a plea deal in this case um again they threatened to go after it you know threatened to go after his his son and everything else um like I what I don't know if this administration looks different if if if Mike Flynn had been released on this if he had been

46:18apparently there were a lot of crossover voters uh the case went to the indiana's recount commission which upset deary's win tossing out a number of ballots for missing clerk's signatures the indiana supreme court weighed in on whether the recount commission erred in tossing out just enough ballots to tip deary's lead uh justice jeffrey slaughter asked whether the recount commission decision would set a precedent moving forward quote they've decided in their existence of their discretion here that they aren't going to count ballots that are missing the clerk's signature and seal are they obliged to apply the same rule next time republicans race concerns about the quote unquote crossover votes that copen haver initially pointed out that discussion led to republican secretary of state candidate max angling calling for closed primaries deary is now one of only two republicans to survive the primary challenges brought by president trump after he decided to vote against redistricting in December so we either have election laws or we do not

47:24chris and these votes were taken out because they were missing the signature and the seal of the clerk for the corresponding jurisdiction you know for the corresponding precinct whatever and that's required by law the clerk has to sign the ballot the or the uh i think it's the ballot i don't know if it's a ballot or the envelope but there it has to have the clerk's signature it has to have the seal of the clerk's office validating that it's authentic and that they've actually received it the supreme court comes in they're like yay well we're just going to ignore that rule and we're going to count these votes anyways and by the way it flips the result to the guy that uh you know president trump was was railing against yeah laws your votes your votes only matter uh when they need you to believe that the vote actually matters somehow people still believe it matters all the time no matter how many fake elections we get it's incredible gotta like i go back to the the totenberg decision in uh growing your right to vote but your right to vote ends at you casting

48:30your vote you have no right to ensure that your ballot is passed accurately it's incredible so i pledge let's see what else we got here there's a lot of election news so bear with me for a second here um here's another one here the appeals court hands trump a loss on male voting as supreme court considers his executive order uh the fourth i think it was the uh the little the which which court was it it was the what does it not say it says it just doesn't appeal score i thought it said which one an appeals court upheld a block on president trump's uh executive order limiting mail-in ballots as a supreme court will be considering the same case the three judge panel refused to lift the preliminary injunctions issued by judge tal wani in boston in massachusetts which prohibits the u.s. postal service from implementing trump's directive now this was an interesting statement

49:30and i want some clarity on what they mean here the postal service has said it would not deliver ballots from states that did not pre-clear envelopes design with the federal government and submit a list of voters to an online portal which has not yet been to be activated are they saying that they're still going to go by that regulation or was that what they were previously saying and now that's come to an end i don't know because remember they they went through with that order like the judge was like we're putting a restriction on this rule uh restraining order on this rule and the judge turned around or excuse me the post office turned around was like we're putting the rule out there anyways we're publishing it to the federal register anyways so i don't know the panel of three judges nominated all nominated by Biden it's so funny how that works the the auto pen appellate court the auto pen appellate court that's what we will dub it agreed that the president does not have the power to regulate states elections policy the panel wrote that trump administration had done little to dispel arguments by many election

50:30officials that the changes would bring quote chaos and widespread disenfranchisement uh i don't know how it brings disenfranchisement the chaos that's their own fault they've had it's equal to prepare for this good call no i agree with you 100% about that yeah i you can't you can't use i mean i don't know if that's you know the panel cites chaos and widespread disenfranchisement i hope that didn't factor heavily into their decision and that's just you know something that they're mentioning and passing because that should not be what is used to either validate or invalidate this uh executive order uh quote indeed appellants have not seriously challenged this aspect of the district court's rulings much less demonstrated why it's clearly erroneous the government also hasn't shown evidence of past fraud to justify the restrictions the judge so that's apparently that's now like one of the the barriers that the hurdles that they have to overcome is they have to show past fraud in order i i if they would have brought past fraud into the case

51:30the judge would have said well you know this isn't a case making an argument for whether or not election fraud has previously occurred that's something that would have to be uh decided by a court whether or not this is evidence of voter fraud uh election fraud and that wasn't what was being argued here but anyways i'll throw it over to you for that no no keep going well the the next thing up is it's kind of plays into it but i do want to review because i put this out this morning on x um this is this is the system as it exists compared to what president trump is trying to do the existing system without the executive order uh the us post service has no it does not have any voter information so they're just sending ballots to whomever they're told to send them to right send ballots all over the place that's it they're not doing any of their own checks that this is who we're sending it to there's no federal standard for the envelope designer barcode assignment election officials can use tools like informed visibility but there is no requirement to do so

52:30so you can states can choose to track ballots but it's not mandated like it's not law under 14 399 it's mandatory for all federal elections unfortunately not primaries only the uh the actual general election um states must upload each male voters name and address to a federal ballot male portal before ballots are accepted into the male stream to ensure that ballots are going to legitimate or at least purported to be legitimate voters every outbound and return envelope must carry unique intelligent male barcode tied to that voters portal entry and perhaps most importantly the postal service verifies the barcode against the portal before accepting the male non-compliant ballot mailings are rejected and returned to the election officials it's not a complicated system it is the same way that any system with any sort of accountability would have before you put something into the male so you know exactly where something's going exactly where it's coming back

53:31from and there's accountability down to that individual level the the the fact that like the postal service puts restrictions and regulations or not restrictions but regulations in place all the time for things like certified males signature verification on male all of these things the idea that the president doesn't have the authority to order the postal service to follow the law and ensure that uh you know all means of enforcing the law are followed is is kind of crazy to me well also the idea that they could be uh serviciously enlisted in committing election fraud is a relevant factor as well i mean if the male system is being used as part of the election rigging system assuming of other things that aren't true about the elections are true but if that was it and they were using the male for that well each and every time they did that that would be a crime in itself and so the postal service should clearly be doing whatever they can to prevent that

54:36sort of thing because if they're not doing that and then they're used to commit uh election fraud which is the overthrow of nations well then they are responsible for it as well so keeping them out of that i think would be the the like the lowest possible standard for the person tasked with making sure the law is faithfully executed i do appreciate you know at least they're making it clear that they will if you allow illegals to vote if you allow illegal votes to be cast that they're going to actually prosecute the election officials um that they're responsible because they've given them every out they've given them every opportunity to do this you know me and ash on um on why we vote we were talking about uh um the department homeland security and the pushback they're getting against the voter rules because we were watching this well we didn't get to play it on why we vote but we watched this david becker meltdown thing um utter retardation and when you why when you see the states pushing

55:39back against dhs getting access to the voter rolls and then you compare that with you know 2020 and the build up to 2020 going all the way back to 2016 and these local jurisdictions handing over a carte blanche all access to critical infrastructure to department of homeland security and not just that but doing it through an NGO right handing over access to their albert sensors all of their machinery and software security settings and everything else and handing it over to an NGO center for internet security doing it for free in order to entice the jurisdictions to to take on this contract where was the pushback on that where was the federalization of election cries on that where was the you know and i'm sure that they can get access to voter rolls at that point you know i'd have to go back and look through the contract and see if it's explicitly mentioned in there but there was no pushback to that and now all of a sudden you've got 23 states trying to sue the DOJ so they can't go through and run run these voter rolls to the safe the safe system it's absolutely crazy and it's it's glaring hypocrisy yeah john and i were talking a little bit about

56:44this on Saturday because one of his executive orders one of trump's executive orders provided a 60 day window the the these rolls for the dhs all that had to be completed within at that 60 day marker and it was not and the white house account like put up the text of those to executive orders by trump i i don't know what people think it is gonna is gonna happen we are well under what do we have 55 53 days something like that until this election and i mean how many how many different uh different avenues could you list brion where there are examples of these lawsuits that have not been completely decided where there is confusion and a given state about what the process of the election is going to be i mean we are seven seven weeks eight weeks until this very important midterm election and we don't even know what system the election is going

57:47to be run under and people are still willing to hand over their consent to be governed to whoever the news says one that's nuts that so let's use that that's actually a really good segue into the next a couple articles here as we continue on with the all shows or why we vote now um so on that same line we we don't know there's there's a ton of of uh cases that are still undecided that have very very significant legal implications in terms of how the elections are administered u.s postal service failed to properly handle some ballots during this year's primary election audit fines this is coming from pro publica which is a genfife field wrote that and if you know who she is he wrote a lot for i believe i can't remember specifically which arizona outlet it was but correct if i'm wrong wasn't she the one who got kicked out of the arizona audit for going in

58:47there with like a pen he wasn't supposed to have pens and she went in there with like a pen he she she does a lot of reporting on arizona and uh but anyways keep that in mind that she's right the one writing this article here because this article is uh pure deployment this article should not be written by the article by the article's own admission the postal service did much better on this primary election than they did in 2024 but for some reason they still put this article out to get all of these talking points that's all this is this is an article that you know somebody like you or me who believe election fraud is widespread and and and you know throughout our entire system we'll read this and we'll be like oh this is a great article look they're saying there's problems but in reality this is just a way for them to get certain you know trusted sources on the record on on a public you know so they can use this in other reporting check this out the audit found a lack of training for post office staff on how to properly and expeditiously

59:50handle mail ballots deficiencies in how ballots were tracked and errors leading to delays it's almost like president trump put out an executive order to clear up deficiencies on how ballots are tracked all of which risk ballots having incorrect postmarks or otherwise arriving late to election officials the identified failures increase quote the risk that election in political mail is not handled documented monitored and reported in accordance with postal service policy the audit said it noted that quote most facilities we visited generally adhered to postal services election related policies and procedures and quote and that nearly 99% of ballots reached election officials in a timely manner but we got to get our pushback against the executive order on record right here David Becker said that the audit confirms that the post office has quote a long way to go to meet its core obligations of delivering election mail in a timely manner the administration and the postal service are simply incapable of successfully meeting vast and radical new responsibilities

1:00:55under the president's executive order what new radical responsibilities would be in that executive order i mean i guess you would know better than i do if there was an actual answer to that question but it's funny because we have been told for many years by people like david becker and i'm assuming david becker that the u.s. postal service does an incredible job getting our elections are vote by mail elections concluded successfully yeah so that that is kind of the that's kind of why this article has my head spinning because like i said on one hand they're getting all these authoritative sources that would put that are pushing back against president trump's executive order on the record and you're getting them all on the record by saying the post office sucks it's really bad it can't do its job and so therefore we can't have the president come in here and make their

1:06:06they are postmarked by election day but the audit found that in 10 of the 82 facilities about 12 percent management wasn't aware of the proper way to postmark a ballot guys if we don't know how to postmark a ballot maybe we shouldn't be doing mail-in ballots period that should be the biggest takeaway from this article not that Trump's executive order is too crazy not that the post office is actually really good at doing their job or that they're really bad at doing their job if if we have 12 percent of postal sur out of facilities that don't know the proper way to postmark a ballot something they do for a living every day 300 and whatever days a year that the post office is running I think it runs on Sundays now so every day it's nuts some thought ballots should be postmarked at the time that they go out on election two election offices instead of earlier on when they reach a processing facility or a retail counter at five of nine

1:07:09mail processing processing facilities studied retail clerks who were postmarking ballots by hands sometimes use stamps with inaccurate dates a facility in Pennsylvania caused 56 ballots to be postmarked with the wrong date in 13 of 82 facilities postal workers didn't complete proper procedures to make sure election mail had been sent out from delivery units on each day at Harris burg processing plants at a Harrisburg processing plant 108 ballots were grouped with other mail and had to be expedited to Pittsburgh on the morning of the election so they would count there's a lot of things this article is doing good just the uh it's the postmark dates those are like a critical factor in the legal adjudication that follows elections so now you're telling me that they could postmark ballots with wrong dates get out of here the date the postmark date well that's the official record that's literally the authoritative source once the thing gets stamped look that is

1:08:11the authoritative answer on when this ballot was mailed you're telling me that that can be wrong no way what are we going to do if the official records can also be falsified and when you start like really deeply wrestling with these problems you realize why we cannot solve the election problems through the means that we have been attempting now for the last six years you're not going to get courts to fix this for you because the authoritative sources are not authoritative they don't exist and the legal system is set up to like allow these loopholes and these problems with the system to be exploited to no end that's what lawyers get paid to do remember it well the crazy part about this is this was a big controversy specifically in Pennsylvania in 2020 gorsuch ordered all of the ballots to be they were coming in after after election day to be put off to the side and uh you know maybe

1:09:11they should have actually resolved that in 2020 maybe there should have been some action over the last six years since the 2020 election to shore these things up again mail in balloting itself I mean you're proving right now that you know it'd be like going on a road trip right and and you're going to your destination everything in your destination is planned out you've got every single thing that you're doing there every meal you're going to eat everything figured out but then you go to get in your car and you're like you got two flat tires the check engine lights on you're out of gas the the vehicle to get you to where you're going is fundamentally flawed and you know Trump's executive order aside the post office clearly doesn't know what the hell they're doing according to this report again the report 99% of ballots got there on time so this report is nothing more than laying the foundation for something that they want to refer back to following the election I think that might be uh what their intention is with this with this reporting here and from the it's

1:16:38petition coordinators brass received approximately forty one thousand for the working with the petition management company bill is salie the state attorney out there in california and los angeles as said he is pursuing quote a slew of election fraud cases well that's a quote from new york pose not from salie directly so is this the continuation of whatever her name was i can't even remember it now that that got uh probation for the plea deal that she took um is this guy finally gonna like that's that's what i want to see chris is i want to see this guy have the book thrown at him unless he starts naming names about the petition companies the companies that are soliciting this type of work and whether or not they have knowledge of how this is being conducted right like they've got to have some you got to have some checks and balances to ensure that if you're giving fifty thousand dollars almost almost fifty thousand dollars to you know some guy you you got to have some checks and balances to ensure audit his work right to make sure this guy's legitimate

1:17:41i don't know but one would think yeah you one would hope i just realized i had the wrong thing up the whole time oh well um and then the last election case here uh if you wanted more legitimacy for our elections or illegitimacy maserius poise to revert to former congressional districts after court rejects the trump back map trump backed map so this is the battle that's been going on for over a year but it's been really heated uh right down to the last possible moment it's gotten really heated over the last two weeks the u.s supreme court has now rejected again the new map backed that that republicans had hoped to uh could help them win an additional seat now when they say that they rejected it again the first time they didn't hear anything cabana was just like yeah i'm not hearing this so a federal judge came in and overruled well essentially overruled the maserius supreme court and said go ahead and use the new map

1:18:42the maserius supreme court said no you got to use the 22 map so you had conflicting um you had conflicting orders from two different courts there maserius chief election official has now directed local authorities to use the 2022 u.s house district map this decision means that maserius could run the november general election with different house districts then were used in the august primary an extremely rare situation that could switch the candidate choices for more than a million potential voters or nearly one in four voters statewide no supreme court justices publicly descended from the brief order it did not detail the court's legal reasoning as is typical in emergency appeals if you needed anything christ to tell you how illegitimate the elections are maserius voters are now going to have gone and voted for one set of candidates in the primary election but much like the 2024 presidential democratic nominee the voters input on who that primary
