Baldoni Wins Partial Victory in Lively Lawsuit

On April 2nd, a New York judge just handed Justin Baudoni a big partial win in his legal

clash with Blake Lively, dismissing 10 out of her 13, claims against him and four others

from his team that includes all the sexual harassment accusations, defamation, and conspiracy

charges based on a careful review of the evidence.

Baudoni's lawyers called it a serious relief, saying the case is now way narrower with

just three claims left standing, breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding retaliation.

They are geared up to fight those in court.

This beef kicked off last year on the set of their movie It Is With Us, where Lively claimed

a hostile work environment and a smear campaign.

Baudoni fired back with a $400 million counter suit, but that got tossed out by the same

judge back in June.

Lively's side is pushed hard to keep things moving, fighting off delay requests even after

a failed settlement talk earlier this year.

The pre-trial got a short one-week postponement, but the full trial is locked in from May 18th.

Next up, they have a hearing this Thursday at 5 p.m., Eastern Time Over Zoom, so this Hollywood
