Through her own journey as a fifty-something single mom and breast cancer survivor, she brings a unique blend of education, personal experience, and compassion to her work. She is dedicated to supporting women in midlife, menopause, and beyond to create vibrant health, take charge of their well-being, and live the life they want for decades to come.
