PayCore Stadium on April 20th with Phase 1, all about light strength, and conditioning to get
bodies moving safely. After a quick break, Phase 2 rolls in with on-field work, but no live
contact, just building those fundamentals step by step. These phases set the stage for team prep,
helping players shake off rust and mesh before the real grind hits, especially after last season's
ups and downs. Rookie Minicamp hits May 8th through 9th, then OTA's fire up June 1st through
3rd and June 9th through 11th, wrapping with mandatory. Minicamp June 16th to 18th. With this
