Beyond Celiac: a non-profit organization focusing on treatments and a cure for Celiac Disease

I got to sit down and interview Lauren, the social media coordinator for Beyond Celiac and learn about all the cool things this organization is doing for our community!
She lives with Celiac herself and gets to rub shoulders with incredible scientist and business people who are working to improve the celiac community. 
She tells us all the ways we can get involved and help move the research along.
