Pleb UnderGround — Bitcoin Needs to hold $73.5k Support. Machine-transcribed; use the interactive transcript above to jump the player to any line.
I'm gonna sleep on the ground. I'm gonna sleep on the ground. Where's Siiii? That's right guys. We're back. We're pumping. Let's frickin go. And of course, right? Before we start the show, the frickin 30 minute big red candle shows up. Come on. Ah, anyways. Alright, so look, Bitcoin needs to hold that 73-5 support right now. It's looking really good. Like we're gonna do that. We are definitely gonna take a look at the charts before we dive into all the stories. But what we are going to cover today, that's right guys. Bitcoin continues to collapse and go to zero. We're gonna show you a chart that no one else is looking at that shows us this. Golden cross confirmed. We're talking about that 73k support.
Market structure remains unchanged. What does it mean? Is the bottom in? I know that good guy Biker was telling me that the bottom wasn't in, right? When Ron Bitcoin tonight Tuesday nights kept on harping on that. But the more these price points come to life, the less and less it looks likely that we're gonna be revisiting the bottom of Goblin Town. So yeah. That doesn't stop the traders coming for the longs and coming for the shorts. We're also actually gonna take a look at the glass, know the heat map, right? People like to oftentimes you see those charts. You want to know where the hell is this coming from? What is that stuff? 3.1 billion dollars chasing Bitcoin supply. How does that end? Cell pressure below 60k was practically non-existent. That's right. We're getting some hope from Mr. I think it's he wrote that book recently, the uncomfuscatable joke, Carlos, sorry. I'm gonna take a look at that. Seabird financial Bitcoin bottom is in. That's right. The institutions guys, they're saying the magic words.
We're in good company, right? We're in good company. The suits are here and telling us what we already know. It's good. Good times. Their target though is a little bearish. The target's a bit bearish. Anyways, anyways, a great thread from I think it's Dave Weisberger shut out to fill see for tagging me on this one 750k per Bitcoin if adoption reaches critical mass. But guys, that's like the bearish case. Really, yeah, we're gonna dive into that. It's an interesting perspective. RoboSats. Somebody, I don't know if it was salty crayon yesterday that was asking about RoboSats being affected like Peach, we're gonna dive into that. I went to go do some digging on their profile to see if there's anything. Bark wallet, right? This is all these federated mince, essentially these layer twos. Well, bark wallet version 0.8.0 just came out. We'll take a look at that. And it's available on Umbrell.
Ocean has discontinued support for the Bitcoin 10 chain. We already know that. But wait, there's more. Ocean's Board of Directors has made a huge change. And the drama just continues for apparently the real Bitcoin. It's gonna be fun guys. Here we go. Cleb Underground is sponsored by Archimedes Emporium. Discover the pinnacle of precision engineering. Starting with their Bitcoin logo wall clock, meticulously machined in Maine from a solid block of aerospace grade aluminum, ensuring unparalleled durability and performance. Experience the difference of a product made without compromise head on over to Archimedes Emporium. Yeah, so morning salty crayon plastic. What is happening? Matthew, what is happening?
Hopefully after Labor Day, I'm gonna have a new logo. We could finally start to make some merch. I know I just, I should care about this stuff more, but it's for me. It's just about talking about Bitcoin and making the content. It's fun. Anyways, let's keep going here. Jackal. Happy Fridays, Eve. That's right. Right before Labor Day, right? We'll take this pump going into Labor Day. Why not? Good morning, sat stacker. Rork. What is happening? Keep going, cycle train. It's so over. I know, but we're so back, right? It's so over and we're so back. All at the same time, clean your machine. What is happening? No name extra. Good morning, fellow UGABUGA. I make content again today. Me like recandle. Me happy with me. Absolutely. Me mosturized. Me and Me Lane. Me happy. Yeah. I totally agree with this. That's awesome.
You did. You inquired about RoboSat's suite. Very cool. I didn't actually see anything. You didn't see anything. And looking on their Twitter, their posts kind of go back. The last post was like three years ago. So pretty quiet. Anyways. Good morning. Johnny Midas. Cold deck. What is happening? Dude, we pumped this morning. Forget about overnight. It was pretty much this morning. But yes, it's good stuff. Turbo. What is happening? Free RS guides. Let's go. So Bitcoin fee at exchange. 80,927. No, we already lost 10 bucks. What the hell is going on here? 9,11,914. You get the deal. We're over 80k right now. We got it guys. We need to get over that 81. What is it? 81,7 or something like that and turn it into support. Anyways, whatever. We're going to pull up the chart after new all time high on the block height. 165,342 Sats per V-bytes. What happened? Price went up. It dropped from yesterday. Look at that.
Yesterday we were like five Sats per V-bytes. Now it's costing less to use Bitcoin. Uh-oh. Total public lightning capacity. 3500. Sorry. 3750. 385 phones per Bitcoin, guys. 20% of a house. Let's frickin go. Yeah. I'm just stiving right into the chart. Hey, what's up, TR? It really was salty crayon. It really was the last 30 minutes. Like you can, I mean, like look. So here you go. Okay. These are the 30 minute candles. Okay. So if really, right? Really? It goes back a few hours. Right? This pump probably started around like four o'clock in the morning. Okay. Which is. It's so typical. I mean, it's just reminds me of like 2017, right? The pump would start at four and by the time the market's open, we'd start the sink. So, you know. It's. Cry harder, dude.
Cry harder. Hey, dude, you know what? I want you to tell me that it's going to go down even more because the last time you told us we pumped. So let's go. Let's go straight to zero. Good guy, Biker. Let's go straight to zero. It is. It actually is very 2015 right now. And in 2015, not going to lie. Back then, I was just using Bitcoin for medium of exchange. I did not understand anything else. So for me, it was just internet money. And I was using it to purchase my wares. Yeah. It's good time. My narrative depends on the price dropping. Okay. Anyways, let's continue. Let's continue. Hard. That's right. DCA to BTC. Let's let's continue with the chart though. Because. Even though we're looking good, but you see. You see what the universe does? Right? We were doing great until I went live. And then it's like, no, spell that shit. I'm kidding. I don't actually think it's about me. I just think it's funny. But yeah, let's take a look at the weekly guys. So here, look, okay? This is this is where you zoom out and you get more into the signal.
Okay. So we're not even looking at the hike in Ashies right now. We're just looking at the regular candles. So look, this right here. This is the beginning. Okay. This is the first step right here that we need to turn into support. Okay. That has to become support before we start moving higher. That's that's the first thing we need to break. Then there's this level right here at 93 and change. So again, for me, it's not like I'm not doing this to like dampen my, you know, my pump happiness. But I'm making sure that my perspective stays grounded so I don't frickin' wreck myself. Now let's go take a look at the let's pull up the hike in Ashies. Let's get rid of the noise. This. Is a much more telling story. This isn't this is to me way more bullish than the standard candle. Now, stepputs, hike in Ashies, it's Japanese. It's okay to look things up. Psycho train. It's totally fine. You can do that stuff. I know you do. I'm just teasing and being a jerk. But yeah, this is this is absolutely solid. So look, you might say to yourself, feel like, why do I care?
Okay. So look, we did this very slow grind down on the way. Very slow grind down on the weekly candles. Okay. We did this very slow grind down with pretty much average volume. Nothing really special. Okay. And then we flattened out. Okay. We flattened out and you can see it's what I've been talking about was that it was indecision. Right. It was indecision from July all the way through August. And then all of a sudden we decisively are moving higher. Okay. So this right here, this formation here, let's, I know. Let's draw a line. Look, look, Ma, I draw lines. That is a decisive move right now. What we really need though, I think, is the volume to kick in. But either way, yeah, short labor day stacking. Absolutely. I really don't know, you know, like it's like, I mean, I've been saying that everything's going to clear up after labor day, but it's WTF.
Do I know, you know, and I don't really, you know, I have no idea, but this is what I'm hoping for. Right. I'm hoping that we're going to do that. You like that one, right? Say decisively. Come on. This is, this is good. Guys, I've been reading the dictionary. Okay. I've got a whole new repertoire of words that I've been memorizing so that you think I'm a knower of things. It's fantastic. Okay. Anyways, anyways, let's keep going guys. We're going to kick it off with Bitcoin continues its collapse. And it's going to zero. Obviously Jeff Flanzen doesn't really believe this. You can see it from the chart. And what chart do you guys think he's using? That's right. Let's frickin go. Alright. It's the power lot chart. Good times. Let's frickin do it. Giovanni. Okay. I'm obviously not that far into the dictionary, psychotrain. It looks like I need to do some research. Cromulent. I don't think I've ever even seen that word. But I am going to go look it up. Of course. I am going to look it up. I want to know. I remember learning the word flummoxed.
I've never heard a person actually use that in any kind of vocabulary. I think I heard it once in like the last 20 years. And it's like the second I hear words like that, I think to myself, you study the dictionary maybe. Alright. So, washagoria Bitcoin golden cross confirmed. As mentioned previously, a pullback can still occur before any further move higher. Narrator. That is not what happened. The signal is about shifting momentum, not chasing price. Why not both? Why not shift the momentum and price goes up and to the right. I love all these comparisons to 2022, 2023. It makes me feel better. It makes me feel better because it looks like we're just going in a different direction and it's actually more aggressive. And when I say different direction, I mean up and to the right. Damn it. Yes, he knows he's got the signal here. They're not studying the dictionary. They ask, hey, how did it look?
It looks more. Come on, man. I'm trying to give the impression of proof of work. Come on. Alright. Ah, the Nebraska gooner. He back. But guys, we're not getting the big green arrow today. Looks like bottom is more likely in the not after the August candle. Close agreed. It needs to hold 73 five. If five support otherwise bottom is not in can't disagree with that stuff. I can not disagree with that. So that the invalidation line for the bull thesis potential for 87 and 97 if bottom support holds true. Not financial advice, just sharing my views. And again, right. I mean, my numbers are slightly different than his like I just showed before. I'm willing to accept some degree of winning. I'm willing to accept that. I'm willing to accept that. At around the 82 to 84 level and as well. The the 93 level. That's right, guys. I'm I'm I'm up for the discounts, right? He's looking for 97.
I'm offering 93. Right. Well. I don't know. Good guy, biker. Should I tell them all about the bathtub and how I've been waiting? Or or no. I think I think I think I think you joined. I think you joined me and Walton. Like three years ago or something. You do it right? Yeah. Why not? Why not? Okay, hold on a second. Before we continue, we've got some comments here. Let's do it. Hey, Phil. What's your opinion on the debate between J. W. and Jocamo about the hardware wallets Bitcoin core wallets. Oh, cool. Okay. Yeah. I. It's actually it's funny. I talked about this in spaces a few times. Let me. I'm going to discuss this a little bit later on. Let me just start it so I don't forget it because my brain is mush. And the app. Oh, look. Cratter. That's. Look, at this point, he's, you know, he's built his reputation on this. I guess hats off to him for going down with the ship, right?
Conviction, I guess. But yeah, it's it's pretty embarrassing stuff. What is it? It's a lot of things. I'm just gonna try to get him in the shop. Just a little bit of it. I'm just gonna go to the next. I'm gonna go to the next station. I guess. But yeah, it's it's pretty embarrassing stuff. What is it? Bull market for the next hundred sorry, 1,054 days. Maybe. Rave elevator. It starts. No sooner than October 6th per the simulation. Oh, screw you. Good guy, biker. 43 K. My ass. I'm going to 43 K. That's not happening. That's not happening. Okay, because look at that. I just showed you the Hikin Ashi's and the Ichimoku Cloud. We are going into the Cloud and the volume on the Hikin Ashi candles is in an ascending trend, decisively ascending trend brought to you by Carl's Jr. All right, keeping things simple, market structure remains unchanged. Lower highs and lower lows, two ways to change that. Like 83k or form a higher low from here.
Until then, patiently DCAing is my game. See? See Hardhottle? He's right there. He's right there with you. DCA to BTC. Now, look, I am not really familiar with the combination of the green circles with the red circles. I'm assuming, right? We could just safely assume green is up and to the right. Red is down and to the right. That's about as far as we go. I can show you how to turn a billion dollars into a thousand dollars. I think those are jelly beans. I think they are. But they're not the kind that we like, right? Who's we? I don't know. I was a big fan of jelly bellies until they started making these really weird flavors. Like, why the hell would I want a lavender flavored jelly bean? What kind of cleaning product? It's so strange. Yeah. But TR, I won't be doing the free trading course. I don't actually have enough conviction in my ability to read a chart to go and start
charging somebody for something. To that extent, even if I did, I would still be like, wait a second. If I am able to read the chart this well, why the hell am I going to sell this to somebody else? I could just make it myself. Did we just give away what the trading course is actually do? Uh oh. Anyways, okay, sorry. I stopped. We continue. We have so much more hope. I'm so much stuff to go through. Bitcoin Munger. First, they come for the longs. Then they come for the shorts. 82K is next. And guess what? While the traders come for the longs and the shorts, you know who's there? The hotlers, right? We're just moisturized and staying in our lane. Okay. Let's go take a look very quickly at coin glass heat map, right? This is what this is what Munger's talking about here. Let's go do that. Where did I stop sharing? Sharing my hold on. I don't know who Edward Smith is, dude. I have no idea. I got to go look that up. You guys are you guys are dropping knowledge on me here, right? Live and I just I don't know these things.
I just don't know. Okay. So here it is guys. Here's the heat. Yesterday it was much easier to read. Okay. I'm not going to lie. Yesterday I was going to show you guys the one from last night. I'm like, oh, this is nice. This is simple. You know, you could see that they we didn't eat the liquidity yet. Okay. So look essentially right what you're seeing here. Okay. You're seeing how much liquidity, how much leverage whether people are short or people are long, right? That that is exactly what you're seeing now. The price levels above. Okay. These are shorts, right? They are looking to cover, right? Whereas these people this data here, the volume on the bottom here. Okay. These guys are long. Okay. And essentially what ends up happening as you can see is the Bitcoin price points goes and it eats this volume as, right? As the history goes on as the Bitcoin price history goes on.
Now it doesn't always end up doing this, but it's just pretty cool to watch. I think it's, this is something I'm fascinated with. It's cool. Edward Smith, who was he? Edward Smith was titanic captain that sank the ship. Oh, damn. Oh, damn. That's not a good look. Thank you though for the edification. I appreciate that. All right. Let's keep going. Dude, I love charts. I do love them. And it's amazing. You think that I'd be a trader. I've lost so much trading. This is why I just buy and hodl. But I love looking at charts. I can't help it. It's probably some unbiagnosed ADHD or some shit like that. Who knows, right? Like who knows? But yeah, there you go. There's his little chart. And you see guys a couple of days ago, it was so much more clear. It was so much more clear till we ate through that volume. You know? It was. We started the calendar year at about 87.5.
So it would be nice. Right? I agree, Jackal. It would be nice to frickin' get the break even on the year. OK, here we go. David, ENG, MBA. It's been a long time since we took a look at some of his hope. And let's dive into it. Three. And this guy always delivers. $3.1 billion just chased a supply that can't respond to price. And I'll look, I don't know what that means. I can't lie. I don't know what that means, but it sounds great. Bitcoin, 77K. 30-day core inflows. 3.1 billion Bitcoin absorbed. 40K Bitcoin. 20-day flow rate. $176 million a day. You know what? I'll buy some corn. 30-day price strength. 94th percentile. This is the Bitcoin equation. The man can accelerate. Supply cannot. Yeah, I get it. It's OK. All right, I'm picking up what you're putting down here. He is talking nonsense, but it feels good. Let me feel good, good guy, Biker.
OK? And yes, it is, but I feel good, dude. Come on, look at that. $3.1 billion just chased a supply that can't respond to price. It should be the fucking title of a book. Fantastic. All right, anyways, gold miners produce more when price is rise. No lies detected. Companies issue more shares. We've seen that happen. Government print more currency. We know that's happening. Bitcoin supply schedule doesn't care. True. If sustained buying keeps meeting in elastic supply, price NGU is the release valve. Demand impulse equals approximately 3x the new supply. So you know, you know, like this is the, some of my favorite opium, right, which is the supply shock opium. I love supply shock opium. I've been waiting for the supply shock to take place since before I was a skeleton at the bottom of the ocean. That's just the way it works. But I appreciate it. I appreciate it. And look, when you get a chart like this, at the very least,
it illustrates for us that this is indeed happening. The question is, when do we get some type of a parabolic move out of this, right? Exactly, dude, exactly. The skeleton at the bottom of the ocean, man. I'm waiting. It's look, it's either him or it's the angry face behind the smiley face, wo jocky or the old guy smiling, right? I know, 2029. You know what? I just hope you're wrong so that we can laugh. That's all, like really like that's all it is. I just want to laugh. But yeah, take a look at that, guys. Look at the 30-day demand. At what point does this thing just take off like a fricking rocket? I don't know. Maybe it's just slow grind forever, guys. And it's just up and to the right forever. I don't know. I really don't. Anyways, let's dive into it. Some Joe, Carlos, sorry, hopium. That's right, guys. We didn't have much below 60k. So according to Joe, we're going to the moon. Let's do it. I kind of was the bottom of my zip. And that was the bottom of 58k.
They will start to repeat the fact that, you know, Bitcoin was like 57.1. Anyway, it has matured to the point where we're no longer going to see the 70-80% draw down. And we just had a case, you know, case study in that. We just had a period where there was maximum negativity. Like I heard a title of a space with about 2,000 people on it saying, Michael Saylor, it was going to jail because of STRC. You had all of these narratives that Bitcoin can't survive the quantum and can't survive XYZ. That's data technology that there's just no more gains to be had. If Bitcoin actually starts ripping in that environment and you have the historical example of a muted draw down, that will be something that people would like to do. People will say, despite all that maximum negativity, there were not sellers to drive this thing under 60k for any significant amount of time. Which tells me that there was a lack of sellers, that people were, that you had just the diamond hand and folks at the bottom, they, they were never going to sell.
And I think that that floor only gets higher. I think we will, we will see of time in the near future where, you know, it's going to be really difficult for people to give up coins under 100k. I want you guys to get the idea. He's excited. Did you see the self emulation on Guy Swampod with? I did not. American HODL. I did not. I don't know. That's the thing. I used to pay attention to Guy Swamp's content, but then I just, you know, it's not for a while. You just, you read your own Bitcoin articles, right? And you're like, well, I can just, you know, I don't need to listen to it. But yeah, I totally love his work. I just, I haven't watched any Bitcoin content in a very long time. Unless it's like somebody I've never heard from before. And I, you know, like I'm interested to hear about that. And absolutely. Yeah, absolutely. Danny, of course he loves the price predictions. You know what? I actually wanted to get, it's interesting, right? Getting podcasters to come on your shows. But I did reach out to Danny because we follow each other.
I don't understand. What is the point of following people if like you don't ever interact with them? And or like if they message you, you never respond back and vice versa. Anyways, whatever. It doesn't matter. But yeah, I would have liked to get Danny on the show. Maybe one day he'll respond just to have a really the whole point of having that chat was I wanted to talk to him about his interview with Sailor from like last year. But going back to the point about sailor going to jail. So guys, you know, like I don't think I don't think anybody watching this show believes any kind of nonsense like that. But yeah, he's not actually doing anything illegal. Okay. So, so like the guys like that that that Flamingo knows guy there, the influencer that yells at everyone. I had him on a clip last week. I don't remember what is Nick something. Like it's hyperbolic and it's fun to watch and everything. But like Sailor's not actually doing anything illegal.
Okay. He holds the asset. He issues shares against it. And this is not. It's just so funny. It's so funny that like people sit there and they actually and think about it, right? Like I you would say you feel as a sailor hater, right? And I'm telling like it's about being realistic. Of all people, Rarson of all people, man, I don't think I've ever heard I don't think I've ever read you say anything mean on to I don't know what you could have said, man. I've talked, talked and chagrin over here. Okay. Seabird Financial tells Charles Schwab the Bitcoin bottom is in. That's right guys. 170K. 175K price. I got 100,000. Yeah. So, I think definitely next up 100,000, we have a 12 month price target of 175,000. So at some point, the next year. And I do think that, you know, the way that the way that you get there is you have favorable
people. So we think we're kind of in like the January 2023 timeframe. So right after the bear market, we do think June 30th was a low. And from here, we think we'll get people really excited is you do have a real demand catalyst on the calendar. So that's the Genius Act implementation in January 2027. And we do think that stablecoins are, you know, a very easy and approachable consumer gateway into the industry. Want to block chain real? Did he just pretty much say that no matter what the Genius Act is happening in January 2027, did he just let that shit slip? I was going to think it brings a lot more users and liquidity on chain. We think stablecoins are, you know, pretty, pretty easy. It's so easy, I think even my grandfather, who's 95 years old, attuned in, he might be able to, you know, use, use tap to pay with the stablecoin. There's already 5 billion digital payments users. We kind of learned how to use payments, you use tap to pay during COVID.
And we think it's kind of an easy consumer behavior to, you know, to teach from stablecoins. So apparently it's really easy to teach old people about stablecoins, but it's incredibly difficult for them to teach old people about Bitcoin. You got to, nobody is better than their incentives guys. And of course, right, you know, we all know the story. These businesses, they're just incentivized to say the magic words. We love Bitcoin. We love Bitcoin. And so people sit there and are like, yeah, they love Bitcoin. It's just like Bitcoin. Then they bring you into their little casino of bullshit and you get wrecked. It's just, it's okay. It's okay. It's part of the fun. They're going to use it, right? They're going to orange wash everything they're doing. It's totally fine. Nature, nature of the beast. Okay. Let's dive into some of this interesting. I'm sure good guy bikers not going to like this one, but that's okay. You know, who else finds it fascinating that some consider Bitcoin at a million dollars
or even five million per unit likely, while most others, even those bullish on its scoff at such an ocean as delusional. I thought about this a lot, belonging to the millions per coin camp and decided to look at history for a guide. Get ready guys. This is this is solid stuff. Shout out, Phil. Let's see. This is a, this was a great catch. I previously wrote about how Bitcoin is an option on its own adoption as digital gold and how gold is at least 85% pure monetary value taken together. That thesis would put a current dollar value of Bitcoin of roughly 750 K per coin if it's adoption reaches critical mass. But wait, that's nothing. But to decide if a rally of 50 to a hundred times its current value is pure delusion, the question is more about the valuation of gold itself and what is happening to the Bretton Woods fiat system. Gold is rallying against gold is rallying again because of fears.
The system is fraying gold's rally spurred by foreign central bank buying has taken it to 6% of investable assets up from 1% at its nadir. But well below the 22% reached in 1980. Historically, however, when confidence has started to unravel in a major fiat currency, gold as the benchmark store of value prices have moved quickly. It's not even the signal yet. While I do not think the US is going to turn into why Marge Germany, I agree, it does not need it. It does not need to for gold and Bitcoin to sort of be clear. I'm sure that June 1921, anyone predicting gold over a million Deutsch marks per ounce was considered delusional as well. For reference, gold was trading around 1500 marks. But ended that year at 4000. And by the end of the following year rose to 157,000 per ounce.
Then it went truly exponential in 1923. So before, and this is the sauce right here, guys, so before the true hyperinflation, it rose by over 100 times before everything started to collapse. Here's the history. 1921, the paper marks per Troy ounce of gold derived from the paper mark, gold mark exchange, early 1921, roughly 1200 to 1300, 150 in June, 1400, 30 September, 2170, October, 3100, November, 5400, December, 3970. The mark then collapsed by December 1922. The same ounce cost about 157,000 paper marks, guys, in one year. The mark then collapsed by December 1922.
The same ounce cost about 157K. So in 1923, the rise became exponential. September, two billion marks, October, 529 billion. November, 45 trillion, like guys, we really don't understand. And think about it, you can mine more gold. This is nuts. December 1923, monthly average, 86 trillion paper marks per Troy ounce. In other words, under significant pressure in 1922, but well before the wheelbarrow's full of cash, hyperinflation, gold rose 100 times. Now, if that's not going to get you to stack, I don't know what to tell you, okay? I don't know what to tell you.
I'm not going to talk about my assets. That per Bitcoin. Okay. Anyways, yeah. RoboSats. So look, I don't think RoboSats is affected in the same way as Peach, right? With their KYC free escrow's that I talked about yesterday that Peach had to pause. They're an exchange out of Switzerland. So RoboSats though, I didn't see a single message after, I think it's October, 2023. So in my opinion, RoboSats is not affected right now by this particular KYC regulation. And I think it's because they, they're, my knowledge there is not a single company that they can actually point to or anything. So like I know there's a Twitter account, but I don't think there's an actual company. Anyways, I got to do more digging into RoboSats.
I did not see anything. What is it? The major difference Germany didn't have the world reserve currency. This is exactly right. Okay. And this is another reason why the US dollar doesn't collapse in the same way. And this is another reason why to your point, we can simultaneously have, right? A $1 million, a $2 million, a $5 million, a $10 million Bitcoin and still have a US dollar without it collapsing. I know that I feel bad for the people that need the world to end. Okay, for their happy thesis to work out, but no, okay, it is the optimist that own the future, not the pessimists. Okay. Sorry, not sorry. It's all with people who are optimistic about the future that created the future. It's that simple. Okay. Bark wallet. So look, I don't know much about these layer twos, these layer threes, these side layers and all this stuff. Look, it's happening. It's coming. People are building this.
So hey, why not? We got to know about it. Bark wallet version 0.8.0 now available on Umbrell comes with a new guided setup for creating or importing a wallet plus many other improvements. Let's take a little look here. They've got a nice little vid of how to set this thing up. Look at that. I love it when the seed phrase. I mean, look, again, guys, these are layer twos. Okay. You are not supposed to be putting your generational wealth on this stuff in this stuff. I mean, it is plastic kind of food in numbers, right? Isn't that scary? I think so. When it comes to those debt numbers, I mean, come on. 45 trillion marks for an ounce of gold. Imagine paying 45 trillion dollars for an ounce of gold. How broken the money is? I think that this really illustrates how strong the fiat illusion really is. You know?
All right. Speaking of illusions, dive into the blipslop. Okay. So we know this, right? I don't have to go through this. August 29th, Ocean discontinued support for the BIP 110 chain effective. I mean, that obviously makes sense. They changed their proof of work protocol to the Blake 2B stuff. So Ocean, right? They're only interested in mining Bitcoin. Also at the same time, Ocean's Board of Directors has elected Bob Burnett, right? He's, we've had him on the show. He's from Barefoot Mining. He was one of the first, you know, bigger miners to capitulate and say, look, this thing, you know, they might have their heart in the right place, but it ain't going to work. So yeah. Good job, by the way. Good job actually being objective about what's happening and realizing like, okay, this is not the right path for my business. But it gets a lot weirder, guys. It definitely gets a lot weirder. So this is an interesting point post here from Coinjoy and Chris, the BIPpers managed to antagonize the only exchange that was willing to list their shit coin.
And guys, this is, this is wild stuff. Okay. So you remember yesterday I talked about the exchange, right? We pulled it up. I showed it. So check this out. So yesterday it was beta. Sorry, two days ago it was beta, or yesterday it was beta. No, two days ago. Anyways, and they also didn't have a Bitcoin pair for BTCB2. Today, it's no longer beta and they have a Bitcoin pair. So I think it's about 62,000 sats the last time I checked per fake Bitcoin. Anyways, here we go. Okay, this is out of their discord. This is Andy for the people who don't know Andy is the person who created the Neo XA blockchain platform, right in India. All right, so let's dive into this. So hey guys, after all the hate we got from you guys, I will rather de-list the coin. There will be lots of time to withdraw your coins. We are a very small team trying our very best as red above a shit coin exchange with a shit coin behind. We are a small community that basically gave ourselves a place to trade.
Getting BIP 110 listed was asked by our community, so we did it. But the extreme hate and attacks we got from the community just leaves me with no choice. Don't worry, withdrawals are always open in any issues. You are one ticket away. There was no bad intentions. Our exchange is very far from perfect, but we do try our best. The person who allegedly lost $500 worth of Bitcoin, please open a ticket. We would love to help if that's true. And now there's their Twitter post, guys. Nothing against the coin. He's talking about the Blake2B. Nothing against the coin. They have the right to exist, like all of us. This was a response to coin join Chris's original post, which was this. We are incredibly small team that wanted to give a new coin a home to our beta exchange that we built for our self. But instead, we got hate, constant spam, that we're using the wrong ticker. And I want you to think about this guys like that.
This delusion comes from Luke and like his band of little muppets. It should be BTC, death threats, being called pedos, Nazis, Zionists. I love, this is how, and I'm sorry, but this is how you know that people are suffering from brain rot, right? Because look at what is happening. Immediately these guys immediately, they will do what we say. It's, shame them, shame them at their core, right? It's fantastic. I, you know what this, this to me, it warms my heart. It genuinely warms my heart that these guys are just freaking out like this. So, yeah, so being called pedos, Nazis, Zionists and all that you can think of, it's not healthy for our team and community. We've never seen this toxicity in crypto, like, yeah, guys, this isn't like, you know, you're not like a toxic maximalist. You're a brain-rotted fruitcake that is making an ass of yourself. That's it.
We could not list it as BTC because BTC already exists. That's right. You're shit-coiners, bros. Get over it. You're shit-coiner. It's all it is. The abuse over the last 24 hours, we got not because of missing deposits, but over tickers, constant, no stop, and then big new site like, I've been going newscom, posting unverified BS in fairness. He just said that they were delisting the coin, which it seems that Bitcoin newscom may have gotten it right because in the previous post that I read to you from Andy, he said he'd rather delist the coin. Yeah, yeah, you know, pleb crews, he, you know, a lot of these guys, right? They have their hearts and minds and things until it doesn't work out their way. You know, they're just kind of like reads on the water, just floating around. Yeah, I, ACP, man, I do feel bad for them because 100, because look, I'm sorry, but that
was for me one of the main turnoffs of paying attention to anything that those, that any of these Bitcoin 10 supporters said. The very few people that I knew that were reasonable, that were not going into this slop, right? I, I respect those people still, but there's a large, large, group of, I don't even know if they're bots or whatever it is, but these people that came to Bitcoin in the last three years that didn't take any time to understand how Bitcoin works, how incentive works. And now they're freaking out that the overall Bitcoin network didn't do what they said. And now, so you're just going to accuse people of being petos and Nazis because they, they're not, because of the ticker symbol. Are you like, are these people, are they adults? Are these grown adults? This is embarrassing, but also at the same time. This is what infinite humans, stupidity looks like. Welcome to humanity, you know, this is, this is what it is. Anyways, anyways, so this is funny, this one was from, they didn't turn it up and this was the opposed that they were talking about, right?
Where somebody claims that they lost 500, 500 dollars worth because they were going to go try to buy Blake to be. You should just go and stack real Bitcoin, don't waste your time. It's ridiculous. Yeah, see, uh, Rarson, this is exactly it. It's like you just, you don't even want to be associated with these people. Even if you believe like, look, you know, their hearts in the right place, I don't like this garbage JPEG data. But then you see these insane arguments from mentally ill people, you're like, you know what? Even if I agree with this, no one needs to know. No one needs to know. Yeah, it's like, it's okay. Stay away. All right, guys, come on. Sign the petition. Re Samurai, buck, the state. If you feel so inclined, please donate, help these guys out. Thank you so much. As always, for joining me, it's absolutely awesome. Today was fire. We had a great time. I mean, the chat is always lively, so I really appreciate it.
You guys know the deal. I am back tomorrow. Tomorrow we're not doing the news though. Tomorrow I've got Reardon Code joining me. He was a coder on Swan. And I don't know if he's still with Swan. We had him on the show when Walton was my co-host like, had him on the show like two or three years ago. I told you guys about this. We talked about CTV and LNHans. He is working on a new Bitcoin client implementation. No, he's not. I don't believe he is going to become Luke 2.0. And it's called our Bitcoin. I'm just excited to talk to him about it, see who the audience really is. Because I don't from what I read, it doesn't seem to be something that an end user like me would want to use. It seems something more geared towards enterprise. Anyways, we're going to find out about it guys. Have a great rest of the day. Thank you again so much for joining me. And I will catch you all tomorrow. Oh, wait, sorry. I forgot one thing. One thing before I go. I apologize. You asked what my opinion was on the debate between JW and Jacamo about the hardware wallets.
So I'll try to do a quick-ish TLDR. I listened to a good portion of it. And look, I think that they both make very good points. My background is in network administration. I troubleshoot for over 20 years. Troubleshooting exclusively, Windows and Windows domains. So for me, I understand that an operating system can be compromised in many different ways. So there is that aspect of it. So the idea of Bitcoin Core on a laptop, sure, is good. However, the trade-off is understanding that the operating system can get compromised. So of course, the best practice is not to install anything else. Make sure that the device doesn't go on the internet. All of these best practices. And that, of course, that you don't do anything else with that machine, then handle your Bitcoin transactions.
Now, with the signing devices, you have an exclusive device. Of course, the trade-offs there are supply chain. You can have a supply chain hack. Number one, number two, as we saw with cold card, bad entropy, bad entropy coding. So you don't deal with the supply chain attack with the Bitcoin Core client. Number one, number two, you don't have a seed phrase. You just have a wallet.that file, which arguably could be maybe easier to secure physically. I don't really see how, because to me, it's just data. Whether it's a wallet.that file or it's a seed, I just don't care. Data's data. So look, I think that they both have their points. My main takeaway was people need to genuinely figure out what is right for them. There are people who are going to be more comfortable using a laptop and having Bitcoin Core installed and managing a wallet.that file.
There's more people that are going to be comfortable with that. There's other people that are going to be more comfortable with the signing device. There's other people that are going to be more comfortable with multiple signing devices. You need to, the reality is, and this is what I've always said, you need to figure out what works for you. If it's really easy to get to your Bitcoin, you have to imagine that for an attacker, it's going to be really easy to get to your Bitcoin. If your Bitcoin setup is overly complex, not only is it going to be overly complex for an attacker to get to, but it's also going to be overly complex for you to get to. These are things to think about. I'm just saying, guys, there is no 100% bullet proof. This is your answer. The real, the, putting the adult pants on means it's like, okay, well, as individuals, we need to figure out what trade-offs I am comfortable with, what do I understand, and what type of a solution do I want to implement. I know it's not fun. It doesn't sell signing devices. It doesn't sell laptops, but just maybe it stops you from getting wrecked.
Anyways, guys, sorry about that. Have a great rest of the day. I will catch you all tomorrow. Peace.
