And I'm just throwing it out here because this is why you don't blindly support people because of the color of their skin. If the young man was wrong, he was wrong.

4:04He was found guilty in the court of law. They tried to get him another trial. He was vehemently denied because there is no case for him. Thank God they denied him because they were to give him another trial and they were to input it some of this stuff that they found out that was withheld from the first trial by mutual agreement from the defense or prosecution and defense. They probably would have gave him way more time because some of the things he said was very troubling. If Austin Medcalf was on trial, which he was not, he was the victim of a murder, and his stuff came out. I think it would be very damn deep to him or damning to him. But he wasn't on trial. Carmelo was on trial. And now they're starting to leak text messages of some of the things that he said about the gay community and about the millenated community. And I just want to know, are you clowns like deal, Huckel and some of the others who have been looking at nothing but skin color? Are you going to say some about this brother, the spirit and black women?

5:06Y'all went up and beyond to talk trash about me. Are you going to talk about him, the spirit and black women? After black women had stood outside the court and was justice for a Camelo donated $600,000, which we don't know where that money went because they asked for money again on his appeal, which he's going to be denied. Put the text up there. Some of the texts came up. I don't give a f. He said he like Donald Trump or at least he said, I like Trump better, not go cap. Like I like his business reasons, which I don't know what how he even went to school with this text message sentence structure is terrible. But that's him talking about Trump. Of course they want to bring that up. But then here's him talking about black women. I effing despise black be words. And why are you? I don't know why y'all shot because it's in the music. Your favorite rapper saying the same thing he's saying, but if y'all pat him on the back, now y'all want to cry about these messages.

6:08And the next message is dead. Go go back. He said, I don't like black bees. What don't these f and r's and y'all know what the hard r is. And I'm not talking about the end with the hard r. I'm talking about the hard r. It's a stud of stud of you ain't gonna talk about it. And then he go that we glue into these blanks and brains. Talk about black women. Talk about the weird pieces that they wear. The millions and millions of dollars a year, their black women spend in healthcare beauty products. That's what he's talking about. Then he talked about the gay community, which is says these f and gay people are messing everything up, effing everything up. I think that's what he said on that. So now he went against the gay community and part in his messages. And he went against the black community. Are y'all going to come out and call him Uncle Tom Kuhn?

7:11Oh, because he he's this victim that y'all created because you just black, black, black and he black and you made him out to be something. He wasn't now. Are you going to address this? Are you going to keep lying to yourself and being the idiots that most of you guys are? And when I say most of you, I'm saying most of the people that took his side with no real evidence. Here's another picture. Now people are saying that that gun was fake. The boy still posing with a gun. Here's another gun. And this gun is real. Got a shirt on a post on the block. Allegedly in the messages that they had displayed that were previously not allowed in court. He was he got caught with a gun taking a gun to school. And instead of trying to make excuses for the young man, you don't have to bash him if that's not your parar, you know, parargative. But at least you need, we need to address why our young boys acted like this.

8:12Why is a young man that seems and then he probably grew up in a terrible family, but he they had to be terrible. His, his, the record of the things he was doing before they moved the Plano was absolutely out of control. And that's a reflection on the parents. But this young man going to a school and playing an old running track and doing all these other things. Why is this young man acting this way? Because it's the music. It's the culture. And that culture has now led him to 35 years in prison. I'm going to say before another video, y'all can get mad at me all you want. I'm just here to tell the truth, nothing but the truth. Thank you. Let's get to Clancy. Now people got so many ideas and thoughts about Lindsey Clancy. I have my own ideas.

10:14Some days, I think she guilty. Some days, I think she's not clearly. It appears that the jurors were all unanimous except for one, which that make them not unanimous. It was a hung jury. But most of them were locked up and believing that she was not guilty for reasons of insanity. Now, I think it's terrible that she did that to her kids, obviously. But there's laws in place and culpability at hand. If a person is out of their mind when they commit a crime, then they're not guilty for reasons of insanity. They don't mean they get to walk home and get to sit at the house all day. They mean they're committed to a mental health facility for a duration of time. And with the men's that she was taking, her calling the hotline multiple times, it makes me think that she may have been out of her mind when she did it. There's other side of it where the advanced planning that it appears that she did, makes me question that theology. It makes me question that hypothesis where you say, how could you plan all this stuff if you crazy?

11:19You think when you did that to your kids, you go do it to yourself down in the lobby, something. I mean, you know in the basement somewhere with your kids. How you end up upstairs jumping out of window and cutting yourself and you're a nurse, you know which way to cut to make it effective, but you couldn't this way, but you're a nurse. You did just enough not for you, for you not to die. So, I'm at an impasse, right? In my mind, the jurors in my mind have a, it's a hung jury in my mind. But anyway, the judge addressed the fact that there's a mistrial and there's a lot of other stuff that will say that I want to address, roll it. All right, members of the jury, at this point, I'm going to declare that the jury is deadlocked and I'm going to declare a mistrial. All right, I just wanted to make a comment. And I'm kind of a history buff. And during World War II, Winston Churchill was the prime minister

12:23for England. When England pretty much stood against not to Germany alone. And so Churchill, oftentimes, had to talk to the citizens and say, let us brace for our duties. And I always liked that phrase. And I thought of that phrase when all of you were agreeing to be on this jury. You agreed to brace for that duty. In each one of you knew how long the case was going to go, you knew how difficult the case was going to be to listen to facts wise, but still you brace for that duty. And I just kind of wanted to also let you know, I watched every day, day after day, week after week, all of you performing that duty that you braced for. And I just kind of wanted to let you know, I understood how hard everybody worked in this case. Okay, now get what he said. He had to, you know, give him a little pep talk or whatever,

13:23but there was one person that was a complete holdout. And there is jurors that have now spoken out. jurors that have now said this person was a stubborn dirtbag pretty much of what they said. I'm giving, I'm putting words in their mouth, but this is essentially what they were saying. It's that the person didn't want to listen to anything he had his mind made up and he was not going to give her a not guilty plea. It wasn't going to happen. Let's get to the attorney first. And then we're going to, we're going to play clips of the jurors and what they had to say. But this is the defense attorney wrote a clip. They know that they were robbed by one man for whatever his agenda was who stole seven weeks of the life of these other jurors that were so attentive, so beautiful, so wonderful and listen to this evidence. And you can see how defeated they were sitting there. And I got a funny feeling that they were to go on for another week if they had to.

14:26So I hope that guy can sleep well with me. Here's the jurors speaking out because they had something to say. Just a few of them. It's only three. I think that's on the screen. Obviously, there's 12 of them. It'll be interesting to hear from what some of the men had to say. Now, the one that held out, I'm pretty sure he's not going to show his face. Because the amount of death threats and stuff he's going to get for creating a hung jury with all these cat ladies that are just gong ho on being the next Lindsey Clancy. And let me just say this because some of y'all getting y'all feelings and writing me crazy messages. If you're not a stupid mindless cat lady, then I'm not talking about you. If you actually came to a reasonable conclusion after watching the trial, I'm not referring to you. I'm referring to the other ones that didn't watch anything but TikTok and saying her husband did it. I'm talking about them. All right, let's play the jurors, Rogan. He was very arrogant. He really did not take anything that anybody said. The nurses,

15:33he tried to ask a question about the medications. And we went back to the report from Social Hospital. We had the toxicology report. We could see exactly the amounts. The nurses in their room spoke to that and talked to the jury. There were nurses on the jury. Yes. They spoke to that specific thing. That was a question that he had. And he just completely disregarded the information that they gave. I mean, he had reasonable doubt. He admitted he had reasonable doubt after we watched that video of the interview. I think that's what it was. He admitted he had reasonable doubt. And I started filling out the forms. I was so excited. I actually did with three forms. I had a fill out. And I started filling them out. I wrote my signature on each one. And then he said, but I'm still not going to say that she's not guilty by reason of incident. I'm not sure if Rogan's

16:33the right word to, but every one of us in the hours of a frustration would get up and walk the room. Now, let me just give my take on this. And I want to be very fair when I say this. It's hard to determine if this guy was a bad person like they said or these people are crazy. And he's the only hero. I'm being honest. I don't know if everybody's crazy. And he's the only man that's willing to stand up and grow a pair or the guy is out of his mind. And he's just as biased and crazy as these cat ladies where he is refusing to look at evidence. It is not your personal verdict. This is not personal. You have a duty to make a decision based on jury instructions. The judge tells you that you must make a decision on this if the evidence shows this.

17:34It's not for you to be an activist as a juror. Now, I know and everybody knows some women are insufferable and they think they know everything. And you see some of these women are acting out. Lindsey Clancy could do no wrong. And I'm hoping that that wasn't the jurors that he had to listen to because just as well as they're saying he didn't listen to nothing, they may not have been listening to anything. I'm hopeful that they had gotten incorrect and he was the outlier. I'm praying to God that everybody wasn't wrong to send him. That means that mean the system is screwed in part on this case. Here's another message from the attorney about Trump pardoning her, which it makes me feel like as an attorney with gray hair in your head and it's well of a job he did defending Lindsey Clancy. It makes me feel like he no better than to say this. Maybe he just want to be viral and people can talk about it like I'm doing now. Rotorclip. What's next for Lindsey? I'd like to say that perhaps

18:43Donald Trump who felt compelled to speak out about this case made very well. Mr. President, I would hope that you would consider this young lady type of person she is. What she's been through and consider a pardon. Consider a pardon. Well anybody with a connected brainstem knows and I know this guy's brilliant. He's probably doing this to get clicks. But anybody with brainstem know that unless it's a federal charge the president himself cannot pardon anybody. Now here's Sean Kent who's a well respected lawyer. He was a lawyer that won the case situation where the 14 year old boy has a gun and Chinese people had to run after him and he ended up getting shot and killed and Sean Kent successfully defended his client and got them a not guilty verdict. But here's Sean talking about you know the pardon from the president of the United States. I think he gave a really good example and explanation as an attorney. Rotorclip.

19:44President of the United States cannot grant pardons for state level offenses. Now let's explain why so we all understand. The United States of America operates on a dual sovereign system which means state and federal governments operate independently separate from one another. You coupled this with the United States Constitution article two section two clause one. It specifically says what the president can do. The president can grant pardons for crimes against the United States. This is interpreted to mean specifically federal offenses. How do we know this? Because it's crimes against the United States. This is as a whole not the individual collective and if you take that and you utilize it with the 10th amendment, I think about it, the 10th amendment which specifically separates the two. They said all powers designated for the feds are state level actors which means the state act independently and they

20:44can do their thing independently. All of this means is that the president does not have the power to tell an individual state what to do when it comes to state level laws. They are they accept separate from each other. That's just the way that it is. So going to the president and ask him for pardon for something that happens on the state level ain't possible. Can you go to the governor of a state and ask them for a pardon? Yes, that's usually what happens. You go to the governor. None of this however means anything because you cannot ask for a pardon because a pardon basically means you know when you're holding the door open for somebody you're like pardon me. That means excuse me. I'm excusing you for something that you have done. If there is no conviction you cannot request a pardon. You cannot have a pardon until there is a convict. Sean that wasn't guilty. A conviction so if there's no conviction you cannot ask for a pardon. So even though there is a home jury and people get confused and home jury does not mean there's a conviction. It is not

21:48a final dispensation of the case. The case is not over. So until that point in time there's no point of even asking the state level governor for a pardon. Now can you just go on the news and say I want the president to get involved and ask for a pardon the president can pick up the phone and call the governor of that state and say you want to get involved maybe but none of that matters until there's a conviction. Sean thank you Sean this is if I ever get into any trouble I'm calling him even though I only live in the state I'm still gonna call him anyway. I hear some other cases that are very similar we have some what people say in part is a copycat. This woman just unalived her child and she was an avid follower of this case. Now she's gonna go to prison for a long time. They need to get her to chair. You ain't from to be able to uh I don't know what she was fantasizing about Lindsey Clancy. Yo situation ain't a hot situation and after watching the case you have every

22:48reason to believe that you should get help if you are in part feeling like Lindsey Clancy before you get to the case. So you're not gonna have any issues whatsoever as to be immensely ill or having anything that you're going to prison just so you're going to prison you ain't Lindsey Clancy. You are going to jail for a long time for what you did. I can almost guarantee y'all y'all want to do a polymark bed. I'll shef and they go to prison. Listen to the the particulars. Roll the clip. An Illinois mother accused of murdering her two-year-old son. Prosecutors say Cory Walsh was very invested in the Lindsey Clancy murder trial before her son's death. So this comes as Clancy's defense attorney is speaking out for the first time after the triple murder case. I just want y'all to know that even though I'm saying all this I don't believe this will be a missible in court. I think they were this will not be a missible in court whether she followed the Lindsey Clancy case any Associated to Lindsey Clancy they will probably strike that from being missing to jurors

23:51at her trial. But I would argue she probably gonna plead guilty if she have any attorney with a grain of salt of integrity. He would say you need to take that plea deal because Sister Mama they're gonna give you some time time. You don't have a defense of mental health defense. It's strongly as Lindsey Clancy did. Roll the clip. It's ruled a mistrial last week. Senior correspondent Mike Tobin is tracking both stories for us. Good morning Mike. Good morning, Data says another sad case in which police have charged a mother with killer in her own child. This one in Frankfurt, Illinois and there is a connection as you mentioned with the Lindsey Clancy case apologies up front. The details here are horrible. There's no way around it. A neighbor reported coming in the house and finding two-year-old Barrett who had the nicknamed bear hanging from a rafter in the basement of the house. She called 911 attempted CPR with that little boy was already cold. She found the mother upstairs in a bloody tub with a knife. According to the affidavit, the defendant had cuts to her wrists and thighs. The defendant told officers she did this to her baby because he was

24:54the devil and the anti-Christ. It connects to the Clancy case because according to the affidavit, Walsh had been following the Clancy case and had been actively discussing the case by a group message with her friends up until 12.30 p.m. September 1st, 2026 and at three and a half hours before the scene was discovered. However, one legal expert says there are about 100 cases a year similar to this and it's too early to start calling this a copycat case. I think we have to be careful because in this case it does not seem as if there is a documented history of mental health issues like Lindsey Clancy had. So I think we have to be very careful. We have to look at these cases on an individual basis because everyone is different and if you don't have that documented history of seeking mental health treatment, you will have a very difficult time with this type of a defense. Now the attorney for Lindsey Clancy did his first TV interview. He says there was a long history of Lindsey Clancy falling into the froze of postpartum psychosis asking for help and being medicated. She reached out. She called suicide hotlines twice. She went to the women in

26:00infants hospital in Rhode Island and was turned away because of the drugs that were prescribed to her. This girl's life was ruined. Now, Corny Walsh has an appearance in court this morning really any moment. Now, bear has three siblings but only the one boy was killed and the father of bear at Walsh was out of town when his little boy was killed. Now, I don't know if that means she got kids with other men and that one baby daddy she killed his kid. Either way it goes she going to prison. It seems like you're very capable of arguing about Lindsey Clancy before you take the life of your kid and they always cut near risk. We're I'm just saying it does I'm not going to explain it but there's a right way in the wrong way and these people know the right way but they do it the wrong way on purpose because they don't really have real intent on do nothing. They just want to act like they she I guess she was so obsessed. She was losing arguments. She want to recreate a Lindsey Clancy. I don't know. I don't think people so crazy and I hope the guy these kids ain't in danger because people are starting to want to want to get the notoriety that Lindsey Clancy got so they

27:02can be on trial in front of the world. Some of y'all ain't going to get no world trial. You just feel to go to prison sad with no coverage just so you know. So don't try to get out here and make yourself famous because nobody's going to be talking about you. All right. Lindsey Clancy took the cake that you they know more room for you. She's going to get a document or everything. You're going to get nothing. You can get jail time. You in them you in them bulldog is going to be in there. Shacking for 125 years. Okay. Just so you know. All right. Let's get to some more nuanced cases or arguments. Not nuanced. These are stupid arguments. I'm going to be nuanced in the explanation of them. Dumb people. Unfortunately, many of them black are online right now. Making a comparison between Lindsey Clancy and this McDonald lady. They line to you, shout it. Let me be the order of reason among this. These are not comparable whatsoever.

28:11First and foremost, Lindsey Clancy had a mistrial. That does not mean that she was proven innocent or she's innocent, but that does not mean there was a verdict. That means they're going to have to retry the case. And that's going to be she could be found guilty that she's not absolve the responsibility as of this point. So them claiming that something like a mistrial is them letting her free is stupid. But your favorite your favorite celebrity's posting is. Then they got the young lady. Tonya says she got since the five years from enrolling her kid out of district. I covered this story when it happened. I want you to go find somebody that posted this and say you're an idiot. Do your research. I've already addressed Lindsey Clancy. Now let's address Tonya because Tonya did not get five years for enrolling her kid into another school. Grant. Let me let me grant. Tell us what it is. Why did this woman get five years in prison? Yes, sir.

29:13I received a combined sentence covering both a school enrollment or enrollment case and an unrelated drug charge, Brandon. She with the she was almost at the time. She used your babysitters address to enroll her five year old. And with that, she basically pled guilty to a first degree larceny. Now the drug charge is. How long? Yes, sir. First degree larceny with her enrolling her kid. It was really because she faked an address or something like that. Yeah, which was a crime. And what sentence did she receive for that crime? Because it's combined. I don't know what the but I would assume it's shorter. But basically she has, yeah, it doesn't say here on the sheet. But the bigger charge was walled out on bond for the school case. McDowell was arrested for selling narcotics to an undercover officer. And she pled guilty to those drug charges. She received five years in prison's five year probation term. And let's see here. Yeah,

30:19she was released approximately two years early. So she served three of those. So pretty much what happened was she did no real jail time for enrolling her kid into another school even though she was charged. I think she got probation. And then she goes and get charged with a separate drug charge which got her sentenced to five years in prison, which is what they're referring to. But yeah, she only did three years. Well, y'all got to keep lying. Put her back on the screen real quick. I just want people to they lie. Lizzie Clancy should could do the rest of her life in prison. Once they retry her, which I think is highly unlikely that she's going to end up getting that, but she could. She's not absolved of the responsibility. This woman didn't get five years for a kid. She's selling drugs to an undercover that's how she got jail time. Quit lying on these people. All right, we got another one. Here is a Lindsay Clancy comparison. No, here's the comparison that's not being had. They keep saying Lindsay Clancy, the justice system, we got a we got a clip of a

31:23guy saying that. Let's put that fool up here real quick. Because he's been a he's been a he's been to make mention of a young lady, uh, Latarsha. And we're going to get to Latarsha in a minute. But here's these mindless people trying to make a double standard comparison that do not exist in real life. Road of Clip. It said how much America shows the double standard that we all know is relevant. I hate it. I don't I don't like riding the color lines, but this is something you can't turn a blind eye to because it's it's it's it's relevant. It happens. There is a double standard in America. You can try to look past it all you want, but it's there. Lindsay Clancy and you see the other woman. Latarsha Williams 2018 similar cases. Different outcome. 2018 Latarsha Williams, the black woman, she unalived her two sons. Medically, she had every condition including schizophrenia that medical experts would associate to someone who does a heinous crime like this of

32:27taking the lives of her true. The difference between these two trials is with the black woman Latarsha Williams, the judge didn't allow any of her medical records into the trial. The judge also didn't allow Latarsha Williams to take the stand for herself. And she was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole, but yet still, Lindsay Clancy, the the post-the-child for I had problems. Voices were speaking to me and I unalived my children. The woman that's getting all the support on the outside of that courtroom. Miss trial as of today. Miss trial so we don't know what that's going to turn into. I'm going to be honest. I'm going to think outside the box. I think they're trying to let Lindsay Clancy out. That's just me. They're wrong sometimes. My problem. Right now, I, I, they try to, this fool act like there's an outside force. The jurors, after listening to evidence, decided that she was not guilty for reason of insanity. One guy

33:30said, I'm not going for it. And there was a mistrial. There's no conspiracy here. There's no day trying to do nothing. This is the way to try. I went. And this other lady, which he's, he's telling the truth about because he probably read it on chat. She be tears something that they did not allow her medical records to enter, be entered as evidence. Now, we don't know why. I doubt it's because of race because the people she killed was, was black kids. They're victims. So them trying to sentence her for killing other black people. I don't think that's racist. She should go to principal killings to black boys, children that they forget about. In a, in a, in a, in a heinous way. I think she stabbed them and did all kind of stuff to them. But they're retrying her case because they believed and then successfully that they felt like that information would have changed the outcome of the case. So they're going to retry the case. That sounds like justice on both sides of mistrial and retrying the case. How is that a racial
