Welcome to Episode #1 of Black & White Conversations! Ashley and Nick are going to be doing a series of six episodes on a monthly basis with the intention of improving, understanding, and sharing our life and learning experiences in the hopes of creating some nuanced dialogue about a topic that seems to be tearing us all apart. Our hope is that these episodes will invite anyone of any color or background to engage in the learning process with us and hopefully see things from both perspectives. We know racism is a big problem but until we have open conversations without the fear of saying the wrong thing, it's going to be really difficult to come together a build a better society we can all be proud of.
