🚨Stripe is launching a pilot stablecoin payments product for companies outside the U.S., U.K., and EU, after nearly a decade of planning. This follows its acquisition of Bridge, a platform offering alternatives to SWIFT for cross-border transactions. With the stablecoin market projected to reach $3.7 trillion by 2030, Stripe is expanding its longstanding involvement in crypto, having first supported bitcoin payments in 2014.
