2:10Weeping down upon the underworld as Mass Ganglin comes a mysterious, all-powerful character who is a problem to the police for a coupsitter fall off. In reality, they and Garret are working for told, loved by everyone but suspected by none of being the Blue Beetle. As the Blue Beetle, he hides behind a strange mask and a suit of intenitable blue chain armor, flexible as silk, but stronger than steel. Today's episode of the Fox Feature, the Blue Beetle, is entitled, Nabataage Incorporated. Throughout the country, foreign spies and saboteurs are busy trying to prevent the shipment of war munitions to countries with whom their native country is at war. Near York City is located explosives incorporated, one of the largest manufacturers of munitions in the country.

3:11Every night, train load of munitions leaves their factory for some secret destination. As our story opens, Officer Manigan and Dr. Roman Dan Garret, who is really the Blue Beetle, are investigating a mysterious telephone call from Wentworth Beach Hall, president of explosives incorporated, who lives at the Monaco apart. Where? Here we are at a charge of parking. What's this fucking daddy? That's no answer. Well, let's break in the door. Now we better call the superintendent. He'll have a pass key. Yeah, something wrong, Officer. Who are you? I'm the superintendent of this building. Well, we got a mysterious telephone call from Mr. Charles, which he didn't finish. It was a such a nature that we felt it necessary to make an investigation. He doesn't answer his bell or our knocking. Well, I have a pass key here. I'll unlock the door for you.

4:15Something's holding the door shut. Hey, come on, I've already broken it in. No, no, no, wait. I'll telephone the only department out. Well, we can't wait for that. Come on, Dan. Let's break in the door. All right, here we go. Oh, there. There. Well, there's nobody here. Look in the bedroom there. Okay, I have a look. I hope nothing happened to Mr. Charles. He's one of our best tenants. Hey, Danny. Look, he's Mr. Charles and he's... What is it, Mike? Hmm. There, very things, though. Look, there. Over his heart. A wound. Yeah. Break through his pajamas. That's twenty-two but it's... I bet. No, it's a stab wound. Mr. Charles, all right. Is he dead? Yeah. Who could have done it? That's what the police would like to know. That's what we have to find out. I don't see any weapon, but for a night's pick or a thin steel item.

5:17Don't care and have a look around the apartment. I'd rather telephone the owner of the building. And don't leave the apartment. Yes, but who's the apartment that joins this on the bedroom side? Professor Vladimir Deniskutz. What is this? I believe he lectures on anthropology. As he... Live along? He has a male secretary who lives with him, I believe. Who lives on the other side? Next to the living room. Oh, that apartment is vacant. Did Mr. Charles live along? Yes. Apparently Mr. Charles was killed while he was phoning. The receiver is still off the hook there and his body is lying in front of a telephone table. And this looks that way. That's right. I can't find any sign of a dagger or a right pick anywhere. There's an electric ice box in the kitchen, so I don't think Mr. Charles would be needing an ice pick, and what about the windows? There are lots. Any fire extinguisher? No. It's a 14-storted drop to the street on our side. How many floors above this? Superintendents. 15. Any other entrance to this apartment?

6:17Only a service door in the kitchen. Yeah, I look for that. It's locked and bored from the inside. And there's no knob on the outside of the door. Well, Mike, you better phone the car and I'll just have a look around the apartment. And then I'd like to question the professor and his secretary. Maybe they can throw some light on this case. Oh, good evening, professor. Good evening. And what can I do for you? This officer would like to ask you some questions. There's been some trouble next door and the police are interested in getting some information. Want to come in, please? Thanks. No. What is it you would like to know, officer? I am sure I cannot be of any assistance to you. Did you hear any commotion or unusual noise tonight in Mr. Charles's apartment? Oh, nothing. In fact, I've been so busy with my studies that I thought if I would have heard any noise coming from anywhere.

7:20When I am doing business, I'm sure I'll be able to do it. I'm sure I'll be able to do it. I'm sure I'll be able to do it. And my studies that I thought if I would have heard any noise coming from anywhere. When I am doing my research work, I concentrate very deeply. Do you have any children, professor? No, no, no. I am not mad. Let's come there. Do you use that in your research? Oh, that. That belongs to my secretary. He is off tonight. He bought it for his little boy. It is a near-right party, strong enough to quiet. I mean, it's a house-deaf clearance of a real gun, but it would be no good for hunting game or less than small birds. I assure you. Here. Have a look. Yes. As I can see, you're right. I presume a BB shot from this air rifle would hardly have enough force behind it to kill a man. Here, the man? I do. Someone's been killed. Yes, professor. Mr. Charles, your next door neighbor was murdered less than an hour ago.

8:28You know, Danny? This case is very, very puzzling. Very dark. But the blue beetles are going to starve the puzzle. How? I'm going to revisit the Charles department alone. Do a little private investigating. Danny, what do you think is the fact of this murder? Sabotage of some sort? I'm positive it has something to do with the train of munitions and guns being killed. I'm not sure. I'm positive it has something to do with the train of munitions and guns being shipped to Canada. I don't think I can put Danny boy. If your suspicions are correct, you'll run into a ruthless gang of murderers. I know that. But the blue beetle can handle them. Have you everything you need? Mm-hmm. This blue beetle chain armor and mask. My magic ray and spotlight are all I'll need tonight. I'm traveling right because I've got to travel fast. The blue beetle is going to solve a murder and strike a blow for humanity.

9:36Well, here's Mr. Charles Bedroom. The body's been removed. Nothing else has been disturbed in that bedroom here. A picture on the wall there facing a spot where Charles was sitting when he was killed. It doesn't hang straight. I don't have a look at you up this day but I mean to you. A hole in the wall back of the picture just large enough for a rifle barrel and to hear conversation. Oh. Here. Here is the railroad map. Here it has to be. The mission is to stay in with approach a bridge to Canada over the boards along this track here. Yeah. Now, our major plan is to blow up the bridge as the munitions train is passing over. But before some reason, our men are unable to place the charge of explosives under the bridge. Our ultimate plan is to wreck the train and block the entrance in the entire road as well as destroy the munitions of water train. Well, how will we know an advance which plan to follow?

10:37I'm expecting a call any minute from our lead. There's a cross note near the border. Then as soon as you get word, I'll be on my way. Your job is to take care of any guards at the American side of the bridge. Yes, I understand. This will take care of them. Oh, the air crystal that shoots glass bullets filled with soft heating gas, huh? Yes. It makes very little noise. Whoever is shot with it remains unconscious for a long, long time. Oh, boy. Now, the two planes tuned up and waiting outside the airfield. You take one of them. All right. And you're sure no one suspect our plot? Possibly. Possibly. I liquidated Charles before he could telephone the police. What about money? Here. Here is a thousand dollars for expensive. Okay. Then the job is done. There's a plenty more where this came from. Good. Hello. Yes? You what? Yes. Yes, we already at the send. Oh, wait. Here's the alcohol now. Just a minute. I'll ask him.

11:40Well, what about it, Igor? The ammunition train is low, then we'll pull out for Canada and get him in. Hello. Renaldo. Igor informs me that the train will pull out in ten minutes. Yes, all right. Everything is moving smoothly. We'll be with you soon. Goodbye. What's wrong? I can't imagine what that could be. Yes, the blue beetle. And he's going to nip you, who have an ingenious method of entering Mr. Blue Beetle. Did you buy any time, slide to my window? And just what do you want? I overheard your whole plot from the next apartment. It crawled along the ledge outside the window. Thinking no, everything. And I'm going to turn you over to the police. All of you. Get away from that phone professor. Or I'll burn you with my magic ring. Oh, no, you won't, Blue Beetle, because you won't be able to. Go down that gun. Blue Beetle! There. That'll fix Mr. Blue Beetle. Oh, huh. Let us get out of here. That gas is making me sick. And what about the Blue Beetle? You tie him up and take him down to the plate yard and put him aboard the munition train.

12:43The Blue Beetle will have a rude awakening sometime in the early morning hours. What will happen to the Blue Beetle now? How soon will he recover from the effects of the suffocating gas? Can he save the shipment of munitions to Canada from destruction? Which plan will the saboteurs put into effect? These questions will be answered in the next episode of the Blue Beetle. Today's episode of the Fox Feature, the blue beetle, is the second part of a story entitled sabotage in corporate it.

18:09In the previous episode went with three Charles, president of explosives in corporate it, has been stabbed to death, apparently with an eye-fick as he was foaming the police about a shipment of munitions. Investigations disclose his lone murder weapon and no clues to the killer. All doors and windows of the Charles apartment were securely locked and bolted from the inside. A later secret investigation by Dan Garrett as the blue beetle discloses the significance of an adjoining apartment, a professor Dennis Kew and his male secretary are part of a sabotage ring whose purpose is to destroy a clean load of explosives and warm munitions as it passes over the rocky gorge bridge from the United States to Canada. As the blue beetle confronts them, he is rendered unconscious by a suffocating gas shot from an air pistol by a young girl named Vicki, one of the conspirators. As the episode ends, the conspirators plan to dispose of the blue beetle by dumping his bounded unconscious body of rather munitions trained which is to be destroyed.

19:14As the story opens today, Vicki is on her way in a private plane to Rosno near the Canadian border to supervise operations at the bridge. The professor and Igor are to follow as soon as they dispose of the blue beetle. The professor here are at the freak here. If I do not mistaken, dust the train with the load of guns and explosives aboard. Yes, it's moving. We'll have to hurry. Give me a hand at the blue beetle here. Yes. All right. There you go. Oh, he's heavy. Yes, he's chain over. Oh, no. Here comes an empty dog car. Yes, we throw him in. One more. Well, we have to hurry. Never to be the only chap in the train, Rosno, but your boat will stay long.

20:21Oh, hello, Dr. Frantz. How did you end that? No, not for some time. I did not hear what he might be. He said something about working on this expose. Yeah, that's when they taught me. Hey, Jim, what's that making your hand present for your young sick? Oh, that's an air rifle. I followed me apart the next-to-wear charge with guilt. Oh, find anything else? Well, nothing much except this. Do you hear the idea what it might be, Dr? It's in the limb of the mold of some sort. Yeah, for American detonators or something, but what would the befresser be? One, wait. Wait, wait. I've got it. He's got a weapon that kills Mr. Charles. What do you mean, Dr? That aluminum mold was filled with water and placed in an electric refrigerator. The water froze into little sharp-pointed icicles about the size of an ice-pick blade. Yeah, I can see that. Then there was sharp from that air rifle as the victim. Even though the air rifle looked innocent enough, it is a particular type, with sufficient air propulsion to make those needle-pointed icicles penetrate deep into the victim's body, where they melted leading no taste.

21:28What the? How could the murder get to him? The Jordan Winders was locked and forward from the inside. The murderers probably bought a small hole through the wall and shot him from their apartment. That's it. That's what happened. Well, Doc, I got to get down to headquarters now and report. Gablin Rayoff in the bandits found a good spot on the trás back here in Penh Error. 22:29You're no player. I just want you. She's here. She's here. We have to run. I'm lucky. We're done with my back right. I'm going to run this press for the first time. Not to get to a phone somewhere and warm the authorities to flag that train. Hey, who's down there? Blue Beetle. Have you got a phone? Is there a blue one? And we ain't got a phone. Where's the nearest telephone? Five miles down the road. Jet hook and just place. Thanks. But he ain't home. Where can I get a car? And the trolleys don't run out there, Schwarz. They get a bus in the morning. Great eye chance. Wait. How far is the border? About 20 miles.

23:30Got to get there in a hurry. Who are you running away from? I'm running away. I'm trying to prevent a crime. Well, I could drive you out to Rosmo in the morning. Where's the nearest airport? Rosmo. Ten miles. Uh, drive me to the airport tonight. And you'll be a hero in the morning. So will you be if you live through my driving? Yep. I'll be down soon to get the mooch on and just... Mr. Little Geet in. Faster, pilot. Faster. I got some flag that's claimed down there. Of course you reach the bridge. Err, she's from the first. Can't flag it. Can't bring that tree from the start. Bless you the mile. Thanks to Wes. Give me that red lantern. What do you do to go? They lost it by the carriage. You two wave this red lantern. It's like a down. Well, here I go.

24:38There are almost the bridge. I am. Yeah, I am all my other knowledge. I will be done. And glad I'll be. In 30 years away, Rodin, this is the toughest job I've ever had. All in 50 cars have exploded and were equipped with a Canada. And eat my idea of a soft snack. Yeah, those tellin' when you may run into an open switcher of pilot times on the track. As plenty of fire and spires would like a rick a frame load like this. Hey, listen to that flame. Yeah. Let's be something important to bring that guy out on a stormy night like this. Hey, there's no lights in the switch house. You better throw it out. Green signals up. Yeah, but you never can tell. Oh, keep an eye out on your side as we reach the switch to the Rodin's first track. Okay. Look there. Where? Up there in the sky. Yes. Hey, it's the crew to light stairplace. Yeah, but look underneath it.

25:39The Lion Beast. It's a red light forward and swinging from side to side. Hey, maybe he's signaling us to stop. So, here's a guy in a parachute that's dropped out of the plane. And he's waving the red light at strange. Well, there's the bridge right ahead. Maybe something broke with the bridge. Or the signal lights have been green. Take stuff to red lighten on the plane. Well, here goes the brake. I hope I can bring this plane to a stop for the slippery rails. Well, the long blue beetle land. Thanks, the man. Okay. Here's my regards to your neighbors across the border. Tell them we Americans are glad we both speak the same language. In more ways than one. And so the blue beetle prevented a frightful tragedy.

26:43And through sheer nerve, outwitted a clever band of foreign saboteurs and murderers. The moral of this story is that their never will be the perfect crime. Crimes like the murder of Mr. Charles, no matter how strangely and cleverly done, will always be found out and the guilty punished.
