BOMBSHELL! Karl Nell declares "Non Human Intelligence exists and they know about it."

Retired Army Col. Karl Nell filled in for David Grusch at the Salt Conference. When he was announced, people wondered what he would say. What new caims would he make. He made some big ones. He spoke for over 20 minutes on the UAP phenomenon and said definitively that non human intelligence exists and has been here for a while. He also claimed that there are factions outside of traditional government that knows the truth and that the human race should know about what the truth really is. Kristian Harloff discusses.
