I mean, like freedom in all ways. I'm talking comparison, rejection, those wounds that you have. There are so many different areas that we might be struggling with today that we realize or maybe that we don't even realize. We're going to be talking about that and more in today's episode. Hello, hello, hello, ladies and gents. And welcome to this week's episode of the Botanbow Loved Podcast.
As always, it's your girl, Kirby Kelly, back at it again. And as you all know, I love having guests on the podcast, but it is even more special when I get to have reoccurring guests who come to talk about topics that I am super passionate about. And you all know that I'm super passionate about the topic of freedom. I literally wrote a book about it about freedom from habitual sin, but my two guests who are joining me today, Mack and Ken's actually just came out with a book not that long ago called Freedom Looks Good On You. And I love that title, but it's called Freedom Looks Good On You, a six session Bible study on overcoming comparison, rejection, and all the things that hold you back. So there's a lot that goes under that umbrella. And we are going to dive into that today. But in case you don't know my two reoccurring guests, I'm going to let them introduce themselves, Mack and Ken's. Welcome to the podcast. How about we start with you, Mack, and then Ken's. You can also tee up everything that people can know about you. Yes. Oh my goodness, well, we're so excited to be here with you today. This is such a treat.
And yeah, let me think Ken's and I. So Ken's and I go way back. We've been best friends since our sophomore year in college. We actually met our freshman year in college. But we didn't really become friends until the end of the very last night of freshman year, actually. We went to dinner together. And it was just like one of those God moments where I sat across the table from her. And I'm like, this girl's going to be my friend for a long time. And then sophomore year, we got back to school. And we ended up starting a little Bible study together. That kind of transformed our life. And from there, that Bible study grew a ton on a bunch of different college campuses. And so today, that little Bible study, it's called Delight. And we have chapters at 250 universities across the country, which is so fun. Ken's and I have gotten to spend the last 14 years sturding and running and growing and building and stepping in and out of that ministry at times. And it's been incredible. And it's like our first kid.
We love it so much. And so passionate about it. And then aside from that, yeah, Ken's and I write Bible cities. And we write books and things like that. We have a podcast. And then in my normal life, though, when I'm not in front of a screen, I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. And I'm a mom to an amazing sweet little girl. She's two. Her name's Myla. I'm Pregnant. I have another one coming in October very soon. So that's exciting. And yeah, just my husband and I, we love our little community that we live in. We're kind of all in on our community here. We've been young life leaders here for the last four years, the high school down the road. And so we're just kind of like bought in on our little community outside of Charlotte in North Carolina. And it's really sweet and fun. So yeah, that's me. Ken's so fun. Well, she got all the details out there. But I'm a mom of two, a two, a girl and a boy.
Max just like doing everything I do. I follow in her footsteps. I follow in her footsteps. Yeah. Two peas in a pod. Yeah, I love those. That's great. That's awesome. Well, Ken, how about we let you then share the details of why you guys decided to write this book on freedom? Yeah. I mean, there's been so many coffee date send with girls in their 20s over the last 15 years of doing ministry to get there. And we'll sit across the table. And there's so many girls just stuck in these different areas of life and searching and seeking and desperate for breakthrough, desperate for freedom. And these things. And we can find this freedom when we read scripture. What's really cool about this study as you dig in? You'll see just how these different things comparison and pride and rejection, how you can experience freedom and how we saw that through biblical stories over and over again.
And we're like, OK, if that was true, then it's still true now. So how do we navigate these stuck seasons? How do we experience this sort of breakthrough, this sort of freedom? And we wanted to write a Bible study about it. We love writing Bible studies. It's our favorite thing to make it. The Bible can just be, I'm kind of like, I really struggle with the big words, the historical context. And I'm not a big reader. So when I just see a Bible in front of me, I'm like, what do I do? Where do I start? So we're so passionate about giving women a tool that gets them excited to open up their Bible each and every morning. So yeah. Well, you'll always kill it. You all have so many good resources out there. And this is definitely one of them that's just like added to the list of another great thing that you all came out with. But it's true. I got a early copy of it. Well, should I say early? Because I technically got it in July when I came out. But early copy for sure. From when we're recording this episode, it's a little early.
But it's really good. And you open the study with one of my favorite verses in Galatians 5.1, which talks about how it is for freedom that Christ has set us free. I love that verse. But if Jesus has already set us free, why do so many Christians still find themselves living as though they're in chains? How do you remedy that verse and help people, I guess, through your study to realize that they don't have to live in these chains anymore? Yeah. It's so true. How many people do we know who love Jesus? They're shown up to church on Sundays. They're going to the Bible studies. All of these different things are actively trying to pursue a relationship with Christ. Yet their lives are literally in shackles. They don't realize it. But they live in these shackles to these things that they've struggled with for years and years and years and years. And I think it's so easy to read that verse and think, it's for freedom that Christ has set us free and think,
oh, cute. I love that. But how do I actually experience that? And what does that really mean? And I think from this study, from really coming in and really studying, what does it mean to be free? And how do you actually find freedom in these specific things? I really believe that all of these, if you really want freedom in these areas, it involves drawing really near to the heart of God. And it involves almost a deeper surrender than I think some of us are used to. And so I think that's where a lot of people are following Jesus, but not walking in freedom is a lot of times because there's things in their life that they haven't fully surrendered, things that they're still holding onto, that they're still grasping onto, and almost without realizing it, realizing that in that tight grass, the shackles continue to just be around their wrists at all times. And it's really in the letting go
and the releasing of your hands, and I think those shackles begin to fall off, and Jesus can do what he has always wanted to do in our lives. And that is lead us into freedom from these things that so many of us are entangled in always. So for me, what I've really seen is that, if I really want freedom from pride, if I really want freedom from comparison, it involves a really thorough and intense and messy surrender that for many years in my life, I was not ready for, and I didn't really know how to do that. So why, within the book, you focus on six specific things that areas of surrender, I guess you could say, where a lot of us need freedom, the areas of rejection, comparison, perfection, shame, pride, and half-heartedness. So why those six specifically? And is there a thread that kind of connects all six of those?
Yeah, that's a good question. I feel like with that, honestly probably came through what I first mentioned, like the coffee dates after coffee dates of seeing so many girls just like, caught up in these, or stuck in these same six things. It's six, right? Yes, six different things. And I mean, anytime we write a study, we're just like so prayerful about it. I'm like, okay, Lord, like, what is it? And yeah, and also real life experience. Like, we are not gonna write or share stories or get vulnerable about anything that is like, so real for us. I mean, as you're just speaking, as you're asking that question, I was like, why do we still, like, why is it that we cannot, we know that there's freedom in Christ yet, we get so stuck in these things. And I just thought about myself. And I'm like, comparison, this is me every day. Like, I'm like, when I'm in a worship setting, when I'm at church on Sunday, when I'm in my Bible, like, reading it, I'm like, I'm never gonna struggle with that.
God is so good. You're on this like, hi, you're reading these truths. And then the world just gets you so wrapped up in it again. And yeah, so, I mean, so much of this is personal experience, tied to like the things that I feel like so many of us are walking through. Well, let's start there then. Let's start with comparison, because I'd like to maybe explore a couple of these different subjects that you guys talk about. And so I know that in comparison, it could even be, it could be very obvious at times, but it can also be like incredibly subtle. It could be an incredibly subtle thing, especially with, you know, social media constantly showing us other people's lives. Like, why do you, or what do you think comparison is really revealing about our hearts at the end of the day? Does comparison reveal a greater thing that we might be struggling with or believing that needs to be addressed at the end of the day? Parents, we've all heard the stories. Maybe you've lived one. You poured 18 years into your son or daughter. You prepared them academically, socially, and spiritually.
You did everything right. Then they went off to college and came home almost unrecognizable. Here's the truth. It wasn't you. Much of higher education today doesn't build on what you gave your child. It sets out the tear it down. For too many students, that means walking away believing God isn't real, and that their life has no greater purpose. That is why Patrick Henry College exists. To strengthen the faith, family, and freedom, you spent a lifetime cultivating. At PhD, every student, staff member, and faculty member signs a statement of faith, a real, unified Christian community, not a compromise. Ken, I'll let you take that one since comparisons one of your chapters. Yeah. Okay, yeah, I thought Mark's having a little bit of Wi-Fi as she was delayed. But yeah, no comparison. I mean, yeah, wait, Kirby, could you say that one more time
I got really thrown out by him? Yeah, you're good. At the end of the day when it comes to comparison, what do you think it really is revealing? Because it's like, oh, I'm comparing myself to this person, but is that comparison actually revealing maybe like a lie that we're believing or an insecurity that we actually have? 100%. Yes, I definitely think it's rooted in these lies and insecurities and just not being sure of our identity or who we are. I feel like for so much of my life, especially like even between the two of us for Mack and I, we've like basically grown up together, work together. We've met when we were single and we date and people next to each other, one got made before the other, one got pregnant before the other, one lost the weight before the other. I don't know, all the things that you might be tempted to compare against and for so much of our friendship. I felt like I wasn't certain of like who God created me to be or had any confidence in my giftings.
And I know that the Lord is looking down and from a young age, he was certain. He was like, I know what I created you to be and why you're gifted and why I've brought you to the places I've brought you, but I had my own questions about that for like so many years of life. And it wasn't until I really got with the Lord and like realized the root of that and was able to like grow and confidence of how he created me, the mission he has in front of me learning to like celebrate others, especially like it's really easy to like not struggle with insecurity when somebody is like gifted at way different things than you are or something. But when you're put up against somebody who might have the same gifting or the same mission or is kind of like like for Mack and I put up, like put up against each other from in from the world's view. Like it's a lot harder in those cases. And I felt like that was tested over and over again and it wasn't until that I was just chose to celebrate,
like chose to let her like shine where in areas that I wanted to that I was able to really break free from that. That's awesome. And I know that you talk about in the study as well about like knowing you're anointing, knowing what you've been anointed in. So in line of confidence, you brought up that word, which I think is like, okay, if we are struggling with comparison, how do we find identity? How do we find confidence? What does it look like to become confident and what God has entrusted to you without measuring it against someone else's calling? Yeah. Well, Ken's and I have literally gotten, we get the everyday opportunity to do this because she mentioned, but we get compared all the time, you know, like girls are actually so funny like when they'll meet us. They'll sometimes just naturally be like, oh yeah, I relate more with Mac or I relate more with kids and it's just all these different things. And I know for us, especially in the early days of ministry, as you're stepping in to like,
all right, Lord, there's this calling on my life and anointing on my life, whatever it is. And you see how that unfolds in the person, your best friend's life. It's really easy to think, well, the same thing needs to unfold in my life. And one thing that I think like when it comes to like, discovering an anointing or a gifting is like, I really believe it comes down to a purity of heart. Like I really think like you have to ask God, like I love asking God someone, and I'm like, would you search me and know me? Like would you get rid of anything in me that is not of you? And I think about that so often like when I think about the calling on my life, and I think about the specific giftings on my life, I always wanna come at it from a place of a purity of heart, the purest of heart of possible, the purest heart possible, where I can literally say, Lord, like, this is not for me, this is not like, because there's this secret thing in me
that wants to be recognized or seen or noticed. This is simply because like, you have placed this in me, and I'm gonna walk in confidence in that because you chose this for me. You placed that in me not because like, I strived and like made it happen on my own, but truly because you placed it in me. And I think the longer that Kinsen and I have done ministry together, the more confidence we have, like, it's so funny, but like, things come up in the delight world or in our like writing, podcasting world, and I just know, oh, that's Kins. Like, I don't even have to think about it. I'm like, she's so good at that. And there are things that come up that I'm like, oh, that's me. And there's almost become this like, really, this really cool freedom in our friendship now, where I truly feel like wins for Kins are wins for me because they're a win for the kingdom. Like, I literally feel like a period. I feel almost like proud because I'm like, as a duo, I'm like, yes, like her guests, her strengths. Like, they are just as much a win for me
because like, ultimately, God gets the glory at the end of the day. And that's why I do this. Like, I don't do it, so I get the glory. I hopefully do it with that purity apart where God gets the glory. And so I think the longer we've been a minister together, the more freedom we really have experience, even in our friendship, freedom from comparison of being able to truly celebrate one another's gifts, one another's wins in the kingdom. So it's been really sweet and really cool. I love that. I love that perspective. That's something that me and my, one of my best friends actually talked about a while ago. I remember when we were roommates together after college, she sat me down one day and she, because I just, with the rise of like more people talking about Jesus online, like Christian influencers, all these things, like that, that was not a thing. When I started posting about Jesus online and then it slowly like became more and more of that. And then I remember just falling into this comparison rut to make a long story short where it's like, well, why is she getting booked for this event?
You know, I'm being faithful, God, like this, you know, it's this comparison, but it was also this pride. And I didn't realize that. And I think for some of us, the two might even go hand in hand, where it's like, I'm comparing myself to this person, not just out of insecurity, but I'm also comparing myself to these people out of a place of pride. And God needed to humble me in so many ways where it was like, wow, God, you are the main thing. When I first started a ministry, there was this purity and you used that word, this purity word, it's like, this is just about you. This is all for you. And of course, the enemy wants to corrupt anything that is good and holy and consecrated to the Lord. He wants to disrupt us. And I think that pride can even sneak its head in and it can be a disguise even of comparison. But I would like to shift gears and talk about pride because that is one of the six things that you guys talk about in the book. And it's interesting because I think with pride,
it can be a lot easier to recognize it in somebody else versus ourselves because pride can mask itself in so many ways. But I'd like to hear like, what are some unexpected ways that pride can show up in the life of a Christian woman? Because some of us might be dealing with pride and we don't even realize it. Yeah, 100%. I feel like pride is such a funny one. I feel like I just go, it's not funny, it's serious. But I go through so much of my day to day life like with these two hand in hand. There's one part of my brain that's like, don't be prideful. Don't be seen. You gotta be humble. And then another part of me that's like, but I gotta speak up. I don't know. And I'm constantly battling this in my head of like, what it looks like to share, to share online or whatever, to write our studies, to show up to serve, but do it in a humble way. Yeah, I mean, I'm navigating that. I feel like every day, even currently,
we're part of a little church plant locally. And I feel like this constant battle in my head, I'm like, I wanna be seen for this. Like, I want a real role. Like, I don't wanna be the girl behind the scenes. That's just like the stage manager. Like, I'm like, I want to be the girl. And then the, I know, I know, my flesh is just fighting against that. Because like, inside I'm like, no, that's not why you said yes to this. Like, that's not why you like, that's not even your gifting. Like, we're just talking about like, that's not even what you're like, where God has you in this. But it's this constant battle of my flesh, like just wanting to be seen, wanting affirmation. And yeah, it takes a lot to overcome. Yeah. Mack, is there anything that you wanna add to that, just on the topic of like freedom from pride? Even the topic of humility.
Yeah, I would say when I think about pride in my own life, these days it shows up in like, some of the, I feel like some of the ugliest ways of like, in motherhood. It's so easy to think like, by way is better than other people's way. I think about it in friendship a lot of times. Well, I'm such a better friend to them than like they are to me. And I think like, I think for me, a lot of times pride shows up in expectations. Like, it'll show up in my marriage of like, I'm doing all of these things. Like, I'm doing the dishes. I'm taking care of our kid. I'm like working. I'm all these things. And it's like, I'll start listing off all that I've done. And I'll compare it. And like you said, Kirby, like these two, they do go hand in hand. In an unhealthy way to what I think my husband's done. And then what I've found is pride makes me miserable. I am miserable when I am like, dealing with pride because I,
it doesn't feel good to feel better than other people. Like, I don't know why we think that that's gonna make us feel better. It's such a like, in the moment it feels good, but it's so icky and it's so gross feeling the longer you sit in it. And so I think for me, my number one way that like, I'm like trying to deal with pride right now is like, I have to wake up. I have to be in my Bible. I have to be studying scripture truly. Like, I have to listen to Jesus because that's like the only thing that like, puts me in my place often. It's just like that beautiful, quiet, humble voice of Jesus that like puts me right in my place. That I'm like, ooh, like Jesus, I never signed up to be recognized and noticed. And I never signed up to like, you know, have this like equal playing parts at all times with other people. Like, I signed up to die to myself and to be like a servant of yours. And so sometimes that isn't gonna always add up
to what I want it to. And I've had just like some sweet moments recently where like, I had the moment of the day where I was like feeling so overwhelmed by my what was on my plate. And I was feeling bitterness towards other people because of what was on my plate. And I literally sat with Jesus and I opened up, I'm doing this really simple Bible study and it was talking about Jesus bringing, he had like, they were bringing people to him, you know, person after person and he healed people all the way into the night. And then the next day, he still woke up early to be with his father. And it like convicted me in a way of like, Jesus knows what it's like to have a lot on his plate. And then also, but he still found the time to be with his father. And I think it just like drew me back into what really mattered. And so I just feel like the only way I know how to like, seriously fight against pride and to find freedom in pride is to make sure that I am like that the voice of Jesus is correcting me
and that the voice of Jesus is like pointing me back to what's true. So. Parents, we've all heard the stories. Maybe you've lived one. You poured 18 years into your son or daughter, you prepared them academically, socially and spiritually. You did everything right. Then they went off to college and came home almost unrecognizable. Here's the truth. It wasn't you. Much of higher education today doesn't build on what you gave your child. It sets out to tear it down. I think that's a really good practical step that we can all implement in our life is,
okay, am I actually submitting myself humbly before the Lord and not just trying to be a more humble person and just be someone who puts myself last or think about myself last, those are all good things to do, but first and foremost, submitting to the ultimate authority of Christ and His leadership, His transformation in our life, the freedom that only Christ can bring. I think that's such a good practical for everyone to start with. But as we get closer here towards the end of our episode, literally this time just flies by, especially when you have three people on. But you talk about so many other topics in the book and if any of those interests, any of you guys get through study, go read it. But you end with this idea that freedom isn't simply a destination that we arrive at. It's something that we continuously choose as we walk with Jesus. So for the woman who is listening or even the guy who might be listening today,
and knows that they have been living a life just in bondage, like in chains, what is a practical thing that they can do, a practical step they can take towards freedom today once they're done listening to this episode? That's so good, that's so good, yeah. Again, there's some moments like in like worship, there's some epic song about like freedom and oh, oh, you know, the classic break every chain. Break every chain. Yes, and I'm like for that. And I believe that, I do believe deep in my heart and faith that like God can break any chain that you're tied to right now. In a moment, I do believe that. And we see that like all throughout scripture. And yeah, in this study, you do have to read it there's some like niche Bible stories too about like you kind of overlook. And like there's just some epic moments where God is like,
no, if you respond to me right now, then I will, you will experience break through. Like we just were talking about pride, there's an epic story about Namin and this moment, King Namin, and a moment of healing, opportunity for healing that he had, but he had to let go of his pride in order to experience this physical healing. And there's a story after story and we see this King experience that in a moment, in a moment's time and in that decision and with faith. So I do think we all have access to that in every way, but I do think the follow up to that is, there's just a discipline right, in walking out of your faith. And it's like, we can't just make go back to the same old way, we can't make the same old choices, we can't just surround ourselves with the same people. So I mean, maybe a step one, well, I'll just pause there. I think that discipline will look different for everybody, but I'll put an emphasis on it because I just think it's really important.
I think it's really easy to be like, especially somebody like me who's so type B, I'm like, la-di-da, no, I'm free. It's all gonna be good now. And I'm like, realize no, there is a discipline waking up every morning, talking to God, praying, laying that thing down over and over, looking it straight in the face once every single day for a really long time, to be able to continuously see breakthrough in it. It's quiet moments. It's putting away your phones, so you can have those moments. It's getting in community, a new group of community, making something consistent about it. It's showing up every Sunday. It's reading the word, getting the Bible study. It's all the disciplinary acts, but maybe one thing that might be really, really powerful is to call a friend and let them in to this moment that might be that you're just desperate for breakthrough. And I hate this, like I hate when somebody tells me to let a friend into it. I'm doing this course right now that, of course, it was step one, before you start the course,
you should tell a friend that you're doing it. And it's kind of like a vulnerable situation. And I'm like, oh, I'll skip that part. I'll skip it. But I think that there's something really beautiful to that, because they're gonna check in with you and ask about it. And there's just a moment of breakthrough and that happens through a vulnerable conversation with a friend, then you can have that same intimacy with your father. So yeah, I was just gonna add, if you think about it, like you think about the Israelites wondering in the wilderness and it was like, they got freedom, freedom from, from under Pharaoh, they're freedom from Egypt. And freedom wasn't necessarily easy, it was hard. The other side of it was still hard. And there was even a moment where they wanna go back. Like they wanna go back. And I think like we got to recognize the thickliness of our humanity, of our human hearts, that like there's something about us that like is maybe more comfortable and bondage than we are in freedom. And I think it's important to realize that.
And I think I was gonna say the same thing, Ken. Like I think when you are pursuing freedom, community is crucial. It is crucial because the thickliness of our hearts will sometimes and oftentimes wanna go back. And so you need people who come around to you and want freedom for you, even on the days that you don't want it for yourself. Who like lead you to the feet of Jesus, even on the days where like you can't get yourself there. And so I really believe in just the power of community. And that's what I love about this study is like, you could do it one-on-one. And there's been seasons of my life. I've done one-on-one by all the studies. And it's been great. You can do it with a friend. You can do it with a group of girls. Just like grab six or seven girls and say, hey, let's meet at a coffee shop and like let's do this together. And let's carry each other to the feet of Jesus on the days when we don't have the strength to. And I think there's something really powerful about that. And when you experience freedom with other people, it bonds you forever.
I get such a crazy cool bond. Like I just think that that's powerful and the community it could create to truly walk and breathe them together. Could be the kind of community you've been craving and you've been looking for. And it's scary and it's vulnerable, but it's so worth it. And so yeah, I would say I get back. Absolutely. I agree with all of that. I agree with all of that. And I think another good step that y'all can take today too is to get their study. Hello. It's available now. Where can people get their hands on it if they're wanting to grab it for themselves or for a group of friends or even for their church? Like this can be just a really good study to do even like with your small group at church or the girls that you're leading if you're in youth ministry or young adult ministry. Like this, I feel like this could be such a good resource even like in that way of someone leading with this. But where can people get their hands on it? Yes, you can get it on Amazon.
You can also get it on our publishers website. I think it's a little cheaper on our publishers website, which is Baker Bookhouse. And I am, I'm going through it right now with a couple high school girls. And it's so fun. The conversations it's creating. We're having a blast. And like it's really, they're like, you know, I've been friends with these girls for a long time and we're getting more vulnerable than I think that maybe they're comfortable with. But it's been cool and it's been sweet. And yeah, like the first chapter is about rejection and it's asking you like, what's the biggest rejection you're facing in your life right now? And that just opens up a can of words when you're like, wow, okay, I gotta share this. And so it is such a great discipleship tool, I think as well. And so yeah, Amazon Baker Bookhouse, I think all the other places you can get it online as well. So yeah. And I'll make it easy for you. I'll link it down below. I'll link Amazon down below. But check out Baker, maybe it's a little cheaper on there. Save a dollar if you can. That's great.
And this economy, geez. And then go tie it. I don't know. Well, where can people follow you guys? Because like you said, I know that you have chapters all over the place of these colleges and universities that are all about the world. So maybe there's a girl who's listening that's like, I wanna get involved in that. Or I wanna bring that to where I'm at. Like where can they check you all out and what your ministry's doing? Yes, this is our favorite thing to talk about. If you're in college right now and looking for community, I mean, I was. I was like, lonely and desperate for a friend who knew Jesus. You've got to look to see if there's a delight chapter on your university's campus. So you can do that on our website, delightministries.com. You'll be able to search it there. And if there's not, there's always an opportunity to start it. I'm sure there's so many leaders, epic leaders following this podcast. So yes, you can do that through our website. As well, you'll see the link to a plan. You'll get connected with somebody on our team and that's like our favorite thing ever. When you step into a leadership position, just in college, there's such formative years of your life.
You will be held accountable in new ways. You'll grow in your faith and you'll grow personally, professionally, all the things. So you'll see God move along on your college campus. So you definitely need to check that out. And then for the girl on Instagram and all the other places, we're just chatting. We're yapping away on our podcast too. So Kirby, we've got to have you over there, like literally ASAP. I know. I was over there for my recent work. Yeah, yeah. A couple months ago. That's crazy. That's really crazy times. Well, I'm thankful that you all got to be here on my podcast. I feel like we literally just go back and forth on each other. So until next time, I'll probably be on yours and then you'll be back on mine. It'll be great. But I love you guys. Thank you all for being faithful to writing this. It's really good. And I'm excited that this is a resource that exists because this is something that I needed. I think when I was in high school, this is something I would have needed. When I was in college, this is something I would have needed. Literally like a year ago, this is something I would have needed. Today, this is something I need.
We all need freedom. So great resource. Y'all can get it today and y'all can check out their ministry and everything that they're doing. I'll link it all down below. But yeah, freedom looks good on you. So keep walking it out. And I'll see you guys here next week for another episode on the Botan Beloved Podcast. But until then, I love you. Bye.
