Broncos Sign Defensive Back Tycen Anderson

Free agent defensive back Tycan Anderson has agreed to a one-year deal with the team. The 26-year-old was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the 5th round back in 2022 and spent his entire career there so far. He faced setbacks early, missing his rookie year with a hamstring injury and ending the next season early due to a knee issue in week eight. That said, he is suited up for all 34 possible games over the past two seasons. Anderson stands out as a key special team's contributor, logging just 64 snaps on defense but over 850 on special teams along with 42 career tackles. He's the first external free agent to join the Broncos this off season, hot on the heels of their trade with the Miami Dolphins for wide receiver. Jalen Waddle earlier this week.
