Broncos Stockpile Picks for 2027 NFL Draft

On this March 19th, here's what's making headlines for the NFL.

The Denver Broncos traded to weight picks to land why receiver Jalen Waddle, leaving them

with just seven selections in the 2026 NFL Draft, and no first rounder.

But things lived much brighter for 2027, with a project to have a full 10 picks.

They still hold all their own picks from Round 1 through 7 in 2027 untouched by recent

deals.

That includes an extra 7th rounder from the New Orleans Saints in the Devon Velae trade

last year.

On top of that, the team expects a 4th round compensatory pick for losing John Franklin

Myers in free agency, plus another 7th round comp for Reedy, Safety PJ Lock.

These added selections give Denver real flexibility heading into next April's draft in Washington

DC, maybe even for some mid-draft trades.
