Browns Trade for Deebo Samuel

starting offensive lineman with a trade for Titus Howard, resigning Teben Jenkins and

adding Elton Jenkins and Zion Johnson.

Debo Samuel stands out as a prime trade candidate from the Washington commanders.

more than ever before.
