Bud Clark: NFL Draft Prospect

Bud Clark, the standout safety from TCU, just wrapped up a strong college career and is projected as a fourth-round pick in the upcoming NFL draft. The 6-foot-1, 188-pound senior from Louisiana played in more than 60 games for the Horned Frogs. He led the team in interceptions three straight years, including a career high five picks in his freshman and final seasons. Clark started as a top high school recruit, ranked 13th best in Louisiana and 31st nationally at safety. He flipped his commitment from Virginia to TCU and arrived in 2020. An injury forced a red shirt in 2021, but he bounced back strong as a red shirt freshman in 2022. That breakout year helped propel TCU to the national championship game, earning him all big 12 honorable mention.
