In an age of AI and algorithms, students encounter misleading science and health content at an alarming rate. Social media influencers and AI-generated posts can heighten anxiety, fuel body image issues, spark a desire to participate in dangerous trends and worse. But strong partnerships between districts, schools, families, and medical professionals can make a difference.
