C&SI - God's Call: My Faith Journey - Ger Hanley (The Way) - 12 April 2026 (S06E21)

On this weeks podcast we are sharing an interview from The Way with former League of Ireland footballer Gerard Hanley. From the series "God's Call: My Faith Journey", Ger shares his faith journey and how he came to find his identity in Christ and his work with Alpha Youth rather than in his career as a footballer.

In part one of the podcast we have our regular liturgical odds and ends as we enter into Eastertide and the fifty days of the Easter season including the saints of the coming week. 

In part three, John and Shane reflect on this weeks gospel from John (Jn 20:19-31) which recounts the appearance of Jesus to the disciples in the Upper Room and the account of St Thomas' caution but which ends up with his declaration of faith - "My Lord and My God".
