Calls for urgent legislation of annual negligence compensation system

People who have suffered catastrophic injuries due to negligence are calling on the Minister for Justice to urgently enact legislation which would provide for the annual payment of damages, also known as periodic payment orders. Our reporter Kate Egan has been looking into the issue and speaking to some of those affected.
