The Carolina Panthers made a surprising move on Tuesday when the team announced that it had waived OLB K'Lavon Chaisson. Chaisson arrived in Carolina this offseason with the expectation that he'd be a rotational pass rusher behind D.J. Wonnum and DJ Johnson, before the team eventually signed Jadeveon Clowney to fill the other starting role.
