Caveat emptor: will retail investors get burned by their own fire for returns? 12/1/25

A new study finds more than 90% of increasingly complex single-stock, leverage and inverse exchange traded products are owned exclusively by retail investors chasing outsized returns. Billions of dollars have been piled in. But that was in a breakneck bull market that’s showing signs of cracking.
