The 38 year old co-star of the series Matlock has left the show following allegations that he sexually assaulted his female co-star.  CBS has confirmed that David Del Rio has been removed from the set on the Paramount lot the same day that a report of misappropriate behavior was made regarding his conduct toward co-star Leah Lewis.
