CeeDee Lamb Embraces Iconic Jersey Number

On May 2nd, Dallas Cowboys wide-out CD Lam just stepped into some big shoes by grabbing

Jersey number 88, a number worn by legends like Drew Pearson, Michael Irvin, and Des

Bryant.

It's the latest chapter in franchise history, carrying massive expectations from fans

everywhere.

Irvin pulled Lam aside early on, laying out the weight of that digit, how it amps up

hope for the whole Cowboys nation, and piles on pressure to, perform.

Lam had his eye on number 2 from his college days, but Irvin broke it down real.

Fans lit up online when the old clip resurfaced, and Lam hid back honest on social media,

saying he knows he ain't peed yet, just grateful, and starving for more wins.
