In today’s episode, we’re on the eve of a monumental season as Geno Auriemma begins his 40th year at UConn. This is a celebration of his unparalleled legacy in college basketball, a journey that’s brought UConn 11 national championships, 59 conference titles, and countless unforgettable moments. We’ll dive into how Geno’s vision, alongside Associate Head Coach Chris Dailey, transformed UConn from a struggling program into a powerhouse.

 

Chris Dailey, Geno’s right-hand partner, has been with him since the beginning, helping to build the program with her exceptional recruiting and leadership skills. With her undefeated record as interim head coach, she’s proven time and again why she’s indispensable to UConn’s success. We reflect on how lucky we are as fans to witness this legacy, not just through Geno and Chris but through an incredible coaching lineage that includes Jamelle Elliott, Shea Ralph, Carla Berube, Tamika Williams-Jeter, Tonya Cardoza, Marisa Moseley, Morgan Valley, and Ben Kantor.
