Cell C grows subscribers, cuts debt and targets FY27 growth & The Festival of Motoring returns

Stephen Grootes speaks to Cell C CFO El Kope about the company’s first full year as a listed business, as Cell C adds 1.3-million subscribers and cuts net debt by 64% to R2.02-billion. Service revenue rises 6% to R11.64-billion, while wholesale service revenue grows 20% to R1.76-billion. With the balance sheet reset, CEC integration complete and Cell C gaining ground in prepaid and the MVNO market, the focus now shifts to FY27 growth, margins and turning a stronger financial position into sustainable value.
