After eight deployments to Afghanistan as part of a Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) Task Force, Chad transitioned from the military to the US Federal Air Marshal Service as a Special Agent where he served as a Surveillance Detection Senior Program Manager. Recognized for extraordinary bravery during an on-duty shooting, Chad received the Medal of Valor. With an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) and ongoing studies in nonprofit management at Harvard University, Chad is a board-certified pastoral counselor committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of PTSD.
