We can look back at his posts on what was then Twitter many times and he really led a national campaign for justice in my case, for which I will always be extraordinarily grateful. He supported me and my family helped me get through with both faith and friendship. I will never forget that. Our country will never forget the sacrifice that Charlie made for free speech for our country and for our future. I really have no doubt whatsoever that Charlie would have become President. It was his plan, frankly, to run for governor of his home state of Arizona and then move on to a presidential bid someday. He had the talent. He had the skill. He was life and did much too soon. Our prayers today are with his beloved wife Erica and their two children who lost their father because of a senseless, politically motivated assassination that took the lives of one of America's greatest minds. President Donald Trump broke precedent last night hosting the first ever Republican midterm convention in Dallas, Texas. The convention continued for its second and final day today during his electric speech, which I thought was excellent, by the way. The president outlined several key policy issues heading into the crucial 2026 midterms. See, this is the beauty of Trump's brilliant idea to host a midterm congenction. For the first time, Trump has ensured that the opposition that being the Democrats in 2026 are not able to control the scope of topics considered by voters as they head to the ballot box. Through his midterm convention, Trump has created a platform for himself to challenge the lunacy

6:15of the Democratic Socialists across America, who normally in a midterm election following a contest in front election would have sole control over the narrative. Those in the mainstream media were quick to try to attack Trump's event, publishing false events about empty seats or a missing vibe, but I have been in touch with many friends who are there. It's interesting. It's kind of wistful about it. This is the first Republican National Convention that I have not attended since 1964. Yes, I was 12 years old when the woman who lived next door to us in Connecticut was very active in the Republican Party and who really is a woman who turned me on to politics. She gave me a copy of Barry Goldwater's book and paperback conscience of a conservative. Up until I read that book I wanted to be an actor. After that I figured out that politics was a show business for ugly people, but I was transfixed by Goldwater's ideas, small government, strong national defense,

7:17peace through strength, low taxation, and so on. That is really what drove my interest in politics and I begged my parents to let me drive all the way across the country from Connecticut to San Francisco because the lady next door was an alternate delegate to the Republican Convention that nominated Barry Goldwater. Yes, I was in the stands. William Midden-Dorf was the Republican National Committee man for Connecticut. She whangled a gallery ticket for me and I stood on my chair illustriously booing Nelson Rockefeller and cheering my then hero Barry Goldwater. Since then I have attended every Republican National Convention in 1968. The Convention Miami Beach where I was a go for John Mitchell, later attorney general, then Richard Nixon's campaign manager. The 1972 Convention which was originally supposed to be in San Diego, because they figured out at the

8:18last minute of San Diego really didn't have enough hotel rooms. They switched it back to Miami Beach yet again. Of course 1976 the first contested convention in my memory a very close fought contest in which I was on the staff of Governor Ronald Reagan charging general challenging general Ford for the domination. It was a very tight fought and very close contest for using the encompassing of course to get re-nominated. But it was interesting that the end of that convention you may remember general Ford coaxed Governor Reagan and Nancy Reagan down from their seats to come to the stage signed a part of unity Reagan initially declined but ultimately went to the stage and gave an impassioned play. You could see a light bulb got over the collective ads of the delegates where they realized they had nominated the wrong man. I actually believe Governor Ronald Reagan would have beat Jimmy Carter. They were both outsiders or the party was still really

9:22from Watergate. In the end it's interesting, general Ford came extraordinarily close to winning that election. If his liberal republican advisors had put the late resources they had into Texas and Missouri instead of trying to win New York and Pennsylvania, I think Ford actually may have won. He was only narrowly defeated and that was based on a strategic error. Of course the 1980 convention when Reagan triumphed many people thought after 76 Reagan was done. I went to work for to work for Ronald Reagan early 1979, Hanely New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Some of the best work I have ever done. The Bush forces, the established republican forces really thought that the delegates in those states belonged to them but they were wrong. We not only won the delegates in all the delegates in New York and all the delegates in New Jersey but Connecticut where George H.W. Bush's

10:23father, Prescott Bush had been the U.S. Senator, was fought to a veritable standstill. We split the 35 delegates down the middle. I think they got one more delegate than we did. We carried three congressional districts including the Fairfield County District where Grenec the hometown of the Bushes was some of my proudest work. Watching the convention today I saw that an incredible ovation when President Trump recognized that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was in the house. Earlier today I sent a text to Bobby Kennedy who was a friend and I said when you were younger did you ever think that you would be addressing a republican national convention and he responded. No extraordinary. He's done an amazing job. The biggest one was the all course around the food front. Those being the new dietary guidelines flipping the food pyramid and eggs, meat, dairy, and whole foods that stop instead of refined carbs with a simple message, eat real food. So popular that about two weeks after he proposed it in his speech in Las Vegas after talking to some cocktail waitresses where the idea was born. Kamala Harris came out and she proposed no-taps on tips as if it was an original idea. Trump said correctly that the Democrats want to repeal his no-taps on tips. And went so far as to point out that they would probably also repeal the no-taps on overtime. The other day I saw Karim Jeffries, he had a matching hat and t-shirt with the same color green. The hat didn't fit very well, kind of covered his ears. I guess that's the look. I mean, they've actually issued a hit list of Trump appointees and Trump family members they intend to go after. So talk about revenge and retaliation. That seems to be the agenda

Democrat U.S. Senator John Federman from Pennsylvania made a shocking appearance at the Republican midterm convention, addressing it by video to introduce his colleague, Republican Senator Dave McCormick. Federman called himself a common sense Democrat. He would stand with America and reject socialism and praise McCormick as a friend and a partner when it comes to the issue of Pennsylvania steel. Federman also said he was willing to work with President Trump on projecting U.S. steel industry. The appearance lasted just over a minute, but immediately intensified speculation, of course, that Federman's about Federman's relationship with his own party. He has repeatedly said that he has no intention of becoming a Republican, citing some of his positions on labor issues and abortion as reasons he remains a Democrat. But he was used to play ball with the radical left or the socialist wing of his party. Federman has gained scorn and

I saw last week that a number of his former staffers set up a website where they're talking at a school of their former boss, to me is beyond the pale. Cross-party convention appearances like this are actually not unprecedented. Democrat Senator Zell Miller of Georgia spoke of the Republican National Convention in 2004 while Joe Lieberman was an old friend of mine from Connecticut and George John McCain and appeared at the Republican Convention in 2008. Federman's appearance is different in that he didn't endorse a Republican congressional slate or announce a party switch, but he did use the platform to praise one colleague and to reject ideological extremes. Even so, this will only fuel the fire of Democrats who are a critical of Federman. And there are ISIS a traitor to their hyperpartisan cause for being willing to do what's best for America. Federman could, in my opinion, just bite the bullet and become a Republican like Tosigabur had the courage to do. And as a result,

25:17they accomplished more than they ever could have as a Democrat. Really, it's time for John Federman, who frankly has not made my international best dress list that I published every New Year's day for the last 16 years. He hasn't made my list, and I have no respect for him. He's not an ideological, he puts country ahead of party, and for that I must admire him. In the meantime, the other thing I like about most about President Trump is willingness to speak his mind, to tell the truth, and the most importantly, to call out BS whenever he sees it. Trump's political rise has a lot to do with his charisma and charm, as well as with his brash nature and his ability to call it like he sees it. In this spirit, we saw a classic Trump moment yesterday while the President was on his way to Dallas, when an ABC News reporter tried to insinuate that several states would not be appearing at the Texas midterm convention, the President called out her valedictem to attack him. And he said to her, you're the worst of all in my opinion. The reason that some people are not coming has, we have nothing to do with the fact that we don't have enough

26:22room. We have room for everybody, we have room for everybody in a close race. Obviously, not everyone can speak from the platform. President makes a salient point. This convention was put on a focus of close races, such as Ken Paxstein and Texas or Mike Rogers, you mentioned him. One CNN polls month has Abdul El Sayah, the about Democrat socialist who was promised to bring Mammadami style socialism, empty promises and hungry children to the state of Michigan, is in the lead by just three points. That's going to be extraordinary close race. It also has a particular focus on Texas. Just the fact that the national convention is in Texas and the disproportionate amount of coverage it will get in the Dallas media market as well as the rest of Texas will be an enormous boost to Ken Paxstein, the Attorney General, running there an extraordinarily close, surprisingly close race against James Tallerito, a man who

He's a vegan running in a big beef state. He's at one point insisted that there were as many as six biological sexes. He's backed off that now. He says too. But the fact that this convention is taking place in Texas is going to be a major boost to that center race and that center race is key to Republicans in keeping control. You know, during a recent appearance on MSNBC, I guess they've now called it MSNOW trying to get away from their former selves. Maryland Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin launched Basics Attacks on President Donald Trump, falsely claiming Trump has committed impeachable offenses. I'm kind of used to this kind of stuff from Jamie Raskin before the January 6th Committee hearings he essentially insisted that the hearings would prove that I had something to do with illegal activities on January 6th. Raskin should have known better. The FBI was reported by Reuters in April of 2017,

30:41reported that the FBI found that I had no involvement in the illegal activities at the Capitol. In fact, any claim that I knew in advance about participated in or condoned any illegal activity on January 6th is not only categorically false, but there is no email, no video, no eyewitness, no text message, no evidence to the contrary. And when you went to the actual January 6th hearing, all you got was the Persian testimony of a woman named Cassidy Hutchinson who claimed falsely that the White House chief of staff Mark Meadows had called both me and General Michael Flynn on January 6th or January 5th to find out what was going to happen on January 6th. Those are phone calls that never took place. There's no phone record and in fact Hutchinson very quickly moved to alter her testimony. Now, Raskin, a top Democrat, is telegraphing exactly what Democrats will do if elected in 2026. Not going to legislate, they're going to investigate. In fact, let's

You believe that President Trump has committed impeachable offenses at this point? Unfortunately, we don't have time to remotely scratch the surface, but going to war without a declaration of war, for example, can continually define Congress in terms of our appropriation of money, stealing our spending power from us. I mean, I would say even just bulldozing the East Wing of the White House. If you can bulldoze the East Wing, you can bulldoze the West Wing. He believes that he is a king. There it is. First, let's talk about where Jamie Raskin comes from. General Raskin's father, Marcus Raskin was a co-founder of the Marxist organization, the Institute for Polly Studies. That organization worked closely with the Soviet Union, even hosting Soviet officials in the United States during the 1980s. That organization, the Institute for Policy, hosted Al Jahez and later ran the Al Jahez lectures after a request from the state. Al Jahez, of course, was convicted

Even after Piker said that America deserved the attack on 9-11, Raskin said that he would vote with the terrorists every time. So Raskin obviscates, so it refers to answer the question. By the way, he's also incredibly corrupt, trying to, 2022 reporting show that Jamie Raskin violated the stock acts, disclosure rules, involving his wife Sarah Bloom Raskin later made a federal judge by Joe Biden, but at that time,

Jamie Raskin, as a member of Congress, was required to disclose that, on a timely fashion on his house forms did not do so. He disclosed that sale about eight months later. Not only was Jamie Raskin raised by a communist, he's also used his position in the House to make millions of dollars in corrupt stock dealing, failing to disclose lawful information to the House and doing so. So claiming that that was an impeachable offense was a reach to say the least. Once again, Jamie Raskin never raised this issue during his campaign after President Barack Obama constructed a basketball court on the White House grounds. He didn't have any problem with that. The same interview on MSNBC now calling some MSNW Raskin appeared to show his hand revealing just how far Democrats would go. It brought back to power in the House in Senate in 2026. Raskin proclaimed the Democrats would move to pack the Supreme Court destroying a pillar of government allowing Democrats to nominate as many justice as they want. Most people don't know this but the Constitution does not set the number of justices. At nine that is set by federal law. I think nine is the right number. Franklin Roosevelt tried to pack the court. He wanted as many as 13 justices when the existing nine justices would not approve several

We talked earlier about the Texas Senate race earlier between Ken Paxton, the sitting Attorney General, and James Tallahrico, who the president has nicknamed James Tallahrico. Once you get a Trump nickname, you never get away from it. That is a fact. A polls currently show that pair tied in a 50-50 dead heat. We're asked about this particular race in my various interviews. I've always maintained that the more Tallahrico sees, the more the voters see of him, the less they will like him. James Tallahrico is not your grandfather's Democrat. He's not a Democrat in the tradition of John F. Kennedy or Harry Twoaminter, Daniel Patrick Moynihan or other Democrats that I admire. He's a radical modern Marxist that celebrates and proliferates some most mild leftist ideologies, including critical race theory, gender theories, other nonsense.

39:11Now, I understand now that he's a major party nominee. He's trying to backtrack and retract some of the more radical and crazy things he said. If you're a Democratic strategist trying to elect James Tallahrico in Texas, statements like his come off like fingernails on a chalkboard. For example, his latest refusal to walk back comments he made previously about the fact that God is non-binary. That's disturbing. It's also like Tallahrico thinks he doesn't need the votes of every Texan. He's asked him to elect him in November. Sam Dye once said that there was many as six genders. He's backed off that now. There's only two. Tallahrico's were truly made in flammatory statements along these lines throughout his public life. In a separate comment, Tallahrico committed there, as I said, six genders, not two, but then. Well, I guess it was on Fox that he was confronted on that and he tried to walk it back. Tallahrico would bring the Democrat Socialist

40:12policies that were experiencing New York City of Texas, unleashing left-wing policy in a state. In 2020, filed a bill requiring Texas greenhouse gas cuts by 50 percent below 1990 levels by 2030. And 90 percent by 2050. In other words, a bill eerily restimissioned of AOC's green new deal was in the Texas House. Tallahrico voted against multiple Republican border funding and barrier bills attempting to prevent Republicans from securing the southern border amongst the CES, a place under President Joe Biden. If the Republicans have one issue they should talk about and,cessantly, beginning with this week's midterm convention, it is the fact that President Trump without any new laws has closed our southern border. The number of illegal border constants has dropped to almost nothing. When it comes to Tallahrico, I think that in the N. Ken Paxton will win this race. It is interesting that Tallahrico is is outrazing Paxton. It's outrageous that the

41:17National Republican Sanitorial Committee sunk $600,000 into the campaign of incumbent Senator John Cornyn, your classic Rhino, who rarely voted with President Trump. And now they say that their coffers are empty. They have no money for Ken Paxton. But Elon Musk has stepped up to the plate. He's a dump to substantial amount of money in Texas. He has a slashing new add-on that I think is going to make an interest. Adding insult to injury by the way, Tallahrico is also I think a hardened racist with his fellow Democrat Jasmine Crockett refusing the campaign for him after he defeated her in the Democrat primary because of allegations of racism. Crockett is called him a straight-up racist on various television interviews very recently. Also interesting to me that in the 17th district in the Midhudson Valley in New York, Caitlin Connelly is a Democrat nominee. That's

She's running against my friend, Republican Mike Lawler and a Tallahassell House race that could end up playing a major factor who takes control of the House in 2026. During a recent interview, Connelly revealed exactly what she would do if elected. If you would guess that she would work to help citizens of her district to make the street safer or make a district more prosperous, no. Connelly is promised to use her office if elected to impeach Trump officials. While speaking to CNN, Connelly specifically says she plans to impeach the defense secretary or the secretary of war, as I guess he's now called, if elected against Lawler in 2026. This is going to be one of the closest and most important races in the country. Democrats don't want to legislate. They want to investigate. They have positive programs to create jobs, no positive program to bring down food prices, no positive program to bring down the availability and the cost of housing, no positive program to

That crucial 17th district, which is going to be one of the most important districts and contests in the country, their agenda is absolutely naked.
