An important school project also loomed ahead, but his heart forbade him from abandoning bird-watching.

The next day, Eiro presented his project at school about the barn swallow in Valsandi. The class was thrilled, and the teacher rated his work highly.

14:17However, he was not satisfied with the work he did. Eiro had found a balance. He followed his heart, but did not forget his responsibilities. Nature and study no longer seemed opposing, but rather part of a whole. Finally, Eiro stood again at his viewing spot, his gaze directed into the distance.
