Chris Gavre started with a pressure washer and a lot of ambition at age 20. Within five years he had built a rental portfolio of nearly 150 doors, moved through wholesaling, flipping, and retail real estate, and landed on the model he and his partner Robert now run at scale: buying land, placing brand new manufactured homes on it, and selling the finished product. Highcastle Properties completes roughly 50 of these land home packages per year. Chris also coaches others on replicating the exact model, holding nothing back.
