Hey CTC Fam,

Today we are going to talk about how it feels to limit ourselves in size and shape. Also how to spend time with some of the stories that come up in real time about body image, the size of the clothes that I wear- how it feels to wonder what your size and shape is. Anyone else unclear of your impact? How big or small you actually are? Where did that story come from?

Also I heard this phrase that has been rolling around in my mind and heart- " You are the niche" and it is unlocking something really special in me. Let me know how it lands for you.
